JayEffEmFantasy?Starts with about 20 minutes of bad jokes and bad singing. Ads up next, more bad singing… then an overly long guest intro because Chris wants to continue to hear his own voice, and because he’s so impressed by his own diction.
-
ndlink85Love the workI enjoy the inside jokes and love the guests. He watches all the games and tells you what the box score doesn’t. I appreciate that it’s an escape from politics and other current events. I can turn off my brain and be entertained.

CurtPokerLouisvilleChris crushes it every dayBeen listening to the same podcast since 2015, and won’t change anytime soon. You’re the best, Harris!

Sena7Quality analysis, but smug, cruel, and painfully unfunny hostThe Harris Football podcast has been my go-to fantasy podcast for a few years now for the genuine film evaluation and lack of spreadsheet regurgitation that you see on a lot of other fantasy shows. However, I always bounce off of the show because the host is a chore to listen to. I'm sure this type of humor lands with the Bonobos yuppie bros that seem to be this show's audience, but I have spent a good while spamming the +30 second button to get to what I came for. He's also weirdly cruel to random players calling them bad at football, cowardly, weak, etc. The latter is probably the main reason why I am writing this review and ultimately not listening to this show anymore. Chris just does not come across as a good person. He's smug, smarmy, and cruel to players who get hurt playing a violent game. And, don't get me started on the incessant whining about TV announcers.
-
tej2800Excellent podcastThe best shows are in the preseason and Monday and Tuesday during the regular season. Chris does good work.

IcePicJenkinsThis show is just the… best?Usually we’re tempted to find treasure and keep it to ourselves but luckily for anyone whose earbells remain uninitiated, Harris remains steadfast in cultivating a sense of community that is without peer in terms of both intelligence and fair play- and we know that while its tougher to dominate in a league that features other Harris football acolytes, it is also still often much more rewarding in both the literal (LITERAL!) and figurative sense. After all, I’ve personally never been miffed at meeting my fellow HF fans in a league championship so long as the other shows fan bases are still left clutching their YPC totems and shouting at clouds when their never-ending run of .500 seasons once again has them missing the playoffs. Cheers to our fair-minded host for 10 yrs of independent and excellent analysis. May his Thursdays never touch the ground!

Williston JohnsonWeek 1 Champion !Thanks to the HarrisFootball draft and week 1 rankings I scored 130+ points in all my leagues and you can too! Just listen to Harris football to make easy money, as long as you’re not playing prize picks 😉

GoHattersStill Fantasy Football’s Must ListenUpdate 2024. Still the go-to FF podcast. Chris Harris breaks down the fantasy and game in a thoughtful and methodical way. he also leaves room for the listeners to form their own opinions as opposed to taking a fantasy prognosticators word as law. Keep up the good work!
-
GronkanatorAlmanacDefinitely got snipped multiple times during my PPR draft, but I held fast to Chris’s ranks in the 2024 Player Profile Almanac. Between the Almanac and podcast, you’re in great hands relying on Harris!
-
Cal from MNGood showOne of the things I like most about this show is that when doing annual segments (ie pre draft busts, flag players, etc), last years calls both good and bad are revisited. Excellent guests and generally a very good listen
-
adohree14The bestThis is the best fantasy football podcast there is. So glad Chris brought the almanac back this year! It really gets me hyped for the season.
-
The True Wild ThingHarris and this podcast is the bestChris Harris is a tier above all other fantasy football podcasters. His knowledge, ability to analyze film, energy and humor make me want to listen immediately after the podcast drops. Plus, Chris seems like a kind and good person. We need to listen to more good people! Go possums!!
-
Slick SlackerFirst source for fantasy football infoBeen listening for years, make the playoffs most years, highly recommended.

Opossum #5150It’s So Fun!Looking for a fantasy football podcast that’s fun? Well try this one on for size! Want an example of how fun it is? Well here you go: you can look forward to listening to 5 hours plus per week of Chris talking up Josh Jacobs, telling you how awesome he is, how under valued he is, and telling you he is an RB1. Then you can draft Josh Jacobs in your home league draft 23rd overall on August 24th, just to have Chris ranking none other than Josh Jacobs as his #1 player he could be wrong about on his August 27th podcast! Ps. His hat is way less awesome now. Pps. It really is a fun show.
-
Jonsparks23No hype, just a steady dependable perspectiveHarris watches the film. That matters! Maybe my favorite part is that he is consistent with his evaluations but will admit it when he missed something. Gives me a leg up every year.
-
geoincleLogical, Film-Based AnalysisChristopher Harris does a great job of backing up his player opinions with in-depth film analysis. He scrutinizes arguments to help separate logically sound ones from the mostly meaningless “echo chamber” noise. Informative and entertaining! (P.S. Agreed, PPR is nonsense)

