Ashley1359Spreading conspiraciesI was a longtime listener and finally called it quits. I tried to ignore the conspiracy theory episodes but just can’t anymore. They try and describe these as “entertainment” or to widen perspectives, but that’s just code for them knowing what they are sharing is problematic and they decided to publish it anyways. Those can range anywhere from putting olive oil on your face as skin care to describing the US as an economic solace to The British Crown.

Lucy M.PFantastic podcast ❤️Definitely listen if you’re almost 30 or if you want great advice around relationships, wellness, and everything in between. You feel like you’re listening to your best friends chat while also getting some great insights and information. 10/10

🤟🏻✌🏼The podI appreciate the content and guests but I feel like the conversations in the beginning are a little drawn out. I understand a minute or two but 20 minutes feels like a little much.
-
EMP2024Not for meI could only listen to this for five minutes.
-
MrsMcIntyre83Best EverI'm an OG fan and listen every week. My all-time favorite pod ever. ❤️❤️
-
lkmiller2Beautiful episodeMuch appreciated the astrological archetype episode, it will provide some clarity within my personal relationship and hopefully bridge better communication.

WhithrxLanded on an episode interested in a guest……. And gave up after 35 minutes of listening to one host’s diatribe of how she’s feeling atm. I head the guest say one affirming word, and not another peep. Not even the other host seemed to able to get a word in edgewise.

Bugslife77Too much god talkThis podcast has some gems and some interesting content for sure. Not every episode will speak to you but I feel that I take something away from nearly every episode. Occasionally I skip ones that I have absolutely nothing in common with. With that said, and the reason for my three stars, is they talk about god more often it seems and have guests on who sometimes talk about god/bible based faith more than just spirituality. With that said, for me personally, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth whenever they talk about god because it feels a bit preachy. This is simply my personal review and others who have strong faith may really enjoy when they talk about god.

yogi bambiEpisode 703 💯💯💯Thank you Lindsey for your vulnerability and realness. This episode resonated so deeply with me and was EXACTLY what I needed to hear.

cierrayetiGood Conversations with Too Many Ads 🙃I am tired of being sold to. I like the podcast & appreciate the hosts but there doesn’t need to be 6 minutes of ads 3x per episode…..
-
patience1775More Advertisements than PodcastYikes. First time visiting this podcast and I won’t return. Spent the first 40 minutes chatting and ads. Had about 15 minutes of the content I wanted to hear then had another interruption of ads. So annoying. Save your time and sanity, don’t listen to this one!
-
rantingismybestskilI just can’t?I’ve listened to 3 episodes, all from various points in time of the show, to try to give it a real shot. I just don’t like it. The topics and guests seem like they’d be interesting but there is so much fluff-nonsense being said by the hosts that I lose focus almost constantly. I listen to podcasts all day at work and rarely have trouble focusing on them; this one clearly isn’t for me. I do think the commercials are far too long and far too often -honestly, this podcast feels very phony.
-
Euphoric TeamTruly lovely!Deep, impactful, and poignant conversations. Krista and Lindsey share lots of wisdom, they’re so relatable, and I look forward to each new episode. ❤️

CarleeBagleyTHE BEST POD🩷This podcast is my go-to. I seriously can’t listen to any other one without pausing and going back to Almost 30 to try to find an unplayed episode. These women really take their role seriously & make such relatable content. Love you girls!!!!
-
MJX1129I always skip the first 15-20 minThe topics and people they interview = 5 stars. The intros = 2 stars. They also seems drawn out too long, are not always necessary or relevant and often gets boring.
-
allee=]Not as good as it used to beI’ll start by saying that I’ve been a big fan of this podcast and I really do love Krista and Lindsey, they’ve had some really powerful interviews and conversations. However, I feel like the podcast has gone down hill recently - they rarely interview together anymore, less interesting guests, shorter boring interviews with so many ads, sometimes only 1 ep/week, Krista hijacking the interviews to talk about herself (I say that with love, I really do like her and think she’s smart and funny). Also for some reason, they never fail to mention they were one of the first podcasts in the space, I just don’t see how that’s important at this point, it comes off insecure. Anyway, probably not for me anymore!

