    I tried to focus on the content, but whoever is eating during the show has ruined this for me. I can’t believe someone would think it’s okay to eat a crunchy food directly into the mic. The content might be good, but the smacking, moaning and crunching is unbelievably disgusting. If you have an adversity to hearing people chew, this is definitely not the show for you. I get people are busy, but be professional and don’t eat during a show. You’ll be okay not eating for 30 minutes.

    I’ve been follow Revival Strength/ Functional Bodybuilding for years. I’ve maintained, recovered and rebuilt with these workouts through the years. I firmly believe in the philosophy of this programming/method. And I think they have something for everyone.

    The information in the podcast is top notch. I have to fast forward through about 5-6 minutes of fluff/banter etc in the beginning. Maybe trim the podcast of that for listeners who aren't interested in listening to Satya contribute a "yes" or "mmmhmm". I'd much rather listen to the actual amazing content.😀 Keep it coming!

    My favorite podcast
    I have been an avid follower and listener for the past few years. But have found that recently I literally find myself waiting for this podcast to drop every week. To the point I check multiple times on Friday to see if it’s out yet. The information is so pertinent to the majority of people, myself especially. The dialog is always well thought out. And Marcus is such a wealth of knowledge, even if some of it is based on his own experience across a range of athletic endeavors. This is my go to for my Friday afternoon row/ or bike ride. The only problem is the 7 days I have to wait for the next one. This is truly a great podcast. I recommend it to anyone interested in fitness focusing on wellness, or really any approach I guess. No matter what level you are at, you will more than likely gain something from this podcast, even if it’s maybe just another perspective.

Your passion and excitement comes through your voices and energy. I love that you’re even out of breath sometimes because you just are so happy to share you can’t talk fast enough.     I’ve listened to all of the big name CrossFit podcasts over the years and this is the only one I listen to consistently. I have found this podcast to be the best all around fitness podcast out there! The topics are for everyone, the knowledge of the hosts is extensive, each episode flows well, and they aren’t too long! I highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in improving their physical life or the life of someone they know.

    Every once in awhile someone comes up with ideas that are monumental in the specific industry. In my opinion Marcus Filly is doing just that. He looks at fitness from a holistic approach. The podcast has created a new perspective on fitness as a whole. He’s opened my eyes to the idea that there may be a better way than just destroying yourself everyday in the gym. As Marcus said “intensity isn’t always king.” What’s your purpose? Why do we do what we do? These are all questions that get you thinking about what you are currently doing in the gym and Marcus addresses it perfectly in this podcast. Thanks man and keep them coming please!

    Incredibly educational and challenging
    Love it!! I just went through and listened to all the episodes from the beginning to the most recent. Some of them I listened to 2 or 3 times because there were so many nuggets. Too many times to count have a I listened to an episode and either was able to directly apply something to my life and see change, or apply it to a clients life and see some amazing results. Keep it up! Would love to here more on client and coach relationships, or other aspects of nutrition that either you have dealt with that has been challenging, or some things that your clients have gone through.

    Great Talking Points!
    I’ve been following Marcus since seeing him at the CF Games a few years ago. Love catching his posts and the FBB posts on Instagram. Great warm-ups, workouts and little tips and tweaks that make things easier and even more difficult to get more muscle firing. These podcasts delve deeper and provide so much knowledge and experience. Can’t wait to listen to more episodes.

    Close your eyes if you will, Now imagine your a function fitness athlete,coach, or anything related to the fitness world. And you get the opportunity to get invited to a chance to have to sit with well seasoned coach’s and athletes and listen in on their conversations about the bits and bolts that got them to where they are today and that’s what you get when you listen to Misbah and Marcus. They are a excellent source of knowledge with welcoming attitudes and personalities. Do yourself a favor and give it a listen.

    This podcast goes well beyond info. They go out of their way to educate their listeners. Everything Marcus does is excellent. Mizbah's other podcast Airborne Mind is a treasure trove of educational and informational insight. So glad this podcast happened.