MHarvcoHarris is Punk RockI grew up loving the punk and hardcore bands of the 80’s. Bands like Minutemen and Minor Threat turned away from the mainstream music industry with original music and a strong DIY ethos. By almost any measure the Harris Football Podcast is the most punk rock fantasy pod on the planet. Chris Harris will teach you how to think about fantasy football and not fall victim to the conventional tropes that are peddled by the fantasy industrial complex. You’ll learn to spot value and make good decisions that in my experience gives you a leg up on your league mates. But here’s the thing…I haven’t played fantasy for the past two years because of changes in my life and work and I still listen to every episode. Why? Because what Harris has built is more than a show about fantasy football, it’s a community with inside jokes and metaphorical secret handshakes. Plus how many fantasy podcasts hosts would turn you onto Infinite Jest? I’m a Yacht Possum for life.
-
FrittttttterHey Harris! This is a guy, this is a guy, who literally-LITERALLY- is simply the best at the fantasy football podcast host position. If you like to play good players and if you like to laugh then this is THE guy!
-
CoreySagsBeat fantasy podcastThe Harris football podcast is the only podcast I have listened to year-round. I discovered this podcast 4 to 5 years ago and have listened to every show since then. What got me hooked was the outside the box thinking and Harris challenging the ways you normally view fantasy football. I stay for the silly nicknames, Snark bags, cousin Josh’s stories and all the crazy random bird talk. The show is fun, informative and always stupid. Chris thank you for what you do.
-
NiiloSnyderBest podcastGreat show
-
briank2830Best fantasy football showIf you want the best fantasy football podcast on the plant, this show is for you. If you want the silliest inside jokes about possums, this is also for you!

WAO4GOATHarris puts the work in, so you don’t have to. Best in the biz.

kingtone3The best in the business.Instead of writing another 5-star review about the Harris Fantasy Football Podcast that details Chris’ exceptional analysis and evaluation, I will tell you a real world example of how this silly little podcast has impacted my life outside of fantasy. As I was driving to pick up my dad from dropping off the rental car he used to attend the Raiders and Cowboys preseason game, I was listening to this podcast. Luckily, for my dad, Harris was in the middle analyzing Zamir White. Naturally, my dad, a die-hard Raider fanatic, listened intently to hear what Harris had to say. Once Harris was done, my dad bitterly says, “Oh yea, what does this guy know? All he does is look at the number. The guy (Zamir) hasn’t even played a single snap and thinks he’s gonna be a bust? What does he know?!” Smugly, I replied, “Well he does live on a yacht.” We didn’t speak another word the rest of the ride home.