kclevenger01Relatable, Magical, KismetI happened to find the Almost 30 Podcast when my daughter was a newborn, during the lockdown, as a single mom with little support. Krista and Lindsey became my podcast BFFs when I felt alone and my entire being had shifted into this new person (a mom). Almost 3 years later I’m still a huge fan and love grabbing a matcha and going on a walk with two of my favorite podcast humans in my headphones. The episodes are completely relatable and I learn a ton. This show is a pivotal aspect of my manifestation process as Krista and Lindsey and their guests are amazing expanders! So grateful and couldn’t recommend this podcast more!

kcasey333Feels like every episode is an advertisementI used to love this podcast, and sometimes still do, it’s helped me a lot with my self development and I’ve learned about a lot of new topics wouldn’t have otherwise. Some of the guests are so inspiring and I do like listening to Krista and Lindsay’s journeys. BUT it feels like every episode is filled with sneaky consumerism. Not even the ads, which I understand to fund the show. It’s more than every guest launched newest life changing supplement or is selling an expensive course. I find it hard to trust K + L’s recommendations when it seems unrealistic that they actually take and love all these supplements. I often feel a lot of pressure to buy things after listening to the podcast, especially if I’m not feeling great and want to feel better. It makes me question the authenticity of the advice and why they bring who they do on the show. Especially with it being a spiritual podcast, I come here learn and improve myself, not to fall into influencer culture and overconsumption. I also wish they vetted their guests more, for example, I did a quick search of Dr. Taz after listening to her episode and she has some really awful reviews from her patients, it’s just concerning because that was so easy to find on Google.

johnnysrecords1Almost 30 podcastI have been reading a lot of varying opinions on this show. Some are sounding a bit resentful. I am actually a new listener and have found it super helpful in my self development. I was a long time listener to another podcast that really helped me too. However I could no longer take it as seriously when their coaches left to do their own thing. In the end I was not aligned with it anymore. I love the guests on almost 30. I think the amount of advertising is a bit ott putting. But glad that it keeps it going. I like that you are not pusking an expensive subscription. I do think some of the things advertised could be helpful though. Power to you both really and I actually do think some of the content can be a bit triggering but I let you flow and its been a beautiful outcome. This is not perfect and thats one reason why it resonates with me. Thanks for asking the difficult questions and facing your own demons in front of a mostly appreciative audience. There is a message here if you listen and dont be too quick to judge. We are all struggling with this life especially K and L.and they are called to share with us their investigations and their highs and lows. I am appreciative of this moment with them .

JP052272Mimi Bouchard Manifestation EpisodeDisappointed in this episode Mim Bouchard seems to be knocking off TBM platform and regurgitating information already spoken in depth by Lacy Phillips.
-
natsobeanNegative undertoneI’ve been hearing a negative slightly judgmental undertone in a lot of episodes lately. I no longer feel refreshed or enlightened by this podcast.
-
Wm5455DepressingI never go away with a positive attitude after listening - I now doubt the sincerity of the two women and I’m disappointed.
-
lauraingrahanAnti school?I really used to love this show but hearing them talk about “school” as this negative thing meant to control us is beyond ignorant. I have a doctorate and it is infuriating to hear these women rant against school when neither of you have experienced higher education at the level I have. You are ignorant and sad. You don’t need to get “into schools” you aren’t qualified to be there. Being anti school is being anti education. Seriously such a sad and pathetic take by two uneducated women.
-
Peace RansomLove it! And so not 30 lolI am a 43 year old woman and love how these two wonderful women are able to pour into my cup and feed my soul. I love their topics, you definitely don’t have to be in your 30s to benefit and learn so much to enrich your life.
-
Ls12012So offensiveThe recent “how to approach dating” was so offensive I will not be able to listen to another episode. The comments on “how embarrassed” you are to be online dating and “how embarrassing” it was for YOU to be ghosted were so uncalled for. Does you having a podcast make you better than the rest of us also in the same journey? I came to your podcast to be uplifted and instead you put me in such a negative head space on this topic. It is NOT embarrassing to be online dating, doesn’t matter who you are. You should probably check yourself, this topic is one that’s very relatable and you put out such a negative episode and tone on the topic.
-
BLifnicI adore almost 30It’s crazy how much I resonate with the topics that Lindsey and Krista speak about on this pod. Even the pre show discussion almost always hits home for me. Thank you both for doing what you do, being unapologetically real and being such incredible expanders !
-
Kilmggrateful to listen! Some episodes don’t fully resonate with me but I love how diverse these topics are and I am grateful to listen to them every week!
-
HfuenmayorBeautiful podcastLoveddd the episode with Lorie Ladd!

