    Love you ladies!
I love that you guys don’t shove your political opinions down our throats! You’re one of the only true crime podcasts that’s I’ve found that refrains from talking politics and it’s so refreshing!

    I came for the murder
I have loved you both for years. Thank you for the entertainment. I’m unsubscribing now as you said “we don’t get into politics” as a queer woman, and a mother, I am doubling down to only listen to folks who are brave enough to take a stand. Hopefully this country kills us off soon, as I’m so tired of fighting to survive. Should give you more stories to share… political violence agaisnt queer folks.

One of the best if not the best
I love listening to you both. This is one of my all time favorite podcasts to listen to. I’ve been listening for a few years now I can’t remember when but it’s when it still had the moms and murder title. Anyways I love how you play off each other and talk a little but get right to the story without taking too much time away. I love you and wish you many success to come ❤️❤️

    Good
I like them but it feels like every episode is “woman killed by her partner” needs more variety, more mystery.

    Mispronounced words
Love your personalities & storytelling, but there is no excuse for mispronounced words of familiar & famous places, which happens regularly. It’s not difficult to confirm pronunciation on the internet! Latest episode of Gabby Petito had Grand Teton National Park mispronounced several times. Mispronouncing words like this leads listeners to doubt your credibility.

    One of my Favorites
I have about three or four podcast on rotation- and this one is one of absolute favorites!

    Sponsors
I love the show, and understand that sponsors are needed, but honestly there are too many interruptions for such a short show. Unfolding.

    Good and clean
I’ve been listening since the beginning and I’ve loved it! I think it’s sweet they talk about the weather, their kiddos and life happenings. I also appreciate the stories they cover and the respect they show for the families.

    My favorite podcast
My all time favorite podcast. The stories are stories that are not covered by everyone around. Grateful for these ladies.

Great job with the show ladies!

    Wish there’d be warnings
I love this podcast but episodes containing animal abuse should have a trigger warning at the beginning.

    Love you guys!
You guys are awesome! Kristina and Judy in Quincy!
  • Kristi Kilbs
    Huge fan!
I love how you both tell a story and put in your own entertaining thoughts and feelings on each one. The sympathy and compassion you guys have makes listening to your show a treat.

    Not a favorite
It’s ok if you like a ton of giggling & getting totally off topic & way off base for most of the episodes. Just not enough real facts for a real crime show podcast. And Melissa’s voice kills me! So boring & monotone. And if they say “That’s wild” one more time. Seriously broaden your vocabulary!

    Love!
I absolutely love you guys episodes! I love the chit chat and all of the cases you cover!

    Love this show!
Love, love, love the show and listening to Mandy and Melissa banter back and forth about the hot Florida weather, chickens and Diet Coke. After listening to an old episode my only criticism is how in the world has Mandy not seen the movie “Home Alone”? You need to turn your air conditioning up, put on a sweater and enjoy that movie pronto.

    Love the Moms!
Thanks to Jaime from Murderish for sending me over. Love how they report the stories, even the ones I already know, I enjoy their take. I appreciate that they talk about things in a real way and not dramatizing certain details like most trucrime shows. Funny and relatable banter, pretty short intro (I guess people think it’s long, but I like hearing private school schedules and Florida weather reports 😂). The end is always so light and funny, I’ve never watched love is blind, but the passion they have for it 😜. Keep it up ladies

Great podcast- well written and love the moms!
I really enjoy the podcast - put my earbuds in and go for a nice long walk with them!

    Enjoyable
I have been listening to this podcast since 2021. Many nights when I was up with my newborn, these ladies kept me company lol. I enjoy them Very much and have even gone back to older episodes. I’ll definitely continue following this podcast. Also, I don’t understand the hate and negative reviews. If you don’t like it , don’t listen to it. Sheesh.

    excellent listen
I truly love this pod. I listen to a lot of true crime and feel like they address things respectfully without making jokes or light of horrible events. they dont make me feel desensitized to crime and dont do stories about children which I so appreciate.
  • BRas84
Good stories but told in very brisk, businesslike manner
Good stories…but told in such a brisk, businesslike manner. To the point, like they are reading word for word. Not much back and forth chatting, however too much chatting at beginning of stories.
  • helen k reynolds
    Fake
“Hi, Mandy, how are you?”. Melissa’s voice sounds tired, bored, practiced, monotone and disinterested. We know you are either on zoom or in close proximity to your cohost. Why use the same un-interested beginning for your podcast? This turns me off to listening plus, not very well researched .

