Cecily johnsonHappy to have PodrunnerI have been listening for many years and before I retired I was a monthly contributor. Podrunner has helped me create a number of different, worthwhile workouts and age gracefully. Now I mostly able to hike and power walk (gave up running at 60), so I especially appreciate the episodes between 100-130 bpm. I joined a senior hiking group and with Podrunner training, I am able to finish strenuous hikes in the lead. I appreciate Podrunner so much. Thank you for all you do.

hosswithnonameAmazngEvery day I search for the exact perfect workout music. My search is over K don’t need to look further. The beat is spot on and even when I want to stop this new 2024 creation keeps me going till I finish. The tracks are consistent beat well thought out and produced expertly. Could not be happier, I’m deleting all other downloads. Kerp up the great work!!

SusmadelWhen you just wanna workoutThis music is easy on beat and keep me motivated. No breaks in the music - just an hour of intensity to keep me going. Nothing on Spotify or Apple Music can compete!

kmgren430Fan since the beginning!!!DJ Steve Boy rocks!!! I've been a fan from the very beginning! I started running about 3 years ago and needed some type of music to keep me motivated. I made my own CDs with music that had certain BPM, but it just took forever to find all different types of music. Then I found Podrunner and have listened to it since! I love Steve's antics in the beginning and he always makes me laugh! I recommend Podrunner to anyone...I even do my house work to it! Keep them coming Steve...and always "keep on rolling!"

Pip jarlMissing My Music!I’m in the Recovery series and I have been using a particular mix that was for 1 hour and had a pace of 100 bpm. I can no longer find it! Steve, has it been replace/remixed/abandoned? Help!

SilverfistVery helpful podcast for running/walkingI first discovered this podcast a few years ago, and found it incredibly helpful when I was distance training… I downloaded a bunch of the 120 BPM episodes and could pretty much walk forever while getting lost in the mixes. I lost most of my cardio during the pandemic and thought this podcast wasn’t for me any more… and then I noticed that he had introduced the recovery mixes. This is *EXACTLY* what I need right now! I’m now working on my cadence and have so far graduated from 100 to 105 BPM, and know that if I can keep improving on my endurance and speed I’ll be back to where I was before I know it. And it’s thanks to this podcast. Thank you very much for thinking about those runners (and walkers like me) who have lost ground and need help getting back to form. You have a fan forever!

JrblasterSolid Playlists for over 15 years!!Before PodRunner was a thing here as a PodCast, Steve Boyett was killing it. I have been listening to him, since 2005, and donated in the past. Wouldn’t change a thing. Here’s the thing, you can search all you want on here and other venues... how many DJ’s out there specify various BPM and different types workouts with music that inspires you to keep after it? Steve, keep on trucking man, you’ve inspired me for a long time to keep on keeping on. You’ll always be on my playlist, even my old MP3’s I’ve imported. Some will say the music is “meh,” but let’s face it, he’s putting it out there to entertain and motivate, Thanks Steve!

mdop1974My favorite !!I used this podcast religiously when running on the elliptical for a good 2-3 years. I thought it just disappeared. Every now and then I miss the mixes I used to use back in 2009 . This podcast got me excited to run and I am grateful for that! I’ve just downloaded a few of my favorites so that I can always have them when I need them!
-
stillwaterfitnessPODRUNNERI have been a PODRUNNER fan dine 2009 and I can’t believe how often I turn to PODRUNNER for motivation,. Steve’s mixes having enjoyably gotten me through my daily 5-6 run to my training runs of 20+ miles when I’ve been marathon training. I also love the variety and I have dabbled with his tabatas . I have tried other running/workout mixes but my favorite continues to be PODRUNNER and PODRUNNER intervals.

Podcast Addict2The very best mixes for workoutsFantastic of course. With an app that allows fine adjustments in speed the workouts can be adjusted to fit one exactly. The running speed episodes can be slowed down for walking. I really appreciate it.

DrbcruFor Walkers & Runners - Love itI don't run and finding music to go with is sometimes hard. Most are too fast, too young for me. Usually I'm grooving to 70's R&R or disco for the beat. Podrunner is a podcast that has various beats and most are about an hour. I'm using the the 126-130 ones and it really helps you get in the zone. He has listed 120 to over 180 BPM's. But what I like is there is no rhythm change unless you chose one that's for intervals. Keeps you going. Highly recommend. It's hard to find walking music and I appreciate he has it covered. I know some have said they want more than the beat but for me the beat is what I was looking for to keep me motivated for the long stretch w/o loosing stride.
-
MelliestemLOVE!Podrunner has been with me many years! I appreciate not having to think about how to pace myself…the music does it for me when I use Podrunner. Thanks for upping my running pace. Podrunner is my favorite running buddy.
