    By Filmmakers for Filmmakers
Great podcast for filmmakers, by filmmakers who are in the trenches actually making films. Fun to listen to as well as informative! Including interviews with professionals working at all levels of the industry!

Great guests and solid filmmaking advice
This podcast is really inspiring! I love how Giles and the other hosts speak from a place of experience because they are making indie movies as well. It’s like listening to a great lecture at film school with lots of actionable advice.

    Best filmmaking podcast there is!
In an industry with a lot of ego and rejection, Giles and his crew are full of positivity and motivation that you can actually go out and make your movie or write your script. A true nice guy, Giles always keeps the conversation lively and brings a diverse group of guests to touch on every point of filmmaking and screenwriting. Whether you are a novice with a dream or have already worked in the business, you will truly enjoy this podcast!

    Pace
I don’t doubt the content is useful and I am glad if it helps people. I couldn’t get through one episode due to super fast pace of conversation. I don’t know if it was intentional or if it was sped up in editing but it made it very difficult to really listen and process any information.

The Only Filmmaking Podcast Outside of Hollywood!
Infectious, inspiring, insightful fricken infotainment. Most importantly, to have a host like Giles Alderson, who manages to be inquisitive and share from his POV without making it about him, never stopping the flow of the interviews is also brilliant. Bro crushing on the joy he has when talking about it all, too. All in all, an award winning level podcast that is a MUST HEAR for independent filmmakers who want true “in the trenches” interviews with talent and filmmakers at every level of the industry, with one great commonality—a passion that has turned into execution.

    One of the best!
When it comes to film, there’s a bunch of podcasts. There’s a sense of “positivity” and “inspirational” that everyone wants to have and portray, that it sometimes sounds fake. Not this one. I’ve heard Giles for a while and got to meet him in person in L.A and let me tell you, he’s real. He cares, he’s funny, he’s hardworking but above all he’s AUTHENTIC. He wants to learn, he wants to inspire and be inspired by other filmmakers. A characteristic of a real filmmaker who wants to grow and make better and better content. This podcasts features guests that have followed their dreams and have made it work. If you want to get inspired and you love film? This podcast is for you. Thank you Giles. Keep up the great work.

    A Must Listen
This is one of the most in-the-now podcasts that really breaks down what's happening in the industry today. Cheers to Giles and the crew for doing such a tremendous job.

    Great look behind curtain!
An engaging and funny episode that offers a look behind the curtain to the complicated world of filmmaking. With co-hosts and an engaging guest, all of whom have worn many hats in the industry, listeners can hear what goes into making a movie, editing, etc. With a specific inside look into the habits of directors and producers like Michael Bay and Alfonso Cuaron to the actual faces like Sandra Bullock and George Clooney in Gravity, listeners learn tips, tricks, and insights into small and large-scale productions. The biggest takeaway from this look behind the curtain, though, may offer some encouragement or reassurance for individuals trying to break into the industry. Our co-hosts and guest encourage people to remain patient as seek to launch their careers. There is also a great balance within this fun conversational podcast; no one dominates the conversation but all parties voices are respected by everyone involved. Quality and length of this episode was great--clearly a lot of editing time goes into this podcast, though, that is no surprise given that the hosts have worn many hats in the production business. This is a must-listen for anyone interested in filmmaking, production, or getting into the industry itself.