    So good
This is the best podcast I’ve ever listened to Natalia campos #1 fan

    Top Tier
You two make listening to horrible stories somehow wholesome. You’re relatable and funny with the right amount of respect, the show is well researched and informative and you get it done in just the right amount of time. The two of you have created what very few true crime podcasters have been able to achieve and I live for it every Tuesday ❤️

Stop trolling and giving bad reviews!( I.e. Tulipa44)
I would like to first start out bye saying that ALL CRIME isn’t humorous! If you don’t like the podcast then go away! It’s that simple! If you’re into true crime there are many podcasts out there like this one! I have not yet listened to all of this series of podcasts except a couple of them which I am not going to say these are good or bad but I think it’s interesting enough to keep listening! I’ve listened to another podcast like this one (which I’ve listened to all of them and waiting on this weeks episode) called Crime Junkies which really is like this podcast (Ashley Flowers and Brit, two amazing people, like these two women are courageous people). Like I said above, if you don’t like the podcast, don’t listen! And move on. (i.e. Tulipa44, don’t know why your giving a bad review because you like a different podcast, go listen to your possibly lame DWD and leave no review on this one because they don’t deserve it) I absolutely hate people (trolls) like that! Unless you listen to all of their episodes and only then should you be giving bad reviews and not even bad reviews. How about you leave a review that actually helps someone better their podcasts not tear them down. Keep doing what you guys are doing ladies you guys are definitely courageous. Don’t listen to negative people that troll your podcast. They have no idea what they’re talking about. As for my fellow crime Listeners, stay alert, be rude, trust your gut feeling because it’s 99% right, stay alive!
  • Tulipa44
    It’s no Date With Dateline
Heard about this one from Date with Dateline, which I love. Unfortunately this has none of the wit, warmth,or humor, and copious use of “whenever” instead of “when”. They seem like nice people but I’ll keep looking for an in-depth crime podcast to listen to when DWD doesn’t have new episodes.
  • LotusSpeak
    Really Annoying
I love this show so much and I’ve been listening since 2018 but man you gals make it so hard to find another podcast like yours! I am at the point that I am listening to your old shows over again. I am so annoyed that you are this good.
  • REESHIA95

    Great Podcast
I look forward to listening to this podcast every week. If you’re not a fan of their “last thing before we go,” give it a few episodes and you’ll begin to look forward to those, too. Highly recommend this for true crime from true friends.

    Luv me some moms
I’m obsessed with your pod! Only ones I don’t like are the unsolved I have to admit. It makes me so mad!!! I love seeing u guys on tv too! Talk about hot mamas. Thank you also for turning me on to a date with dateline I am so obsessed with that too. Not sure if you read these but I saw a heartbreaking documentary last night on a Pakistani woman named Sania Khan, have you guys done one on her? It’s so sad.
  • claired12345
    Good show. Well researched
But please get rid of the trivia. It’s ruining the show. Nobody cares about random facts about a town. It’s mind numbing.
  • nelehw
    Fantastic
I absolutely LOVE your show , you two are so fun together . We look forward to this every week. I’ve been listening to older episodes and you guys have came so far, way too much joking and banter going on but now you guys do perfect podcast .

