    Did the podcast get nixed??
What happened to the podcast? It hasn’t been updated in two weeks. Did they cancel the shows?

    NFC East Mixtape Is Trash
Please remove this Ochoa and Gowton “NFC East” trash from our feeds. This has nothing to do with the Giants (or Commanders for that matter) and it’s like listening to dollar store Skip Bayless argue about minutiae about the Cowboys for 40 minutes. I will change my review once this garbage has been removed

    Ed Valentine is awful
Ed valentine puts out the majority of the shows on this podcast. He is dry, old, and out of touch. The other shows are pretty great. However, I cannot skip past his episodes fast enough. Pick someone more interesting to be the main podcaster. Removed from my usual listens due to Ed Valentine.

The mixtape on Wednesday’s is really bad
Please stop putting the mixtape into your feed it’s trash

    Talk faster
I’m sorry Ed , but you either need to talk faster or upload the pod in x2 speed . Other than that , good insight .

    Chris and Nick show!
5 stars to the show and SBN! However Chris is impossible to listen to… glass half empty mentality… looks for negatives in positives. Gives benefit of doubt to Giants opponents, never to the Giants… I could go on forever… If it is just me, I sincerely apologize for my impression!

NFC East Mixtape should be scraped
Gowton and Ochoa have no clue about football outside of what they read about their own teams. Honestly, they have no perception of what makes a team succeed in this league. It shows in their podcast where they do no research on teams that are not named Eagles or Cowboys. Forget these frauds.

    Valentines a shill
Great follow but Ed valentine is a bull headed shill for the giants often ignoring what fans are actually saying and twisting to fit his narrative. Love the other guys.
  • Zak Martinez
    NFC east round table
How is this considered a “round table” when it is two ignorant fans there isn’t even Washington and giants representation

    NFC Mixtape
I would give 5 stars but

Love the Chris and Nick Show
Big fan of Nick. Love hearing him on all the various Giants podcasts. Love the film review and Chris gives a good take. Been a fan of Ed since he hosted a show with Patty Traina. Great lineup
  • Maui Giants
    NFC Mixed Tape
From Maui Giants I listen to the show to hear what is going on with the Cowboys and Eagles. Five stars for that work. I have learned nothing on this show about my team, the Giants. Unsurprisingly, the hosts focus on the teams they see every day. In their preseason review show a couple of weeks ago they spent more time talking about Dallas pizza than the Giants. Two recommendations to get five stars. Rename the show to what it does best. That is, Cowboys/Eagles Mixed Tape. Or get analysts from NY and Washington to join the show. For NY I recommend that you get Nick Falato who works with Ed Valentine and is much better than Ed. Honest analyst who identifies strengths and weaknesses of players and schemes and opponents. Not a homer. I have no view re Washington.

Brandon Lee Gowton and RJ Ochoa
Rest of SB Nation is great. Except this horror show led by Brandon Lee Gowton and RJ Ochoa. If you enjoy two bitter nitwits talking about football, this is the podcast for you. That’s what you get when you put a cowgirls fan and an Illeagles fan together.

    Not impressive
The beginning of the show generally consist of Mr. Ochoa dragging his counterpart along on some boring journey about favorite foods or drive Throughs or something asinine as such. Then they jump in to the football, they do seem to have some history of football, but they are both such homers it’s ridiculous… Dallas Cowboys thirsty Rj a Chihuahua really should give a listen to one of these episodes.

    NFC EAST MIXTAPE?
NFC east has 4 teams, your show has 2 guys

    Great job
Sending a quick note to say how much I appreciate all the coverage you all bring. Particularly the podcasts that I think are insightful and always enjoyable. Ed is the man, and Nick and Chris do a great job diving deep into players that I truly appreciate. I’m glad that Nick has realized that Sauce is the man and adjusted from his early draft analysis when he had Stingley higher (2 years of injury and dud, no thanks in top 10). You guys are great, keep it up!

