    Facts over Feelings
Ayo Matt and TA. LeBronze James has only played a full NBA 82 game season once. Let’s get this on on the record and remind folks. #Just Once

    Kamala
This interview was terrible and biased, filled with softball questions and it was a joke.

    Kamala
The first thing you asked her was about how she met Doug and how their date went. Do you ask men that you interview on your show about that sort of thing? I just think it was pretty sexist.

    Great Kamala Interview
Not a sports person, but hopped over after the pod was mentioned on Lovett or Leave It, and I’m so glad I did. Will definitely be checking out some more episodes!

    Kamala
Thank you for having Kamala on. I already loved her but really enjoyed your questions and dialogue. Very natural and easy going from both sides

    Thank you!
Hey fellas. I’m not a basketball fan and had never heard of the podcast. The episode with Kamala Harris was great. Thank you guys for sharing your platform with her. It reinforced my decision to vote for her and I sincerely hope that she becomes president. It’s risky to do what you did. Thank you.

    Kamala’s interview - thank you!
Thank you both for giving a 60+ white woman a deeper understanding of the challenges that people of color have faced historically and continue to face today in their everyday lives. I knew our country’s history and have been ashamed of it, even though my family have been lifelong Democrats. That makes me realize that even though I voted as a Democrat, I wasn’t necessarily voting in the best interests of people of color. I was so enlightened by your conversation with Vice President Harris because you discussed the very real, everyday challenges that you’ve encountered regardless of amazing personal and/or professional successes, and how they’ve impacted your life to this day. I feel this is unacceptable, and I want to change this going forward. Thank you guys!

    Great Interview
These guys interviewed Kamala Harris, which I am sure was not easy to prep for … and they did an amazing job. Quite possibly the most “real” and informative interview I’ve heard from her because she was able to be her authentic self. I hope this goes viral so that “undecided” people can hear. I’d also love to see these guys interview Bernie, AOC, Gretch, Breshear, Beto, Shapiro, Tim Walz and Gavin… etc. 5* podcast!

    Kamala Harris’ Episode
Great interview guys! I look forward to sharing this with the skeptical cats at the barbershop who keep claiming not to know her! Listen to this and get get to know her! You asked great questions that balanced personal and policy topics. This episode will be important for our community and will help to inform voting decisions. Nice job!

    Continue to evolve
Like the hosts and they book great guests. As interviewers, they are still hitting their strides. I was excited to hear the story of Reggie Bush but they started asking questions so late in his story that there was no context or build up. Start by asking about his formative days in football, pop warner, high school, getting recruited, becoming a star, the ND game, the natty they won and the other that got away, when did he first learn that NCAA was on his tail and how did that feel. What was it like trying to be a professional while battling NCAA? Did that lead to lack of focus and to some poor games? The episode felt like a missed opportunity. I’m still following ya’ll and I know you’ll get better by preparing more for each guest.

“Listen to us because we played in the league”
That’s really all you’ll get with this show; two people who speak on everything with utmost authority and don’t bother trying to actually present facts or think about what other people are saying who disagree with them. Oh, someone at ESPN said something we don’t like, well, they didn’t score in the league like WE did therefore we can just dismiss them and not actually look at what they are saying (that is, unless they agree with us, then we praise them for their good taste). If you want to hear two people who have been pampered by NBA life and don’t know how to engage with people on what they’re actually saying and their strength of their reasoning, then this show is you.

    Sad
Thought they were for the culture. Instead they tear down others who they perceive as competition. SMH

    The real real
Amazing podcast…the realest talk in the game…the Dan Le Batard episode was so breathtaking and helped me with my own pain and struggles…thank you to you both and the team. Keep it going, peace.

    Great show!
I love the show. Great guests. I do hope these guys humble themselves a bit as they age though. Stephen Jackson is definitely underrated, but he seems to think he's on a level of guys like Vince Carter, which is just absurd.

    Love the variety of guests
One of my favorite podcasts. Love the guests you guys get on here. Great basketball talk.
  • AD Sam II
    Very good
Excellent guests and the hosts have an amazing chemistry together – it is obvious that they have a true bonded relationship. The only criticism exists with host Stephen Jackson’s constant and extremely annoying tendency to inject himself into every narrative. Although apparently not done with malicious intent, this detracts from the flow established by host, Barnes and the guest. This podcast notwithstanding remains one of the best out there.

    Fell off hard.
This podcast was incredible in its early days. As they’ve partnered with various companies it’s fallen off. MB and SJ are no longer all in and you can tell. Guest quality has plummeted and the content is geared more towards promotion than anything else. From one of my favorites to unsubscribing, it’s very disappointing.
  • american_greed
    great pod!
enjoy the interviews and hearing old stories about the NBA. glad Rachel Nichols came on!
  • PodcastPirate
    Great Show!
These guys have created an atmosphere where their guests seem to relax, chop it up, and drop - some real knowledge, never heard before info, and valued perspective. Isiah Thomas’s (Zeke’s) interview, speech, knowledge sharing, sermon… was incredible.
  • funguy_
    Rarely record.
We need more episodes of what’s burning. By the time y’all release the episode, your takes aren’t valid because the games been played smh
  • Jo ZAbn
    Super growth
The show has shown so much growth. But, I don’t understand why they added Rachel Nichols to the show. She became the host & made Matt & Stephen the side kicks. They don’t need her. She needs their co-sign more. I just skip those shows. The interviews with tank & Ryan were really good. Got them to talk & relax.
