Mrndogs3I loved this episode with Oliver & Bodhi!!This was so naturally flowing with father & son talking about real life issues & listening to each other in an honest conversation between the two. Oliver you’re such an awesome father … Erinn is the real deal too! I hope you’ll bring the kids on you’re show on Fridays too. You’re such incredible people and an awesome family. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Maybe start monthly episodes including them like you’re thinking of adding Goldie more often too. This is huge! Listening to kids being kids… Loved this so much.

amanda-panda-ding-dongPossibly the greatest podcast of all timeI heard Joe Buck on Brian Baumgartner’s podcast, and I was so intrigued by him, I had no idea he had his own podcast. I’ve heard Joe bucks voice for years watching football, he and Troy have always been my favorite duo. He’s one of the few announcers I can name by voice alone. I was a huge fan of the tv show Nashville, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Oliver Hudson again. Hearing Joe talk about anything and everything was so refreshing. Being a 35 year old stay-at-home mom of 2 kids under age 5, I don't think I was the target demographic, but my dad died of cancer 7 years ago (age 52) and I've found a lot of connection with Joe. These guys definitely over share, and being more of a "guy's girl" myself (probably from being in the Army for 7 years where I met my husband), it's more comfortable conversations for me to just absorb. And god, Joe's right, Oliver needs to stop singing like that. Since I just discovered the podcast, I've binged every single episode in the last 2-3 weeks and now that I'm caught up, I just have to wait patiently for the next episodes. Guess it's time to finally catch up on the other pods I've been shelving while overloading this one(smartless is not one of them, but maybe I'll start that one too- I hear it's pretty good ;) K Love you Bye Also, hi Margot and Josh, your extra dialogue and inputs are such a great addition to the podcast!

Cards311Dig the podcastNeed more guests to interview. Forwarded the PTSD mushroom episode to father in law. Vietnam Vet that could benefit. Ollie, Rules of Engagement, is so good. Joe, why did you leave Fox?! They have baseball rights nationally through 2028? Will kill the game. Joe Davis may grow into role, but big games need your voice! Buck, DONT LET IT HAPPEN.
-
StaciAxI LOVE THIS SHOW!!!I LOVE the chemistry between Joe and Oliver!!! You guys are hysterical!!! I look forward to EVERY THURSDAY!!!Thank you for making my day!!!

Leslie SZFeaturing NatalieLoved this dad/daughter podcast, what an insightful, smart daughter. Made me like Joe a lot more, although, thought he was a good guy before. More dad/daughter podcasts please… Awkward, as it should be.

3BoysMom1977We get it, you’re not making money. GET OVER IT!I’ve been a faithful listener since the beginning & really enjoyed the podcast…then I realized a few months ago all you guys are doing now is complaining about not having followers & not making any money from this podcast. So…I stopped listening. Then today I thought I would hop back on and see if you’ve worked through this and hoped you’ve gotten back to the podcast I enjoyed early on. Nope…still complaining about not getting followers and not making any money. And now you’ve added a complaint about not even wanting to make the podcast. Either shi* or get off the pot. There are some of us that really enjoy you guys and liked your podcast and ARE listening. Do you think we really want to listen to you complain about having a podcast? Come on guys, get it together…get back to what you were doing in the beginning! Or please…someone…for the love of all things cut out the complaining. I really want to love this podcast again. Ok, now I’m done complaining.

Arudd60Fortunate FindI found out about this podcast because I was listening to Joe when he was a guest on Smartless. I’m not a sports guy, so I didn’t know who Joe was, but I knew and liked Oliver from his work on the amazing Rules of Engagement. I decided to check out this podcast, and I’m so glad I did. These guys are great, and real, and I love it! Well done gentlemen!