    Nick Falato is 5 stars
Ed like many beat writers is more in tune to events and pressers whereas Nick’s strength is evaluation of players, system fit, and all 22 analysis. Joe does a great job of steering the conversation and representing the voice of a fan in the room. Chris often starts talking before identifying the point he wishes to convey. This leaves him awkwardly stumbling through sentences to avoid giving others the opportunity to chime in while not actually presenting a concise point. At this point I turn off any episode I hear him in. Like Daniel Jones, I want Chris to get better rather than see him get replaced, but he hasn’t earned a 5th year option yet. Knocking on wood DJ & Chris both make the leap in 2022. 🤞🏼
  • BlueNuts4Days
    NFC East Mixtape
These clowns just went over the top 5 WR’s in the NFC and left out Deandre Hopkins. I understand LGB and Ochoa are homers but they seem more like morons with their takes and constant blabber some times…
  • Giants Blue
    Ed Valentine stinks
Ed Valentine is an amateur, he knowledge is limited on the Giants and he is a homer. He’s boring as heck and has no connections to the team. Just a bad podcast.
  • NONEEE
    Shill
I unsubscribed to this podcast. In his latest episode Valentine comes out defending the Giants in the Flores episode. He did not discuss the requirements of the Rooney rule. Nor did he provide any fair review of the allegations. Nope, he just kissed his press credentials and shilled for the Giants. He also said that „he understands racism is an issue“. Um no. Valentine, you came to a conclusion about a situation without showing any attempt at understand what the Flores was saying. You are a disgrace to journalism. You should be ashamed of yourself.

    FIX ED’S Audio!!
I’ve been listening for over a year and find the content to be great. I listen regularly. But for god sake whatever Ed has done to his microphone recently makes it nearly unbearable to listen to. Everyone else on the show or even Ed’s guests are crystal clear and head sounds like he shouting into a pillow
  • nyc commuter 500
    Very average
Just not a whole lot of insight here. Basically tells you everything you already know. Chris and Joe try to be analytical but I struggle with Chris lack of any real credentials or experience. At least Joe D played football. Honestly Ed needs to rethink his approach on this podcast. I like Ed he seems like a good guy but every show is short and boring. Maybe things will change once season starts. Maybe being less of a homer. At least Pat Traina calls out the teams shortcomings.
  • M.FrowdrikkeBushfeld
    Meh
These guys sound like wannabe jocks who use a lot of pro-jock terms because maybe they think they’ll get drafted or something? It’s not very fun or informative.

    NFL Draft
I really like the shows overall, but was really shocked at the naiveté of Joe D right after several of the Giants selections. Sixth round picks are often special teams and especially with Joe Judge and yet Joe D couldn't understand why our new RB was selected. He also kept mentioning Gettleman without the obvious Joe Judge influence, which is huge. He also could’t understand why the 3rd round CB was selected, even though we are one injury away from disaster at that position. He also didn’t realize that he was rated by several experts as 2nd round quality and that they conceivably stole him away from the Eagles for sure and maybe the Cowboys. A little research would have led him to that information. I am not a homer and want honest evaluations, but it was really a turnoff. I will give Joe D a mulligan, but I really wanted him to have this feedback.

    Chris and Joe creativity
I like the Chris and Joe creativity: When the Giants opened 0 and 5 and looked dead on arrival again they added a draft preview once a week focusing on players available in the first five picks; then as the Giants won games they shifted to players who might go in top ten; then after Seattle victory when the giants had a chance at the playoffs (and the 19th pick) they shifted again to top 20 players; and at the end they went back to top 10 or 11 picks. Well done!

    Even in victory
Glad to know that even in a good win the host need to remind us how much smarter they are than the coaches
  • Rizzoman77
    You Guys stuck
Big win and you talk about all negativity...you to be kidding me. Did watch the game my guess u did not. Both of you need to quit and find other jobs .

    Good stuff
I’m a Chicago Bears fan. I downloaded just to see what the opposition is talking about and was pleasantly surprised. You guys good a honest and fair view on both teams. Some Bears podcasts can be totally meatheads about The Bears chances of winning. You guys called it as you see it. You taught me the things I wanted to know about the Giants and were entertaining. Keep up the great work. Go Bears. Good luck every week but this one
  • Deena_Ram
    Falato is the man!
Love Nick’s breakdowns and opinion. I never miss an episode!!
  • Jfkxkdkekzk
    No More Falato!
I love the show but anytime I see a Falato episode, I skip it. I don’t like his voice, and I honestly don’t care for anything he says. Chris, Joe and Ed’s episodes absolutely slap. Top stuff.

