    Medical Astrology
In you defense of Medical Astrology episode, it seems you went full circle to claiming your own dismissal of other types of astrology. I wonder where your opinion lies with more energetic treatments (ie Reiki, Ancestral Healing, DNA healing, etc). I remember you saying if a method has results and has existed for a long time, why dismiss it?

    Greatest Herbal Podcast!
Thank you so much for the plant path podcast. As a beginning, clinical herbalist, the information that you share with all of us is astounding. You have an uncanny ability to simplify very complex concepts in a way that I truly understand. I always look forward to your next podcast.

Educational, Inspiring and all around Enjoyable
I always enjoy tuning into The Plant Path! I love how Sajah always ties in many perspectives of herbalism from Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, to traditional Western herbalism and astrology. He has a wonderful calm and casual delivery of really excellent educational information that makes it easy to relate to and incorporate into my own framework of thinking about herbs in my own life and studies. I hope one day to take a course from The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, but until then I so appreciate Sajah and Whitney providing this resource to the greater public! Thank you!!

The Plant Path is a peaceful journey of learning
I have been studying herbalism as an interest and hobby for nearly 10 years. I listen to many podcasts and have found a few that have quality material delivered in a palatable manner. Sajah has a calm and soothing voice and offers a perspective that very much compliments other schools of thought. His vitalist approach and connection to nature continues to bring me back to learning about herbs. Thanks ✌🏻

    Excellent
I just listened to the April 26, 2023 podcast and loved it! I would be blow away if anyone could hear this information and not know that there is a God, a Creator that orchestrated it all. The patterns, the connectness and the web of life could in no way have happened by chance. Peace!

Loving the new materia medica with Whitney
I am a long time student of the school of evolutionary herbalism and I just wanted to say that I love the new blog posts of materia medica where Whitney chimes in and talks about cultivation. I am very interested in hearing more! I was wondering if you have thought about creating a program in the evolutionary herbalism portal for herb cultivation. I would absolutely sign up and watch every course!!!

RIght, right, right, right?, ad nauseun
I listened to the first minute and 34 seconds and count 9 “Right?” I saw Buhner endorsed your book and you get lots of praise in the herbal community. I did not expect to hear this level of speech from you. Its embarassing.

May 3, 2022 Episode with Kami McBride
Hearing this conversation with Whitney and Kami blew me away! Their collective wisdom and authenticity touched my heart and soul. I am so happy to know there are others out there who are dedicated to living in harmony with and are in love with the Earth. And to hear Kami talk about “Hearth”; I have always loved that word which contains within it these words: “HEAR the HEART of the EARTH.” Thank you Whitney and Kami.

    Great show, one question
Great podcast. One question in response to the dosage episode and making the strong chamomile tea: I’d always been told never to use boiling water to make an infusion as you lose some essential properties. I’ve heard Sajah talk about making teas several times and he tends to say boiling water. Is there a reason for this? Is my information incorrect? Thx

    Beautiful podcast!
Plant spirits saved my life and Sajah and Whitney do such an amazing job teaching about plants from multidimensional levels. My favorite herbalism podcast!

    Factual inaccuracies
I’m pursuing a grad degree in plant science and thought this would be interesting but he’s just using scientific words incorrectly to support his statements

    Do more research
I was really hoping to hear about some helpful herbal aides for ADHD but within the first 5 minutes I was absolutely stunned at the lack of understanding what ADHD is and the generalization of children and parents that are living with this disease. I would recommend that more research is done on not only the disease but the availability of medications and how they actually impact kids and adult’s. I hope that parents that just received the diagnosis for their children do NOT listen to this podcast for information.

    Amazing combination of practices
I have just recently gotten into herbalism, but I have had a long lasting interest in astrology, Ayurveda, and alchemy, and the way this podcast ties all of them together is absolutely amazing. Its exactly what ive been looking for, and now having listened to 15-20 episodes, I will definitely recommend this to anyone interested in these topics!
  • Nickname Disappointed.
    Insulting
As an adult with an ADD brain, I felt insulted within 5 minutes of turning on the podcast. As a parent, I was immediately concerned about how my children were receiving the statements being made about medications and mistreatment of children with ADHD. This podcast was recommended based on my history but it was a huge miss. Medicines are there for a reason and even herbs have negative side effects and risks. Stop shaming people for using what works. If herbs and appropriated methods don’t work then no one should feel like a failure for having success with medications.

Very informative and educational. I feel a great connection to the content and am so glad to have this as a resource.

    Great content, delivery needs work
I’m new to the podcast and although I’m not an herbalist, I am very interested in the content. Unfortunately, your frequent input of the word ‘right?’ after almost every point you make in your sentences made me not want to listen any longer 😞 Maybe I’ll try again in the future!
  • VeggieVinyasa
    Amazing wisdom
As an Ayurveda practitioner, I am thrilled with how this podcast connects all the dots with plant medicine and astrology taking us deeper into true understanding of how the microcosm and microcosm reflect each other. I’m in the middle of binging and will definitely be signing up for courses in the future.