LLM1102Revisiting the Need for College Degrees in an Otherwise Entertaining PodcastI’ve listened to your show from the beginning and for the most part find you highly entertaining. The discussion in the latest episode about the unimportance of college degrees for “most” careers prompted me to write for the first time. While I agree that some parents (usually in wealthy areas) care about bragging rights, your discussion ignored the statistics showing: (1) how much more people with college degrees earn than those without college degrees; and (2) the difference in unemployment rates between those who have college vs high school degrees. This matters for young adults whose parents aren’t paying for their apartments or otherwise supporting them. Perhaps those in the arts don’t need college degrees, but that is simply not true for “most” jobs. (Having said that, tuition is out of control but that’s a different topic for a future discussion). Love your discussions about Cabo, sports, your families, etc

Leigh 3WDone with Daddy IssuesYou are losing a long term listener. To have a show called Daddy Issues and to hear the response to the Texas shooting have such short homage - that it is basically luck that children survive at all when the top reason by far for children’s deaths in the United States is due to gun incidents - is just too much. The quick segue from this to another self-absorbed college tale is just too much. Clearly you two don’t care enough as Dads to stand up for the nation’s children to have an opinion on gun violence solutions. I understand this is a light-hearted podcast. But you can’t have a focus on parenthood and cover this issue with such minimalism and be worth anyone’s time - certainly not mine anymore.
-
KnotABott001Highly RecommendFunny, Raw, Real. Nothing is off limits and you both are talking about the ups and downs of life. As a female, it's great to hear the male viewpoint on, well, everything!! And you two seriously do not give yourselves enough credit.
-
Hskrfan64Ammo and tobacco??Hey guys. I’m about to unfollow your podcast and I don’t think you can afford losing another listener. What’s with the ammo ads and the nicotine ads on your podcast? Is it that bad that you have to get these kind of advertisers? Not cool. Only in America are these ads allowed. Shameful.
-
DebraduDaddy issuesOne of my favorite podcasts. I learned about them from an Adam Carolla podcast and have been listening since .. love these men and the laughs they provide me
-
Worst_update_everGreat podcastI really like this podcast. I wish Oliver wouldn’t interrupt the guests so much though. He does it a lot.
-
monizzzzzzzzzzI freaking love you guys! Thanks for the honest conversation and vulnerability. Please keep it up! Lots of love from Arizona ———- I wouldn’t hate a live show boys, yalla

Mary TreyzPodcast nameHey Joe Maybe mention the name of the college boy’ s podcast before you brag about how much you like to help people.
-
ChandlerR.“I’ve abandoned my boy”I’ve listened to every episode since the beginning, you gentlemen make my week! Thanks for helping me get through various personal and international crises these past two years. -your lone Italy listener (full disclosure, I’m American)

Melmarie99Great duoJoe and Oliver compliment each other. Never thought just listening to two people talk could be so entertaining. Enjoy hearing what is new with them each week. This female in Michigan gives them 👍🏻👍🏻
-
badassbeeotchwannabeDynamic DuoY’all. This is a must to listen to and I’m a chic! They talk about nothing & everything all at the same time. I laugh, I cry, I relate to their surprising normalcy. I’m SO in that if anyone bashes Buck online I’ll cut ‘em, verbally, at least. I haven’t missed one podcast. Ever. Download now.
-
ArtemfanNew favorite podcast!I never knew I was such a big Joe Buck fan! He’s amazing and funny. He and Oliver have quickly become my favorite podcasters. Even more than Smartless! Keep it up guys because you have me seriously looking forward to Thursdays! 😁

Melo*Biofeedback/NeurofeedbackHi! Love you guys and love the Podcast! I was listening to your podcast last week about your son struggling with anxiety. I work for a Biofeedback/Neurofeedback practice here in Austin Texas. We see many young adults that struggle with anxiety and have great success. Definitely check Biofeedback/Neurofeedback in your area. No drugs involved whatsoever. I hope this helps! You guys are great and thankful for your fun podcast!

nickname lesleygOliver is disgustingOliver is incredibly immature. His conversation is sexist and his behavior in front of his children when he says he walks around nude in front of them, that is child abuse. He is disgusting. The fact that Buck doesn’t seem to call him out on any of his behavior says he is no better.
-
maureen goodeGroundhogs dayGroundhogs day has been around since 1887. . Oliver was right
-
MPTucciListened for the first time!I love Joe on Fox Football and heard him on another podcast so I figured I would just listen to one and this is so FUN!! Love this podcast and Oliver! They have a great chemistry and are super funny and do not take themselves too seriously.. totally enjoyable and relatable!

