Jackyl0013Father and son affairI listened to this pod for quite some time and feel it is quite possibly the greatest out there. Over the past year my son has come to love golf as much as his old man. I introduced him to the pod earlier in season 7 and he calls me while I’m on a cruise with the wife for our 20th anniversary. Dad, he says-I have binged all the seasons of Chasing Scratch and I love it. Now as season 7 comes to an end we have another great golfing experience to share together. Thanks and looking forward to season 8.

TodomotoTrying to chase y’all to the next episodeSo I’m finishing up season 3 and I’m dying. Yes the phrase peppered is a correct saying but I only remember it from pitching baseball. 2nd. I’m a vet and dealing with some medical issues that make it hard to swing the clubs normally. For a number of years I have adopted a form of Moe Norman’s swing that I taught myself. I’m 54 and getting my hip replaced and hope to get my rehab through a TPI rehab/physical therapy. Irons I swing normally. Lastly. Do you have a word or phrase for lip outs. Soup natzi no soup for you.

curtbrown82Newly Found, and I’m Starting Season 6!Absolutely a show for all the “regular guy” golfer. Your “Chase” inspires me to simply play my best, and yet remember I am 42… with a family. Such a fun show and great game!

Longshotx234Season 1 and 2 are great. The rest?First 2 seasons were awesome (5 stars!) as it did feel like 2 guys trying to accomplish a cool goal together. The seasons after felt like they morphed into sponsorship, product placement, and goofy pop culture discussions instead of golf. Season 7 Episode 24 basically starts with 10 mins of ads.

JaceFammer69Best Golf PodcastChasing Scratch is the pinnacle of golf podcasts. MotorTrend, J.D. Power and Associates, and Consumer Reports have given the show multiple awards. There are rumblings thar the show could receive a 3rd Michelin star. 5 out of 5 Dentists recommend Chasing Scratch. Rotten Tomatoes Certified 100% Fresh.

Cort_LandTop TierA buddy of mine told me to give the pod a try. Just started season 1 and absolutely love it. Working on my game as well and great to hear your insights and thoughts as you go through it as well.

BrogrealWhat took me so longI just finished season one. I am 36 years old. I am a 12 hcp, and I am obsessing about getting better. Beyond that I am from Lexington like Eli. I can’t believe I hadn’t listened before now. The first season played out like a great golf movie. Excellent podcast, guys. Looking forward to season two and beyond.
-
S I VGreat showMike and Eli do an amazing job talking golf and the struggles we all go through.
-
ScsteeleOnly podcast I’ve ever stuck with! LGLGI’ve never been able to stick with a podcast but I’ve been through the first 4 seasons and not slowing down. It’s been awesome. Laughed so much. Enjoying all the different people Mike and Eli bring on to help the everyday golfer improve. Plus I love playing River Bend in Shelby.
-

The SullivantsBest Golf Pod In the World! How is it 2024 and I have just found this channel? The only good thing about being late to the party is the non stop binge. Through season 2 and 1000% bought in merch is on the way I am now a follower of Adam Way I have pledge to hammer thy nail. Ohh it’s so good I’m rooting for and against you guys. Don’t want the train to stop. Thank you for the million laughs and unbridled optimism. Yours truly a 23 HC LGLG

PhasttechWildly entertained and helpfulI was turned on to the the pod cast by a coworker who I play Golf with and I must say in less than 4 months I caught up to the latest season. I would warn you though if you are driving while listening you may have to pull over as you will be laughing so hard it will make you cry. I had many occasions of this and that’s what kept me coming back. Mike and Eli are very relatable and I enjoy the fun they have while talking golf and giving us accounts of their own struggles with the game. Keep doing what your doing and LGLG. Jeremiah

ZspillnerFun and RelatableJust found this podcast a week ago and almost through season one. It’s like my buddy and I started our own podcast to discuss our fragile mental states.
-
JTL_Canuck66It’s all in the headListened to season 1 and laughed out loud on multiple occasions. The mental struggles are real and I relate to you both! Great work and keep swinging!

