Veronica NessDesert Island PodcastThis guy got me through the pandemic. Without him it’s possible I would have gone clear round the bend never to be seen again. He is balanced, ruthlessly loving, and insistently open minded. I am deeply grateful for him and his show.

TheEagerListenerAbout griefI wanted to say, your episode with J S Park!! What a jewel. I took me that episode, those words, those stories to learn that I live my life on the daily immersed in the dichotomy between love and loss! I love so much someone who does not love me back the way I do and probably never will, so I hold space every day in me for the tenderness of a feeling I never knew existed, I never loved anyone this way before, yet I grief loosing him everyday! It’s a beautiful yet painful place to live and love! Thank you for what you do! You’re incredible ❤️

ashmo031391Long long time listener leaves over due reviewMark groves has been a HUGE influence on my life and the way I think and what I believe in my 30s. He’s one of the only podcasts where I can listen and soak in the information 100%. His voice is soothing, his advice always hits the spot, and his vulnerability is so inspiring. I recommend this podcast to ANYONE. And I mean anyone living on the planet is 2024. Thank you mark for your efforts and dedication in your podcast and in the community. You’ll never truly know what you have done for me.

makesmeaningfromwordsAdvertisementsLove the content. Dislike the new ads structure. I get we all need to make money but some of the businesses advertised seem completely antithetical to this show's content. You'll lose long-time listeners like me.

itskaciWhere to even begin…I’ve been following (back in the early OG instagram days) and listening to Mark for several years. To say he’s good at what he does is an obvious understatement. He brings a genuine voice and so much knowledge to each episode, while making it light and fun to listen to. Most recently, the episode on social media spoke to me at a time where I felt similar to what Mark mentions. A lot of times I need to be shoved in the right direction, and find myself digging for an episode that elaborates on whatever current issue I’m struggling with. He never fails to touch important aspects of relationships, boundaries, healing and life in between. Mark, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for using your voice for good. To help, to teach, to understand and ask the tough questions. I can only hope to meet you in person one of these days- Texas would look great on you and Kylie! 🤠

Matt ZemonPsychedelics: Deep Dive with Mark Groves!I recently had the incredible opportunity to join Mark Groves on his enlightening podcast, The Mark Groves Podcast. In this episode, we dive deep into the transformative world of psychedelics and their burgeoning role in personal growth and mental health. As an educator, author, and advocate for psychedelic wellness, I shared insights into how these powerful substances can catalyze profound changes beyond traditional therapies. We explored the cutting-edge research and the growing acceptance of psychedelics, discussing their application from medical treatments to spiritual awakenings. Mark's insightful questions led us through a journey of understanding the myriad ways people engage with psychedelics, the importance of approaching them with responsibility and intention, and their potential to significantly enhance individual and collective well-being. Highlights of our conversation include: The rising interest in psychedelics and the pivotal role of influential figures and organizations like Michael Pollan and MAPS in this movement. An overview of the three primary approaches to psychedelic use: therapeutic, spiritual, and exploratory. Insights into psychedelic churches, ceremonies, and the profound process of healing and growth they facilitate. The importance of safely navigating the world of psychedelics, including how to prepare for and integrate these experiences. The synergy between medical knowledge and spiritual practice in unlocking deeper emotional connections and facilitating personal transformation. The role of psychedelics in addressing generational patterns and fostering healthier relationships and communities. Our discussion also touched on the challenges of raising children in a rapidly changing world, the impact of cultural differences on education and personal development, and the concept of radical responsibility in emotional awareness. For anyone interested in the intersection of psychedelics, wellness, and personal development, this episode is packed with valuable insights and perspectives. Tune in to expand your understanding and perhaps even your consciousness. Thank you, Mark, for such an engaging and thought-provoking dialogue. Your platform is truly a treasure trove for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of human connections and the potential for transformation that lies within us all.

lavagabondeLighting the WayThe deeper you go on the journey of remembering yourself, the more isolating it is. Mark and his guests are beacons along the path, reminders that I am not alone in all of this. I very much appreciate his willingness to be humble and real and share the not so shiny events of his own journey. His show focuses on relationships, but, even though I have chosen singlehood, the information is relevant to those who wish to deepen their relationship with their own self.