    Phenomenal
Every time I listen to the Plant Path or watch a video lecture by The School of Evolutionary herbalism I feel lit up. I remember the first time I listened to it I could feel the cells of my being vibrating at the frequency of truth and alignment. The work you all do literally helps bridge me to my higher self. I have never discovered such a broad spectrum of herbalism & such an in-depth approach to it that also beautifully interweaves spirituality into it. Not only are the lectures/lessons/podcasts not-boring, they are incredibly enjoyable and fascinating! Since discovering you all via this podcast a couple months ago, I have since gotten Sajah’s book, Evolutionary Herbalism, taken the Materia Medica monthly course intro (calendula lectures), watched multiple of your lectures on YouTube and listened to the podcast many more times. & I plan to enroll in an online course as soon as enrollment opens back up! 😊 So my reason for sharing all of this is to highlight how much of an effect this podcast has had on my life and how much it’s inspired me to really dive deep into my own plant path. & to highlight how accessible you all make this wealth of knowledge. There are no words to fully express my gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

    Revolutionary Evolution!
I really enjoy Sajah’s points of view, passion and language. He puts out a lot of accessible information and thought provoking ideas. You can feel his love for what he is doing in his voice while he pulls together many belief and health modalities into one comprehensible dialogue. He’s really putting the puzzle pieces together and it’s turning out beautiful! I hope to be able to directly learn from him someday 💕

Wonderful evolution of herbal medicine to treat the whole person
Sajah Popham of The School of Evolutionary Herbalism creates a wonderful podcast that is informative and entertaining! His wonderful collective approach brings together wisdom from the many schools of herbalism and from the alchemical traditions to shine a new and comprehensive look at the physical, psychological, and spiritual applications of plant medicines.

    Favorite podcast by far
This has to be my favorite podcast around. I discovered medical astrology through this podcast and it changed my life. I’ve always been into plants, but to hear about how herbalism can naturally help our bodies is wonderful. It’s such a unique podcast to exist and I’m happy I found it.

This podcast has changed my life
Not to be dramatic, but the things I've learned from (obsessively) listening to this podcast has dramatically shifted my worldview and opened my eyes to some pretty important ancient wisdom that has been lost over the years. There are VERY few online resources to learn more about these topics and I can't thank Sajah and Whitney enough for allowing me the opportunity to really dive into this subject matter.
  • mysecretbeth
    Sound quality got to me
As an obsessive listener to podcasts, I have gotten spoiled. I can overlook that echoey quality of this podcast, but the swallowing (which is followed by a clicking/teeth sucking sound) was very distracting. This is not intended to be a hurtful review- rather, hopefully a helpful criticism. I adore this topic and really want to listen in the future if the sound quality is improved.

    In depth content, excellent teacher
I am an RN and almost PMHNP. I find this podcast incredibly informative to explain herbalism in a scientific language that I appreciate from my western medical training, and spiritual language that is missing in my education. Thank you.

    This Podcast is EVERYTHING!!!
Soooo grateful to have stumbled upon this amazing resource. As a longtime student of all things mystical I have for many years now been enamored with herbs, natural healing, astrology, alchemy, tarot... the usual gambit of esoteric interests. My biggest struggle has been being unable to meld the different areas of interest I study into a cohesive and applicable practice, despite knowing they are somehow all related. I could sense the common thread which underlies everything from the observation of the cosmos to the health of the soil in my yard, to my own personality. My biggest problem has been the feeling of “there is no divide”, coupled with “but there is so much variety, where do I focus my attention?” For me, this podcast was the missing link. And I totally binged it after hearing the first episode. In the car, washing dishes, in the shower, going on walks, falling asleep...Sajah’s voice filled my head. And despite some of the repetition, (which for me actually served to drive the messages home), I more often than not found myself smiling, nodding my head, and thinking yes, yes, YES! THIS is what I’ve been looking for! This ties it all together!” It is the first resource I’ve come across which blends my love of science and “facts”, with intuition and the love of all things ancient & mystical. The clarity achieved by simply hearing these teachers speak is exhilarating. Their compassion and authenticity are easily discernible through the lessons Sajah and Whitney share. Thank you both for this work you are sharing with the world. It is so soooo needed. Forever grateful. HIGHLY recommend this podcast. Let’s all take a moment of silence to appreciate the miraculous beings that plants are and the wonderful teachers and ambassadors who work to bridge the divide ignorance creates between us<3

Sajah is the teacher I’ve been looking for!
The Plant Path is undoubtably by favorite podcast I’ve come across. All of the topics are well thought out, engaging and contain psycho-spiritual elements, which adds so much depth to learning about plants. Herbs are given a new dimension of spirit, and Sajah has completed shifted my thought paradigm. His passion for what he does is so apparent it’s even contagious. The correlation of astrology to plants and understanding the psyche has been a very expansive concept in my understanding. I can’t stop listening!!! Can’t wait for the session to open up for the Astro-herbalism course! Keep it coming :)

    Depth and breadth
Time and again I am awed by the sheer amount of information in all of Sajah’s work. What is really impressive is the ability to clearly synthesize and transmit the many arms of herbalism into a cohesive whole. It’s such a gift, thank you for sharing it!

    Love this podcast
I listen to podcasts a lot while I'm at work, and The Plant Path has quickly become one of my absolute favorites. I've learned a lot so far, and really appreciate the enthusiasm and passion that Sajah has for herbalism. I've begun having some health problems, and based off of his wise advice I've began the process of healing myself using our plant allies. Before this podcast, my understanding of herbalism was so shallow and allopathic. I feel like Sajah has really pulled back the curtain and helped me see what a magical, powerful, and deep practice herbalism truly is. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom.

Fascinating and Informative about Herbal Energetics, Astrology, and Alchemy
I have REALLy enjoyed listening to this podcast and have recommended it to several friends as well as in a couple herbal forums! It has really rounded out my knowledge of traditional herbalism. Episodes range from information about Herbal Energetics, the hebal astrological and lunar calender, herbs in alchemy and spagyrics, and presents a whole new way (for me) of viewing and using plants in general. Sajah is really well educated and presents his information intuitively and methodically in a format that is easy to understand and listen to. I can't recommend this podcast enough!