JC HackerGreat ContentI listen to very few podcasts and rarely find people on a podcast that I strongly identify with. As a middle aged single digit hack at golf, I completely identify with these guys and their lives. They talk like golfers and think like golfers. I play golf with lots of people who occasionally play golf but my club has about 75-100 guys that are really golfers which is very different from playing sometimes. We LOVE golf and recognize how far even the best of us are from pro golfers. A PGA tour player’s father is a member of our club and his PGA tour son plays here occasionally and it is confirmed that he plays a different game than the rest of us, even the best of us. These guys get it and understand exactly what our game demands and how golfers feel about it. There are golfers who carry a 20 handicap and golfers that carry a +5 handicap but really golfers are different than those who just play golf. If you’re really a golfer, give this podcast a listen, you’ll love it.
-
PK_AugustaJohnny Carson and Tim Conway learn to play golfI came across Season 1 and started listening. I can’t put it down. You two guys are great together. I’m so glad there are 7 seasons to listen to. I’m going to Ireland in July on a lifelong bucket list trip, and you will be with me crossing the pond. I’m just getting started with season two and love every minute of it. Keep’em coming.
-
Dlfn25Season 1I just finished season 1 and I absolutely loved it. I have not looked you up on social media because I did want to have anything spoiled for me. 🤣🤣 Can not wait to jump into season 2 😄
-
grenachemanFraudsMike and Eli have been given more time and resources to become better golfers and they mascarade around with single digit handicaps yet Mike shoots 99-102 in a real tournament. These guys are entertaining but 15 real world handicaps at best.

Alfred Greene IVWowI had this bright idea to move an hour away from work and needed something to pass the time by. I found this podcast and have been hooked since. I’m on season 3 episode 2 and it’s been the most entertaining podcast I’ve listened to in a long time. I started golfing 2 years ago with an insane idea that I would be able to get to scratch in 5 years. This pod has made me think it’s possible. I’m in my late 20s (okay I’m turning 30 in 2 months.. whatever 😂), a super supportive fiancé and all the time in the world and sitting at a 23hcp. I feel like I’m just listing to the bros having a great time and it’s just getting better and better. Without being too long winded keep up the great work. I can’t wait to catch up and see the growth. Not sure if you still do shoutouts for the reviews but I guess I’ll find out in 2 weeks when I listen to the next 4 seasons 😂. Thank you both for being yourselves. Kudos to you.. and Kudos to Craigers.

SwizzMeatsPerfection in a PodcastI was at a recent charity golf tournament, and one of my playing partners was wearing some merch with a logo I had never seen before. “What’s LGLG?”, I asked him. He goes on to tell me the premise of this podcast and how he now does a podcast about the podcast. That night, on my drive home from Austin to San Antonio I started the first season. I was immediately hooked and thought to myself, it’s like me and my friends decided to start a podcast. Now finished with the first season, I can imagine there are so many that have been listening to the show for years that wish they could go back and listen for the first time. I had that privilege and I can’t wait to go through six more seasons. Great job boys! “Let’s go, let’s go!”

wintermute44Season 7 ep 1I have listened to this show from the beginning and it is amazing, inspiring, relatable and hilarious. I am a member of the Velcren and heard the Carl Weathers interview right after it aired and it was one of the most motivational interviews I’ve heard. The ending to this first episode gave me those same feelings, rooting for you guys even though I’m in Mississippi and Lenny did leave the after credit audio of y’all saying you don’t want to have to come down here
-
sjwhokieGolf and friendshipI tuned into this because I love golf and heard good things, but it’s really a podcast about friendship. Love hearing the dramatic scorecard readings. And Mike and Eli got me hooked on Yoga with Adrienne.
-
Baseline tenorIm so hooked!Just recently heard about this pod on Reddit, and ever since the first episode im hooked! This is all i listen to now. All my previous podcasts are on the back burner until i get caught up with chasing scratch. Its hilarious and relatable for anyone who plays golf.
-
flobeYou can relateThis is hands-down, the best Golf podcast there is for every aspiring golfer, hacker, wanna be PGA player, weekend warrior you can relate to the struggles of Eli and Mike as they try to get the scratch. It’s an emotional roller coaster that will have you cheering and crying and then cheering some more. They are golf buddies in a podcast form. 11 stars
-
SCRuizGood to hear almost normal friends discuss their golf games. My son told me about this podcast and I started with season 1. I am on season 7, finally caught up, and really enjoy it. As a listener, I have been trying to improve my own golf game and love hearing all the different people discuss golf in such a humorous manner. I am a Polar Bear supporter. If you listen you will know. Let’s Go! Let’s Go.
-
Touchdown IowaAwesome. Fun. Carl Weathers.Love these dudes. Just got goosebumps listening and decided to write a review. With all the PGA/LIV nonsense going on, it’s nice to have something relatable and that radiates the pure joy and insanity that is golf for the rest of us.