-
wealth42The bestMust listen. Always been a Buck fan, just has that big game voice. Joe’s heart is an big as his forehead, which is gigantic.
-
BuskyJoe stop it! I love this podcastI’m a single mom and I love listening to you guys. You have restored my faith in men and fathers. The episode with the twins and the clown who wouldn’t make the balloon and crying over the pretty song. Be still my heart!!!! You guys are both such great dads. Good job!
-
bootleg18💯🔥Absolutely love the podcast! But Oliver in The Cleaning Lady…SWOON!! 😍 P.S. - love you too, Joe!
-
upnorthyYou two!! So soooo fun. And funny!I was laughing out LOUD you guys when you were discussing your make-up woes! OMG too MUCH! I was listening in bed with ear buds and I woke my husband up (“wth is so funny?!” I couldn’t even get it out!) Just keep doing what you do. I love you both! So relatable and just really likable. (I sorta wish Oliver didn’t love that f-bomb so much but my husband is the same way. It’s a thing I guess).
-
JayfromGalesburgLove the podcast, but …… I’ve listened to every podcast, so obviously I’m a fan. But where are the guests? Are guests no longer part of the format? I’d like to see the guests return! Thank you!
-
monicajayepLove the podcast- but pause before listening to 12/2 epI love you guys and love the podcast, but think the gun discussion in the latest episode was flippant and irresponsible. I imagine you put thought into it given recent school shootings, but I think this is a topic carrying too much immediate danger to be discussed in the same tone as the other topics on the show. I’m sure Oliver’s kids are exactly as responsible as he trusts them to be, however some listeners are likely to be parents who feel the same about their kids and find out they’re wrong. Even with all the precautions in the world, unanticipated tragic events happen, and if you had wanted to tackle this topic intentionally, I think it would have been best to have an expert guest. Hope this comment is received with the good intention it was written- to have listeners pause before internalizing the latest episode.

Don't Blink, youll miss it!My newest fav surprise!I cannot believe it… BUT “Daddy Issues” has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. I thought this would be geared at dudes, dads, bros, sports fans, etc… I’m a divorced mom, F’ing & none of the above, & I F’ING LOVE THESE TWO!!! LOVE the candidness, honesty & the organic and natural rapport between Oliver & Joe! NOTHING is forced or fake. I’ve been a fan of armchair cause I’ve always been a Dax fan, but the inauthenticity of “Monica” & listening to Dax continue to try to sell her to the world has become unbearable. Anyway, carry on! Please!!! You guys are so great! Bravo👏👏👏 Do you guys really Not get paid for this podcast? Or was Joe just being facetious cause Oliver makes more $$ on sibling revelry?
-
augie*Great podcastReally entertaining! Enjoy your conversations with each other. Hope you keep it going.
-

-
Marsh BuiceNot expecting this.I ❤️ the candor from Oliver & Joe. Joe is always so polished (I’m a fan) on TV & it’s cool to see them rip, riff, & keep it real with one another. 100% fan
-
soto444Please don’t give up!!LOOOOOVE you guys so much. I don’t even know how I got so hooked, but you guys are genuinely one of my favorite podcasts that I listen too. I tell people and spread the word
-
Whiski1201A great listenOne of my favorite podcasts! I listen every week and love the banter between you two. Even when you are ripping on each other you can tell there is great affection between the two of you. As someone who tends to show affection through sarcasm and jokes, I can definitely appreciate how you communicate. Thanks for laughs. Thanks for the thoughtful interviews. And thanks for the entertainment.
-
BeccaJane91Bodhi and OliverLOVED this episode… Bodhi is adorable and loved hearing the father/son dynamic. Great fill-in!!!
-
KimmieWyoWatch out world!!Omg! Bodhi is the most adorable thing! He handled that interview so amazing. What a cool, intelligent charismatic kid. The way he articulates his thoughts and feelings is so impressive. And the way Oliver parents is so heart warming and full of love & respect. Such an attentive, expressive dad. You are killing it Oliver! I know how much it means to you and are 100 on point. Kudos to you and Erinn. I have 3 of my own 11, 15, 17. I get it and admire your ways and appreciate all your candid sharing. This family is infectious! Enjoyed this episode so much, and will be listening again with my 6th grader!!