Thank you for what you do! I absolutely love it! I recently became a Giant season ticket holder (section 126) and now I feel I OFFICIALLY became part of the family. @popculturehour on Twitter

Ed show average Chris and Joe show good
Just rated Ed. Suited for the average fan Ed needs to have more guests. Chris and Joe show very good. Both knowledgeable

    Valentine’s view
Ed Valentine is a great listen. His views are quick and to the point. He’s fair with criticisms of the Giants and he’s a very good interviewer with the guest he brings on. Highly recommend.
  • Poppet😉
I’m Out on Chris and Joe
Leonard Williams for $5M a year. Please. Shows a startling lack of league and football knowledge. More podcasts from Ed!
  • ObedAgyei
    What
You guys couldn’t be that wrong. You don’t trade out of the top 3. You take Chase Young. This team stinks and one player on defense can change a franchise. So this idiotic thing about moving back is stupid
  • giantshuskies
    Homer Ed, others great
Ed is a good podcaster and gets some interesting current and past greats. His knowledge of football isn’t more than the average fan and his always being the voice in favor of the Giants management and Dave Gettleman is annoying. Patricia - the less said the better. She’s got a novice level of football understanding and to make it worse she’s all about the old school style of football management. Chris Pflum and Dan Pizzuta are great analysts and their in-depth analysis of the game and players is amazing.
  • kwamezilla
    Very Good
Pod provides information that actually informative. Please put up more episodes
  • Pegj2837
    Much improved
So much better to listen to without being bombarded with obscure stats that no one cares about.
  • trekkie1981
    Must listen for Giants fans
This podcast is a must-listen for any Giants fan who does not get enough news and analysis from the mainstream media. Ed, Joe, and Chris offer awesome insight into the games and news surrounding the NY Giants.
  • Adrienrain
    Much improved NY Giants podcast
This show is MUCH more enjoyable to listen to after the departure of whiny Dan Pizzuta. Chris and Joe provide an even-keeled analysis of each week. Shows are informative and have a nice balance of content.
  • No Homer
    Homer view on giants
If you want a homer view painting a Rosie picture even when team stinks this is the show for you

    Well done
    Level headed details

I like Joe & Ed, but not Chris Pflum
Ed is one of the best, most reasonable beat writers out there for the Giants. I miss when he was teamed up with Pat Traina. They made a great team. Ed earns 5 stars. Joe is brand new and has a good presence on the mic already. He seems much more professional than anyone else at BBV so far and comes off as likable. Hopefully this will continue. However, Chris Pflum.... dude. We gotta talk, man. I’m sure you are a nice guy. But you have a voice made for miming. Your content is sound, but you take the random sudden jarring stops in the middle of your sentences. And it sound like sometimes you are gasping for breath. It makes it grating to listen on a regular basis. I don’t know if it’s anxiety, or if you have a stutter, or what. But I have to deduct 2 entire stars just for this. Seriously guys. Just have Ed and Joe do the show and leave Chris to write the articles. It would greatly improve the quality.
  • @kingpin
    i. talk. like. this!
does this dude annunciate every word everyday that robotically.

    Clips
The play back on these podcasts are awful! Don’t they monitor the tapes? Voices are nearly like munchkins!!
  • Zach Mahoney 12
    Good content, tough delivery
Your content is great. Some of the opinions you guys have really open up the listeners point of view however both of you need to work on your delivery. Due to the way you guys deliver your points, I find it difficult to remain focused. Maybe run to the podcast once, build a script so when you go back through the recorded version it runs much more smooth. Keep up the hard work and you guys will get there.
  • MaraRetire#53
    Good insight, sometimes
I appreciate Chris and Dan’s largely stats-driven analysis. I often don’t agree with it, but it’s worth checking out. Ed is a good all-around broadcaster but he doesn’t bring a lot of value to the table.
  • Checkerdog
    Perhaps, more balance
Chris and Dan do a good job but they do swing to the negative side. Now, I understand the the Giants were not good and there is a plethora of bad statistics. But sometimes it seems is that they enjoy ripping the team(actually, the coaches).