YourMomEatsDonutsRespect your listeners a little more, pleaseIt took a FULL HOUR to even get to the topic at hand in episode 644. Y’all are taking advantage of your listeners with the rambling conversations and incredibly long amount of ads (I listen to a ton of podcasts and NO ONE has as many or as long ads as y’all do).
-
tinneara.anyahepisode 642 was the EXACT thing i neededi’ve been listening to almost 30 for awhile and I’ve never written any review but baby this one right here was the very thing i needed for where i’m at in my life, it brought tears to my eyes lol. i’m so grateful to them for sharing their own experiences and me being able to learn so much. love love loveeeee you guys!!! sending you even more success and love and joy and happiness!!🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

LyssashleyManifesting attending a live show!!!I’m a loooooong time listener & lover of Krista & Lindsey! I’ve listened to this podcast since 2018/2019 & have loved listening to the growth & evolution of the show & the hosts. The latest episode of the live show in NY resonated with me on so many levels & I’m now intentionally manifesting being able to attend a live show! Love you guys!
-
annazambrenyGreat content, super inspiring and groundedI’ve been listening to Almost 30 for about 4 years - the content has changed a lot the way but I truly feel like the best content and best conversations are happening on here now! Lindsey and Krista have so much wisdom and have come so far as hosts, definitely recommend subscribing!
-
emmylouburnsVery hopeful, validating and upliftingThe hosts are so vulnerable and wise. I always feel less alone in my troubles when listening to them discuss the challenges they face and the work that we can all do to overcome these things! They also have great senses of humor so it’s fun to listen to as well!
-
utica_ave123Hmm…Quote from Krista during the episode with Aaron Alexander: “He was playing this Native American flute…it got too native and got really scared” Am I overthinking this or was that disrespectful? 🤔 Also the convo felt very centered around Krista. The part where Aaron was going on about how hot Krista is was…weird? Completely forgot Lindsey was there to be honest. Talk about cringe. Get in there Linds, own your place in this show.
-
gf go rghMeh.While they do have some interesting topics and great guests, the substance is lacking and the amount of ads spread throughout the show is beyond annoying. The podcast itself feels 15 minutes long sometime. There are so many better podcasts out there, don’t waste your time.
-
BriaZhané5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARDI’m currently 26 years old and have been navigating my 20s so far the best way I can. These lovely ladies have been such a light when diving into various topics! Makes me appreciate where I currently am and definitely makes me look forward to being in my 30s as well. AMAZING! 🩷
-
MarganapGood content toooo many commercials in betweenThey have good voices and great topics, however They have sometimes commercials back and forth and that to me is very annoying. I understand that they need sponsors as a way to make money for their podcast but they should be more mindful about them and find a way to not put so many in one episode.
-
loverly2493Reeks of privilegeI’ve tried to give this podcast a chance so many times but I just can’t. There are so many other podcasts out there that provide much better + inclusive information, and this one just isn’t worth your time.
-
MAGGIEV063HacksI’m listening to my initiation, my heart of hearts, my spiritual body and it’s telling me that these women’s are total frauds.
-
Megan Hemmerperfect for curious minds & so relatable!I just discovered Almost 30 and have been binge listening to this podcast since. It fulfills my super curious soul as they cover so many different topics, and at the same time it feels so relatable! Thank you Krista and Lindsey!