12484838My favorite podcastI started my golf journey in early 2023 and found this pod shortly after. I love listening to these guys so much I am on my second time through. Kudos lglg
-
JbrellsHad me at “shaky 11 handicap”As someone in their mid 30s with a shaky 11 handicap, this podcast spoke to me. I started with seasons 5 and 6, but I wish I had gone back to the beginning. Now that I’m on season 1, I finally know what OFP means. Seriously though, start from the beginning, you won’t regret it.
-
Sunny3113575The slippery slope claims another golf podThe early seasons are great, but now it’s like the fire is out. When golf actually does come up the guys can’t put two sentences together without going off the rails with an inside joke or pop culture reference. Sadly the show seems to have lost its soul. Kudos on the success and cheers to the journey.
-
ShankenHackLet’s go Let’s goJust started the Pod, I blinked and now I’m in season 3. Love it, but my wife and three teenage kids hate it, so kudos to you both and Craigers/Craiggers. My goal for 2024 is to break 80 for the first time ever and then do so regularly. SA

michael.v.staubGoodbye TRESemméI’m a 5 HCP in my late thirties who has been listening to this show for the last 6 years, and I can honestly say my receding hairline and burgeoning bald spot has never had more volume after applying Eli’s advice on nixing shampoo. Would HIGHLY recommend buying all the snake oil products on their website.
-
Gbaker.csmRecently found thisAnd I definitely can’t tell the difference between Mike and Eli, but it doesn’t matter. This is such an entertaining and informative podcast for the mid- to late-30s golfer with a similar dream.
-
jestitchStern+SmartLess+Rotella rolled into one! What an amazing Pod! Funny, reflective, instructive and inspiring. I’m a 14 trying to get to single digit. You bring the reality of the journey - the work, heartbreak and f word to life. I feel like this has helped my game, my swing and my mental gymnastics more than you know. Started with season 6. Can’t wait to go back to season 1! Thank u for all!!!
-
CucumbersarebetterpickledFrankly, it’s just a different sensationI now have a 9 month old and a 2.5 yr old. I get to play wayyyyy less and the HC reflects it. This pod keeps my love and joy for the game alive through the doldrums between playing rounds. Tip of the cap to you, my friends.
-
BigDaddyCrawdaddyFirst 2 Seasons were great. Now it’s mostly Titleist content. These guys constantly eat while talking during the podcast. No one wants to listen to you eat or talk over your food. Loved listening to two guys talk about their golf game and how hard it is to get better. That’s changed since they landed a sponsorship with titleist. They still have the occasional authentic moment, but not enough for me to keep listening anymore.
-
snidelywhiplashChasingscratchDon’t recall where I heard about the podcast, but was looking for something to get me through some long flights, since I was caught up on my regulars. Got hooked immediately. Mike/Eli and the cast of characters they’ve brought along on this journey have made for some great laughs and a few swing changes. Highly recommended for any golfer who takes the game seriously and not so seriously. Hashtag team Polar Bear.

Main Street GolfHighly entertaining and relatableStumbled across this podcast somehow a couple of months ago, and I have already binged all six seasons and caught up to the latest episode. These guys are so relatable. Their ability to feed off each other is remarkable for an entertaining podcast. The resources they have developed over the six seasons makes it a must listen for busy golfers wanting to improve. They take you through the highs and lows that all of us “regular” people face when you really want to be competitive but just don’t have as much time to devote as you would like. I appreciate you both making my extremely boring commute through south central Kansas and north central Oklahoma much more enjoyable each week!
-
MoKimminsFun and frustratingJust discovered this pod last week and already finished season 1 Funny, helpful, interesting and sometimes informative. Wish I found this sooner, so many things I find myself telling them while riding in the car. Great to get into the minds of someone else and find out more of what people focus on in the game. Can’t believe there are 6 seasons. Going to be a fun and frustrating listen over the next few months
-
MidwestMurphSerenity Now!It took about 5 minutes for me to know this podcast was GOLD. I’m only 5 eps in but the binge is on. Very laid back but organized at the same time. Mike and Eli are relatable, vulnerable, and just real dudes that I could easily see myself riding along with.
-
tghyfrtyfrSad DayGreat podcast that I discovered a mere two months ago. I’ve been listening nearly everyday and just this morning ran out of episodes and have caught up to present. Thankfully I can now begin listening to Tuesdays Have No Feel till the next episode comes out. LGLG.

AA1PUTTMike + Eli = 0.0. LG LGLove the podcast boys!, I’ve been through the entire catalogue twice and I’m going on the third go around…. There’s so much hilarious content and I can’t believe the opportunities you guys have stumbled into…. I don’t know if it would be better to hear Carl on the podcast someday or one of you shooting an even or under par round. Thanks for the smiles! I’m naming my next dog Ramsey, he’ll of course be an Egyptian Basenji.
-
