You have become my #3 podcast

From the early COVID era through early this year this was my go-to show. This show was on fire. Steve, Todd & Aaron were quick to call out the grifters in the cultural & political arenas. These were my kind of guys. Through the short-lived 2024 primary they continued with their take downs of the grifters, until . . . the Cheeto idol and his promise of nice stuff took center stage. Then there was the Twitter critic they invited on the show that completely obliterated Steve on his move to go orange. These changes also exposed Steve's most annoying trait - his inability to make a succinct argument. Then there was Steve's short-lived proclamation that they were not going to constantly talk about the election on the show. It wasn't too long before the election became "the most important election of our lifetime." The "penalty" for talking about the polls soon went away (remember, "look at polls!"?). Then came the assassination attempt on DJT, which really changed nothing, including DJT, but it did become the new catalyst to join the chorus of apologists for the Cheeto Jesus. For me personally-and this is a personal review-this has effectively rendered the show as unlistenable and now wholly unremarkable. For thirty pieces of silver (really much less) you get this show. Oh, I know they won't miss me and I really won’t miss the show either. I do wish them well personally because, as a fellow brother in Christ, I do appreciate the theological work that they do. But the magic of the past few years has been lost. My guess is that Steve will likely turn back to his anti-grifter persona post election. For me, at least, that will be much too little, and much too late. From on fire to luke warm. That is this shows new standard.

Steve Deace is the best conservative commentator since Rush Limbaugh. He has a good handle on scripture, understands the Church, and the impact it has, both positively and negatively, on our culture, which of course impacts politics.

I always look forward to my “daily dose of Deace”, Monday through Friday each week! Thank you Steve, Todd, and Aaron for standing on the truths found in scripture, and the inerrancy of God’s word! You tell it like it is, without apologizing or wavering. Thank you for your honesty and candor. Please keep “fighting the good fight”, and being the voice of reason in the midst of chaos. Praying God’s protection over you and your families as you come against the spirit of the age in this godless culture. You guys kept me sane during the Covid scam. I thought I was completely alone until I heard you stand up to the mass hallucination. I’m a healthcare analyst who works for a mass murderer Sir Andrew Witty. Witty was all in on the death jab, but he was a mass murderer long before that.

Appreciate the world view difference that you don’t get with most podcasts.

I love the show. I never miss it, that said I don’t want Kamala to win. I’ll repeat it. I don’t want Kamala to win, but after this weeks shows if she does, I’m gonna be tuned in to hear the rant with the popcorn.

I’ve been listening everyday for the past year. I usually love the show, but lately Steve has been angry and screaming too much. I understand his anger. Please stop raising your voice and screaming at the audience. Some of us are listening to your show……while at work….. using ear buds….. your screaming at the audience hurts my ears!

What you said in the latest episode was spot on in Florida. We were so close to electing an absolute buffoon in 2018, my how we forget. We are now so complacent with our Red Constantine, that so many have forgotten about the realities around other state's leadership. This is the fight of our lives for all the chips, only if it is for 4 more years…. To paraphrase Aaron, what now seems so long ago: Keep it simple Stick to the fundamentals And take the next hill……………

Deace has gone full Trump sycophant, even though 90% of his show was correctly confronting republicans about compromising their values. Now he has a new god: the man that is the root of the erosion of the party’s principles. Watch him and you’ll see him trip over himself to defend that which can’t be defended, or he’ll ignore it completely.

Thank you for the Emergency Podcast. It got me grounded on info, where to stand, and that someone out there was with me in the storm after the assassination attempt. I am a Blaze subscriber too and I am a huge fan of the truth you tell! Thank you for taking the time to stand with me and so many others on a Saturday night.

Love the show, I’ve even learned to enjoy the religious commentary as a former Catholic. Aaron and Todd make the show and NEVER stop the Lindsey Graham jokes (even if the good people of South Carolina finally have the good sense to kick him out of office)! Between the hilarity of the jokes and Todd’s discomfort, it doesn’t get more entertaining.

Love the show! Most of the shows are great and informative. Love the Christian viewpoint angle to today’s culture and politics. In reference to the ones that aren’t included in the most shows, I find Steve drone on and on about a subject he is obviously passionate about and I get lost to the meaning of his rant. Not to diminish his work at all, it just amplifies my naivety of the subject or my lack of knowledge in spiritual matters. Tremendous show on Monday. I absolutely loved it. Great analysis of the particulars but strong thread across leftist and fake conservative movements in multiple countries.

Love the show especially the Deace Group on Friday. I remember watching the McLaughlin with my father as a kid. So watching the Friday show takes me back to that time. A better time. All three of you do incredible job of living your worldview/faith out on the show & it’s a refreshing twist to the mega media shows. I look forward to your show on Blaze TV everyday. After listening for 8 years I just can’t take Todd anymore. He brings the show down. He has 4 phrases in his voice box that he pulls the string on randomly, and his whole deal is that whatever you say he has to go with the more “based” take. Please save the show; on the meantime, peace out

Come on Steve, or 1 of the 3 of you, let’s talk about the nuking of Bill O Reilly by Dan Bongino. Buy or sale, but if you hold… it will be a completely oiled Lindsey G with cameras rolling and you will be a new star on the porn hubs. Love the show but all 3 of you, grow a pair and give Americans what they want… BONGINO vs O REILLY and ratings will skyrocket!

His original church knew the girl was twelve and the family at the time forgave him. It’s the Gateway Church people that were never told about the age(12) of the victim. He LIED in order to construct one of the largest churches in America and it has been taken away from him.

Deace is a hyperbolic, grifting, snake-oil salesman, masked as a Christian, good ole boy. He comes with no real solutions, only fained anger towards situations he presents as possible and/or true. Deace is the physical manifestation of the Grandpa Simpson meme, ‘old man yells at cloud’. Deace and his minions need to get checked for Low T, and extraordinarily high levels of Estrogen, seriously. Cease anger, it leads the fool. Be a man, spine up. Stop listening to people commenting on the news, and read a book. For Deace and his fearful followers, I suggest, Meditations by Marcus Aurelius or…... yell at a cloud.

…this may not be the show for you. But if you’re looking for honest, stimulating, and hard-hitting political analysis filtered through the lens of a biblical Christian worldview, let me highly recommend the Steve Deace Show. In the wake of Rush Limbaugh’s passing, no other show has been able to fill the void for me in terms of the quality of political commentary and entertainment value. Steve and his colleagues refuse to genuflect before the sacred shibboleths of either the Left or the Right, and so the tenor of the conversation is refreshingly forthright — at times, brutally so. But again, warm fuzzies are not the point. I hope you’ll give him a listen.

do you listen to any nowadays profits, such as Julie Green in Davenport, Iowa or any others for that matter? Is this something that you give an ear to at all?

I’ve been listening to the Steve Deace show intermittently for quite a few years now. Overall, I do appreciate a lot of Steve’s insights on the current political pulse of the country, and I especially appreciate that he approaches it from a Christian perspective. I would have given the show five stars, but I chose to give four instead, because there are many times when a particular episode has him and his cohosts discussing something that seems totally irrelevant to me personally and to my family. I’m in my 30s, married with two young children, and I live in Iowa, close to the metro area. Sometimes the politics go totally over my head (no thanks to the public school system), and I’m not much of a sports fan, so those kinds of discussions are uninteresting to me. Overall, it’s a good podcast, but I just couldn’t justify giving it five stars.
