I cannot stop listening to this podcast! It’s exactly what I needed in my life right now - an in depth look at one book of the Bible. It is thought provoking and scholarly. What a complete breath of fresh air in this world today amidst all of the garbage available for streaming. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Pastor Tim & Johnathan's Project 1517 Podcast! They explain Gods Word and love in a way thats relevant to our contemporary living while holding true the meaning and traditional of the words coming from the words of the people from the books they cover. This is my podcast I listen to religiously (I had to play that pun) when travelling anywhere I can list. Its hilarious to hear the twin brothers, their voices that sound alike, the giggling and laughter that comes. Most importantly I know I am connecting and learning so much more about God which is my main goal and is being achieved here. I could go on but listen to a few episodes and you will be hooked too. They cover so much material and I am learning about what it means to be a CHristian everytime I listen. Its my way of going through the bible with my ears and heart. KEEP IT UP TWIN BROTHER PASTORS, THE HOLY SPIRIT IS LEADING YOU IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION AND KEEPING YOUR LISTENERES REASSURED OF GODS LOVE, PEACE AND MERCY FOR THEM AND EVERY PERSON. These brothers have a knack for honestly discussing the Scriptures so that anybody can understand it. So thankful for this.

The two pastors are twin brothers which is totally fun and quirky, and they serve in northern (NYC) and southern (SC) churches so they have unique cultural insights/comparisons. Best of all, it's smart Bible study by experienced pastors who know and love the Word. Well researched and historical, yet relevant to today. Haven't found any other podcast quite like it. Fills a void for me.
