    Excellent Podcast!
I just discovered Dan Pink’s podcast and very much enjoy his interview style and very focused approach. I disagree that this only has a male perspective.

    Great new podcast!
This is another of my favorite new podcasts! I love reading, so this is a great resource for learning about new books. The only downside is that I don't think I'll be able to keep up with all the great books Dan suggests. I really like the 3 main questions that form the main focus of each episode, but I also appreciate Dan's interim follow up questions that dig deeper into the subject matter. I also like that episodes are short and to the point. I wish new episodes would be come out more regularly and more consistently, but the content is good enough that it's worth waiting for.

    Essential
This is an essential podcast for busy people who want to get to the meat of the latest research based books on the human condition. The format is absolutely perfect, the guests are well chosen and the books are well worth your time and investment. I cancelled my subscriptions to executive book summaries in favor of this podcast which deals with books that directly impact me and my business. I need to look no further.

Fan of the Podcast After Listening Once
Just listened to the Annie Duke podcast on decision making. The idea about challenging your own or other's opinions by asking if you would bet on it is a good practical way to stimulate more critical thought and gain better insight into decisions and opinions. A nice practical application of the works of Kahneman, Tversky and others.

    Male perspective so far
The podcast so far has been leaning towards a male perspective. Since I am not male, seeing the world from a male perspective, just gets old kind of old. It’s been super boring to me. The books and the questions and observations about the books aren’t interesting to me.