Bri-PhiStop Crapping On PeopleI usually listen to new episodes of Harris before any other fantasy football podcast. I have been listening to this dude since his Fantasy Underground days and I generally find his insights into player performance to be accurate and helpful to me as a fantasy manager. What I do not find helpful are the incessant comments about how “full PPR leagues are for children” and unless amounts of other comments related to purity tests that Harris has for wether or not you are a “real” fantasy football manager or an idiot (i.e. a best ball player, someone who drafts in May, anyone who drafted Kelce in the first round last year). A few years ago, this guy used to always crap on his guests, he would hurry them along or become annoyed at them for not following his show rules, now he just insults the listener. He can and should do better.
-
mdfergusThe bestIn honor of the 10th season of “the little podcast who could”, I had to finally write a review. I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say I wouldn’t enjoy playing fantasy as much without this show. I don’t remember when I started listening, but it was some point during the 2015 season and the show has influenced my thinking on so many issues in the past 10 years. Hats off to Chris on this anniversary, you’ve built an incredible thing, I’m grateful to part of this community
-
Flynnstone25The Best FF Podcast Out There! What else is there to say other than… this is a guy who is in a tier of his own and should be considered the best at the podcasting host position. Amazing insight into players and teams. Always picks great guests that add to the show as well, especially the resident guest on Fridays, Detective Fisch!
-
BeautybananasOG!Chris is one of the OG’s of fantasy football analysts. Can’t get enough of the show. I listen while washing dishes (dishwasher on the Fritz), on the treadmill, at the gym, even when I’m the wife’s doghouse!! Thanks for the countless hours of entertainment over the years and the multiple fantasy championships you helped me win. Yacht Possum Strong!!
-
elmurray777Christopher Harris, one of a kind and second to none!Harris is a film-watching guru and a supreme talent evaluator. His perspective is unique and personable, but what’s most impressive is the sense of community he’s fostered among his audience. Come for the league-winning advice, stay for the good times!
-
ReddLionzPuts in the Work!Loved Chris since the Underground days! He really puts in the work in regards to player talent, crunching through game tape (literally, ALL the game tape!), knowing that player talent usually rises to the top and wins you fantasy leagues. Cousin Josh is also basically a minor celebrity to me at this point. He kills me and so does his walk-up music (we ain’t talking if you’re three 🎶)
-
JaydgerHonestly, The Best. (Updated!)Harris is the fantasy guru buddy that you too can have. Not just speculation, real insight about the players. Chris breaks down film and is super knowledgeable about talent- not just stats and situation. He's a very intellegent, nice dude and makes fantasy football more fun. Download and listen, you won't be sorry. 3 of 4 superbowls recently- he's the man. Another thing- he sells a player profile Almanac that you’ll love as you start getting to know the show. Here’s where it’s perfect. -You’re mid draft. You have some thoughts about a pick, but you’re not sure you want to pull trigger. Part of you is thinking “what does Harris think about this guy?” Boom. It’s a PDF so it’s searchable. “Hmm. Good insight- maybe I’ll hold off.” Or “this could be a sneaky awesome pick.” Nothing could be better right then. I totally missed it.
-
natanalevinGreat analysisCan’t beat Chris’s analysis and film study but he’s annoyingly snarky and arrogant (especially when talking about the rest of the football community)
-
myke824A blast from the pastAbsolutely love listening to this pod, as it gives me a glimpse into the what the antiquated, dinosaur public is thinking. Sometimes you can get a bit lost in the sauce of the industry echo chamber but this pod brings you right back to 2008!
-
Hokies97Only podcast you need!I used to have to commute a long ways every day so I used to have time for lots of fantasy football podcasts. Now I really have time for just one. This is the one worth my time. Funny and informative. Here’s to another decade of knowledge, turkey mayo and possums!!!!
-
bonnski9Absolutely the Best!!Chris Harris is hands down the smartest fantasy football analyst in the business. Nowhere else can you find information and detailed insight than from this show. I've listened to probably every episode since the very beginning and there is no doubt he helped me win my league twice. I’m thrilled that it’s back to 5 days a week, it is truly a bright spot in my day that I look forward to!
-
SirgizmoDoes the work you don’t have time forChris watches every game to see what the players actually do on tape. I feel like his tape analysis is a great tool to have to prepare for the season and for in season moves. His good humor and hard nosed banter with his guests makes for an enjoyable listen. You can’t go wrong with Chris and the Yacht Possums (band name?)
-
TonyC407Great at espn and great as an independentBest Fantasy Football Podcast! Keep up the good work CH!
-
leamdav1184This is the best out thereI used to listen to three and four different fantasy podcast series throughout the year. Over the last two years I have slowly reduced that to just this one as I realized all the rest were saying the same stuff and just looking at box scores. Lots of farts and whistles. This is my go to now during the year. Love this guy. Been listening for 7-8 seasons now.
-
Benbino33Analysis is excellentHarris’ analysis is second to none. I don’t listen to FFB podcasts for entertainment, I listen for actionable information. For that, Harris is the best and this is the only FFB pod I listen to. This rating is because he can’t keep his arrogant leftist politics off the show - and that includes his guests. Harris is bicoastal and, when he’s not giving great football analysis, he’s reminding millions of folks in the middle of the country how much he disdains those of us in the flyover states. I do my best to skip through the entertainment portions of the show and only listen to his analysis. Between that, and listening at 1.5 speed I get everything I need to know in about 20 minutes per show, which does make it more time efficient for me than if I actually found Harris entertaining and listened because I enjoyed hearing him pontificate.
-
Traye OBest of the best.Chris is awesome, shares great insight, and does it all with humor and humbleness. Consistently lets the audience know how much he appreciates us. It means a lot to see successful people show gratitude.
-
Oldman93446Yes, he told us to do itBut you too will find yourself writing a positive review. And autocorrect will start recommending possum every time you write possum possums positive.
-
SuperduperstepdadSwat PossumLast night I took the dogs outside before bed. Upon entering the yard the dogs discovered the a possum literally (literally!) was running along the top of the fence. Mysteriously, the possum did not take the dogs’ harassment as a sign to leave. So I picked up a shovel and as I swatted it off the fence I yelled “go back to your yacht!” This show is so stupid and also the only one I have on auto download.
-
Jersey JammerMy go to ff podcastIf you’ve never listened, give it three or four episodes and I bet you’ll be hooked.
-
FromubaktomeConsistently greatI’ve been listening to Harris since the ESPN days. He’s always been a great listen and knows the NFL better than most.
-
jbaileyhome1The best fantasy football culture podcastI highly recommend downloading a couple episodes and giving it a listen. It is the best show available that will entertain and inform. The community of experts are the best in the industry. Christopher Harris found the formula to give you the edge over the competition, do it…do it. -Maury Finkle
-
HambownaThe best Fantasy Football podcastYou haven’t lived until you head to the movie theater with coffee and gum.
-
HobynoThis show is anything but stupidHands down the best fantasy podcast because Harris actually uses his eyes to see what’s happening in every football game of the season. It’s not a vanilla flavored compliment factor and for that, he deserves even more than 5 stars. Cheers to 10 years of listening (and championships)!
-
claabrSuch a beautiful stupid show.I’ve been a listener since Harris’ ESPN days. That type of longevity/ loyalty should be all the recommendation anyone searching for a podcast should need.
-
Texan59Simply The BestBetter Than All The Rest Better Than Any Pod Any Pod I’ve Ever Heard
-
Glenno570Coaches Lie, I don’t!Despite not having a “Revenge Game Index” to tell us how hard players want to play vs their old teams, the NFL analysis is very good! If you’re looking for player analogies like “hippo on roller skates” or “Jacked Gerbil” look no further! I sure hope you read this review and give it a listen! Maybe also buy his draft guide.
-
The_Jack 16Harris is smoothChris Harris puts a lot of effort into providing an educated view on fantasy football. Although his movie choices are for elitists and the best way to listen to his music recommendations are at double speed. I kid, love this podcast.