LakademaDeleting Social MediaI deleted my IG off of my phone a few months ago and I feel liberated. I didn’t like reaching for my phone to numb the feeling of dullness in ordinary moments. I despised how it distracted me and drew attention away from my little girls. Or made me snappy with them when they interrupted me while reading a quote or laughing at a funny reel. I came across your podcast during the pandemic and have been dedicated to your content since. I also listen to Lacy Phillips and Glennon Doyle and I’ve recently added many yoga podcasts that focus on the philosophy of the ancient practice. I find it liberating to go inward. We don’t own a tv and haven’t for 15 years. I always believe I’d rather be out living my life rather than watching others live theirs. I’m just rambling, but I am so happy for you. Also live that June 1 is my baby girl’s birthday and my wedding anniversary. And this year it’s a Saturday! All good things :) Good luck and can’t wait to see what’s on the other side of your jump!

Sap_drifterDeleting Social MediaMark this episode brought tears to my eyes, tears of joy, for I have too struggled with social media, namely Instagram for years. Back in 2021, I stepped away from it all. I too realized that the relationship I had with it was toxic and unhealthy. I couldn’t handle the polarity, and not being able to just show up to that space as my true self. I quickly realized how damaging it was for me and for my younger self. Hearing you speak your truth and authentically living in alignment with your highest self by honoring your values reaffirms to me, that I am too doing just that. I’m so excited for this next chapter! I can’t wait for the book to drop. So much love to you and Kylie. You truly are beautiful souls who light up this world in the dimmest of times. Much respect - Sherry P Somerville, MA

alexaseanStop promoting your bookI love listening to this guy. But recent episodes are mostly adds for his new (and his wife’s) new book.

Tashi AwesomeGood content, but abrupt ads break the flow of conversationOh podcasters, could you please soften the hard edges of inserted ads. Simply a brief bell or something that indicates a pause in the conversation. Thanks 🙏

Ancient SeedJust another wellness guruIf you scroll through the reviews on this podcast, a pattern becomes clear. This podcast has been getting more 1 star reviews in recent months than it ever had in 2019. This is because Mark has decided to go down the typical wellness influencer route when realized that he can capitalize on the culture war disaster, instead of sticking with what he originally became known for (peddling relationship advice). But no one is really surprised that a man who was previously a pharmacutical sales representative-turned-wellness-guru, a man, who feels qualified to give relationship advice to a mostly women following, has sniffed out a bigger, more lucrative opportunity: peddling fear to and misinformation to a more “Q-adjacent” following. Mark is trading out his previous audience for the conspirituality bunch, possibly because he can sow fear into his new audience which keeps his audience more captivated than ever by his content. When I said commented in disagreement on a post on Marks IG page recently, he retaliated by saying “usually the people who are most enraged in the comment section are enrolled by a narrative and/or are just bots anyway.” Then, seemingly in response to the heat he was taking over the same post, he shared a story with the quote “you can’t be a people pleaser and a people leader.” So, when I offend Mark, I’m a bot shilling for “their” narrative. But when he receives criticism for spreading misinformation that compromises the immunosuppressed community, it’s because he is a people leader.

Anatasia AlaraChanged my life!I can honestly say, Mark Groves has greatly impacted my life for the better. His guidance has gotten me through some of my darkest days. I never miss an episode!

Damara AppleLife ChangingI’ve been listening to Mark consistently for 4 years now. I have meant to write a review many times. I can honestly say, I don’t know where I would be had I not discovered his content. I have learned so much about relationships, understanding of self, and just how to manage being a human in the modern world. I was thinking the other day how much I wish it was still common to have elders in community to turn to for wisdom and guidance. And I realized every time I’m needing that, I come here, pop on an episode, and almost always end up hearing what I need to. Mark’s podcast is a beautiful display of the power of storytelling, being vulnerable, and asking ourselves the hard questions. Eternally grateful.

Kberries623Mark Groves is my favorite podcastListening to Mark Groves has gotten me through the biggest transformation of my life, which was after a 10 year relationship ending. At the time, I felt as if my grounding in the world I spent so many years building ripped from under me, like I was shaking and had to start over. His podcasts gave me perspective on finding my identity again, along with other insights to navigating adversity and coming out stronger. Thank you, Mark! 😌 His voice is easy to listen to and I love his overall demeanor. Clear and concise communicator. So much depth and insight in these episodes.

GermanshepherdfreakOrganifi discount code no longer offers 20% offHi, it seems that Organifi is showing that the original price of their juice powders is now $80.40 so that using the 20% discount from Createthelove brings the price to $69.95 which is the regular price for the product listed on any other webpage (without your link). So, in effect, there is no discount. This seems misleading if not dishonest on the part of the company and I felt you should know about it. Thank you!