MaryJK1994Almost 30 is almost fizzled outI’ve enjoyed many of the episodes throughout the years, trying to ignore their overuse of AAVE and excessive ads. But as they’re in their mid-30s, I think they should pivot/rebrand to remain authentic. Krista keeps leaning towards the far right (antivaxxer, etc) and after talking openly about her wedding as a “spiritual vortex” when they were never legally married… they’re losing trust with their listeners. As much as they discuss microdosing, maybe discuss the legality of it and their white woman privilege of it all…? Just feels ignorant like in they’re own little culty world and are only listening to their audience that doesn’t challenge them.
-
melz03The ADSHoly cow the ADs are like 45 minutes of the show…. Other than that it’s a super easy listening and chill podcast. I take maybe one thing from each podcast i listen to versus taking in the whole 30-45 minutes of another podcast. But it has potential !
-
Jenni sue is coolr than youUsed to be an avid listenerI listened to these ladies for years and loved the uniqueness of their content as well as personalities. It’s just not as grounded as it used to be. I also get they have to make money, but come on the ads have gotten to be ridiculous - a JC Penny's ad in one of them?? I know they probably don’t shop there. I’ve also been perceiving Krista to be projecting a lot on Lindsay for living in NYC, what she eats, etc. It’s just hard for me to even listen to anymore.
-
elisienaLove these ladiesWow, seems like one angry person wrote a ton of the same negative reviews. Nothing about this podcast is “far-right”… I appreciate how Krista and Lindsey continue to expand their consciousness and speak on new, evolving issues and conversations that need to be had. Thank you 🙏🏻

KathleencriselDisappointingI started listening to Almost30 around 2016/2017? They started to get into interviewing people and transitioned into spirituality, wellness, etc. I even went to their in person events a couple of times that were amazing. Later on, I felt the podcast was misaligning with my journey, so stopped listening for a few years. Recently, I listened to one of their podcasts and the substance just isn’t there anymore. I don’t like the solo episodes as it seems like one of the podcasters just talks about herself a lot. There was one about witches recently that I found just oddly ridiculous (like a Harry Potter fan on steroids) and it just turned me off. Another thing, it’s catered for the white woman. Idk how else to put it. I’m hoping there is more inclusiveness and there may be for the past few years, but even as an early listener, that was something I had problems with. So sad I couldn’t stay a fan!

CLAOC01💖Although not everything is meant to stick, I really enjoy their content. I even became An Almost 30 member and joined Single Sacredness. Thank you K+L

agentprovocateur234Hope it turns around but the future looks bleakAs a long time subscriber, if I have to hear anymore about Kristas “divorce,” “separation” I’m out. (Newsflash: it was a break-up. Saying you’re divorced to sound cool or “more adult” is creepy. Divorce is expensive and is not cool or something to be borderline bragging about). Also if she doesn’t stop with the darkness retreat, I’m out there too. It’s mentioned in every. single. episode. As someone from LA a darkness retreat is as unremarkable as brushing your teeth. Get new content, but make it authentic. The podcast is lulling and getting lost among the crowd with every other basic spiritual/self-help/weird/woke guest podcast out there when it used to be a juggernaut in the field.
-
Masha MakarianAuthentic and awesome hosts :)I’m a recent subscriber, and I have been enjoying this pod so much! I feel like Krista and Lindsey’s friendship is so inspirational and what I would love to have in a friendship. I really loved Krista’s most recent solo episode “how to not care what people think” because I am going through a little lesson from the universe about that very thing right now! Grateful to have found this podcast and will continue to tune in :)
-
jilliansmith.rdObsessed! Is it possible to love a podcast more and more when you listen to it? If so, this is how I feel about the Almost 30 podcast! Krista and Lindsey cover such great topics with the best guests — I walk away each episode feeling a little bit smarter and full of wisdom than I did before!
-
KellyM0524Love them but…..I am a long time listener of Almost 30 and overall I love Krista and Lindsey. I love almost all of the show topics and I appreciate how they have evolved. BUT I will say that over the past year, it really feels like they are hiding more and more, sharing less authentically with their audience and generally have a more jaded and disconnected attitude towards the audience. For example, LINDSEY IS PREGNANT. Anyone with two eyeballs and is paying attention can see that she’s been hiding her stomach with jackets for months. Which is totally fine to share in your own time, but also why? Why hide this for so long from an audience who you “say” you love and who support you. Additionally, the vibes have been off with Krista for quite some time. The fact that she hid the breakdown of her relationship for as long as she did feels really gross to me. Everything that’s being shared now is very “buttoned up”. It’s not real anymore. All her messages are crafted to present in a certain way, and I don’t feel like I know them anymore. Rather it feels like two business women producing super curated content that is exceptionally planned out to align with a brand. Which again, that’s cool but also not why I’m a loyal fan. I’m here to grow along side these ladies, and they don’t seem to be letting us in while they grow anymore. And finally - can’t believe Krista didn’t get legally married but brought us all along for a ride to her fake wedding. Come on dude. You know that was hiding something. Gross.
