So my favorite Trek above all is Deep Space Nine. And Dave and I bonded on Twitter thru our shared love and told me about his show. He and Matt know their Trek!! I have so many gaps and stuff I remember from all the Star Trek I’ve watched over the years and can’t always pull a factual memory on command but these two dudes can. I love the chemistry between the two and the laughter, really shows that they love what their doing and I’m here for it. I still think we should have seen a Sisko show well before Picard buuuuut that’s an argument for another day. 😉

These guys do a great job discussing the show. It really feels like your hanging out with a couple of close friends having a good time talking about a show that they obviously love and share a deep history with. There are other shows that are good at going into the technical minutiae, some that delve in to the philosophy of the show, others that go into the technical aspect of creating the show. All of them serve a purpose, but this particular show really makes you feel like you’re having a beer and gushing over all the cool and weird moments in the episode.

I don’t care about Robert Beltran’s politics any more than I care about Mitch McConnell’s or Nancy Pelosi’s TV preferences. Spending long chunks of time on political tangents is not the podcast I was hoping for when I clicked on this.

These guys know their Star Trek, and the giggles just make it 😁

I always love listening to these guys talk, I’m not a fan of Star Trek, but I’ve listened to this cast to understand the love the guys have for it. I was even inspired to watch a couple season of New Generation! This podcast is oozing with passion, and I love it!

You guys have the most broad set of pods. Not much of a trekie but you got me on board!

Why does a painter paint? Why does a boxer box? You know what Michelangelo used to say? That the sculptures he made were already there before he started, hidden in the marble. All he needed to do was remove the unneeded bits. Wasn't quite that easy with this podcast. But the need to do it, our hosts need to do it, was no different than Michelangelo's need. Truly a top notch show!

One of my top two podcasts of all time. No matter how long my backlog of podcasts is, this is always the first one I listen to. This podcast has renewed my love for Star Trek and has made me a bigger and better Trekkie. The hosts do a wonderful job of looking at Star Trek with the eye of life long fans but also do not pull punches when it comes to things they don’t like. Truly one of the best podcasts in the MCU (Matthew Carroll Universe) and keeps a tight continuity with all the other Stranded Panda Network podcasts. Jolan tru!

I love Lower Decks and I love getting recaps here. This is an awesome Star Trek podcast.

What I like about this show and network is that they just love all sorts of sci-fi movies. There’s no Star Wars vs Star Trek or Marvel vs DC, at least I don’t want there to be. If you love Star Trek and love the Stranded Panda network and all the folks over there? Then you absolutely need to check this show out!

This is the first stranded panda podcast I got into and I loved listening after every episode of Picard season one. I then found the MCU podcast as well and was totally hooked!