RexOfRiviaLife changing informationMark has a distinct original way to deliver information and captivate you with deep intention. His humor helps keep things interesting and has speakers who know well what they teach! I love listening to his podcasts as I journey into self and continue my inner work. Thanks Mark! Keep up the good work.

YogishellyKeeps getting better!I am an avid listener of Mark Groves and I just love the topics and candid, blunt content. The episode NOT MAN ENOUGH was excellent. I was just taking with a girlfriends and most woman are asking “what’s wrong with men these days” This episode really calls people to see what’s happening culturally and has the listener develop compassion instead of judgement.
-
TvFan01Highly Recommend!Expand your mind, heart, and understanding of yourself and being in the world. This podcast is worth a listen!

Kathy 🌴How Decluttering can Transform Your Life with Megan GolightlyLoved this episode ~ very profound & motivational to help you get started clearing the stuff from your home (and your mind)!!!
-
Marilyn MonopolyHit and missWhen I first discovered Mark, I binged a bunch of stuff focused on relationships. Immediately became a subscriber. I have no issue with Mark and his opinions on Covid and vaccines. I’ll do what I want for me so that stuff doesn’t matter to me. My 3 star rating is the hit and miss nature of these episodes. Some eps I learn a ton - mostly about self love and relationships. Other eps feel really grifty with vacation time share energy. I’ll continue to subscribe to listen to what appeals to me and leave the rest.
-
DogslifeforallGood stuffGreat podcast. Awesome interviews! Thanks for having Dr Peter McCullough!
-
Lotus427Lost A Loyal FanHonestly, I used to look forward to these podcasts since 2018. Now it’s against my morals to listen to someone that is spreading misinformation and not providing actual nuanced empirical evidence on what you, honestly, don’t have the credentials or necessary background to speak on. Sad to say I am not a fan and I can’t support anyone listening to this.
-
SMiqdadiBrilliant!A refreshingly authentic voice in the world’s noise- very supportive and inspiring podcast! Love MG 🙏🏼🩷
-
madi3hWarning label: misinformationMark is very good at what he does: discussing relationships. Are you sure you’re not a medical sales rep still, Mark? I hear you say you aren’t anymore almost every episode, yet you consistently follow it up by advertising for some other medicine. I don’t want to sensor your podcast from existence, please continue to question the status quo with researched, informed guests. But packaging misinformation as free speech is dangerous. This podcast should come with a warning label for spreading misinformation.
-
teaching2022AmazingEvery podcast I’ve listened to has been nothing but spectacular. MG is amazing and I am grateful for his advocacy.
-
Yr lil OatsieHard UnfollowYou really did take a hard right turn down conspiracy lane. You spotlighting guests like Dr. Peter McCullough only continues to spread misinformation and panic which undermines public health. For those interested in health and wellness and how this industry can veer off into dangerous directions I recommend the podcast Conspirituality. Very well researched and thoughtful dives into a variety of claims put out/perpetuated by the wellness community.
-
Samantha G 143Fan Girling HardI’ve been listening to this podcast since episode 1. I gotta say, Sarah Sapora was one of my all time favorite guests! She made me laugh out loud in the car. Loved her humor and thoughts on aging as a woman in this culture. Thanks for being you Sarah. And thanks, Mark, for making this world a better place. TOWANDA!!!!
-
[insertnamehere]Used to be goodReally respected this guy in 2018-9, then he went off the deep end and started hosting conspiracy theorists and lost the tether to actual science in a way that was sad to witness. Wish him well. Wouldn’t recommend this podcast to anyone.

Angie CasperMy favorite podcast so farI’ve been binging through these podcasts and I always get a big take away every time. I love the guests and the conversation. The always hold my attention. The authenticity is 100%
-
PrinsusMJThere are no coincidencesI ran across Mark’s podcast while searching for Melody Beattie. Listened to her episode and found myself curious. I needed this and am grateful for your work Mark. So insightful, encouraging and giving me a sense of awareness and hope. Grateful. 🙏🏻
-
cheyennedorothyJust how I feel!I love Mark, I feel he’s a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and has helped me through soooooooooo much!!! I have been listening to him for years. He has a genuine and authentic style to his work. The only thing I’d say in constructive criticism is the recent episodes I’ve listened to, I wasn’t able to finish. I was really excited about some of the titles and resonated until it really geared off topic of the title. I certainly love a flowing style as well, however, for instance, the toxic friendship episode geared into social media for like ten minutes and it lost me.