    INTRO TOO LONG
I was searching for a new true crime/mystery podcast since my usual ones haven't uploaded new episodes yet. I stumbled upon this particular podcast and decided to give it a try, but the introduction was too long, which discouraged me from listening further.
  • MargTheo
    Top-notch
Mandy and Melissa are top-notch podcasters. I always enjoy the episodes, especially the podcasters’ ability to be entertaining while also being sympathetic. Even more so, their ability to be kind to all people, regardless of the victim’s race, gender, sexuality, etc, makes them a favorite.
  • naddygam
    Good podcast
I really like the podcast and the girls. The side talk and giggling can be grating and disrespectful to victims' families. And sometimes it’s just ‘when’ and not ‘whenever’. 🤗

    Moms and Mysteries
I found this podcast a few months ago. I totally love it. I started listening from newest to oldest but then I switched it up and now I’m listening oldest back to newest. I love these two hosts. They are funny and so real. I’m kinda obsessed with them lol!
  • vonheyhey
    Based on true events episode
You all did an episode about Jaws, say it’s not a popular movie, then admit neither of you have seen it?? Just watch the dang movie before you do an episode on it. As this is the first episode I’ve listened to, I’m left to deduce that you all do not research anything you are podcasting about.
  • T. Kord
    A Really Informative Podcast!
Listened to the Jamilla “Millie” Smith episode and it’s sad but great! The research is so in depth for an ongoing situation!
  • Nullity
If proper English doesn’t matter, this is the podcast for you!
Edit 5/5/24: popped back in to check and the whenever/when grammar issues still exist. I’m not holding out any hope that their grammar will get any better as the show goes on. I have, however, increase the star rating by one because at least they are trying. Original: I really do not want to waste any more time on this pod, so here is a primary example of my complaint. Episode “survivor man” at 35:28 when the host says “I remember whenever this happened ...”. Does this particular murderer perform this same crime on the same person repeatedly? No. There is a difference between “I remember when this happened ...” (it only happened once; the guy didn’t kill the same person repeatedly) and how the host uses “whenever”. Whenever implies that it happens more than once, which is impossible. Stay in school kids! Hopefully you will learn from this rather than brush this comment off as a “hater”. As a mother, you owe it to your children to at least be literate.

    A breath of fresh air
First thinks first, I’m a man that loves true crime, but I hate how most true crime podcast find it necessary to use vulgar filler words(cursing) to make their point. On a whim I tried this podcast and have been hooked. The material is well researched and presented in a way that hooks you. I build bridges for a living and there is a ton of time waiting for concrete trucks to come so I listen to a lot of episodes, and these ladies never fail. I would definitely recommend it.
  • ADDesigns18
    Obsessed is an understatement
I love this podcast and love the conversations before and after the story. As a mom myself, I can relate to so many of their stories and banter back and forth. I’m currently into the 2019 episodes, so it’ll be a sad day when I’m all caught up and have to go down to one M&M episode a week.

Good stories that end with some laughs
I had this show in my library for a while and finally worked around to it. Binged 6-7 years in a couple of months. M&M give me a laugh many times through out the story. I like that you don’t do stories about children because my heart can’t handle those stories. Thanks for keeping it clean too. I’m in Houston with the same weather so I understand that love hate relationship that comes with each “season.”
  • Devine Ms D
    Great!
Intros are now less than five minutes, great improvement. Stories are greag and often unknown.
  • Jersey Girl in Vermont
    Love!
This podcast has always been a favorite for me. Hosts are very nice . They know how to tell a story and keep me interested from beginning to end. I have listened to this podcast from the very beginning and they are consistently great!

Yall might be the most boring true crime podcast
Yall are sooooo boring.. how do you have a podcast?? Not Melissa the other one sounds like she says things like “Golly”… you also probably ask for a manager a lot too??? It’s going to be a giant no for me dawg
  • Cmichelle014
    Too scripted
The story part of the episode is just the two hosts taking turns reading from a script. Since both hosts know where the story is going there is no one to stop and ask questions that the listeners might also have. Would much rather have listened to one of the hosts tell the story to the other and maybe take turns each week
  • Mrs Doom
    I’m liking it..
Just found this show this week after seeing the ladies on an episode of Playboy Murders. I listen to EVERYTHING in order, so I’m way back in 2018, but I’m enjoying it. I’m going to be home for surgical recovery next week, so I’m looking forward to seeing how the show evolves
