I’m new to comics and this is giving me a great place to start

If you’re new to comics or would just like to know a little bit of background on some characters and stories from DC comics, this is the podcast for you. Plus, their use of guest hosts has been a great way to keep things fresh!

They don’t assume any knowledge of comics and you can tell the hosts have lots of fun. Definitely recommend whether you want to get into comics or are already a die-hard fan!

This show is awesome, so glad their hot mom gave birth to them.

Just stumbled on this podcast and I’m an instant fan. The Shazam episode was just hilarious. The passion they have for comics is fantastic, the topics they’ve chosen are fabulous, and their chemistry is fun. This is my new favorite comic cast.

Love the chemistry with these guys! You always think you know a thing or two about these characters and stories but Dan and Jake really break them down in thoughtful and interesting ways. Love it fellas keep up the good work!

Great new podcast - these guys are awesome!

As a comic book lover it's hard to come by actually good comic book podcasts...that arent all about issue numbers or boring! These brothers are fantastic! Theres too mant Marvel podcasts, its great to see a new and entertaining DC one!! Also Damian is my favorite Robin...sorry not sorry Jake! :P

Love the hosts! Such an engaging podcast

I’ve never been the kind of person to want a “deep dive” into anything, but I could listen to these guys talk comics all day. I can’t wait to see them explore every corner of the DC universe!

Lovin’ this podcast as much as I’m lovin’ life itself!!!

This podcast is like a delicious homemade chocolate chip cookie, fresh out of the oven. It's warm, rich with flavor, and everyone will love it. For the person who hasn't had a homemade chocolate chip cookie before, they'll be astounded at how easily accessible a cookie it is. They will be amazed at the revelation that is cookie dough mixed with chocolate morsels (hint: Dan is the chocolate morsels). On the other hand, the chocolate-chip cookie connoisseur will be delighted at the rich detail present in the cookie, and the bittersweet flavor will have them curious to see what else is being prepared in the oven. I think it's safe to say I'm hungry for more.

Comics but these lads make it fun and interesting. Can’t wait to listen more.

Knowledgeable funny and Dan’s voice is swell

Comics aren’t really my thing but I love this podcast. I love hearing people talk about things they’re passionate about. Really great so far.

This show has opened my eyes to the world of comics after a single episode. The extent of my comic knowledge is knowing Batman is afraid of Bats and Wonder Woman looks great in boots. But this changed that. These two brothers make you feel like you’re in the room with them. They make you feel like you lived with one of them for 2 years in a collapsing house. The type of situation where you get to really know the guy. This show is all of that condensed into 1 hour. Whether you like Aquaman, Robin, or Naruto, this is the show for you.

Full disclosure, I am not well versed in this world of superhero’s and comics. But the description was intriguing and so I listened to the first episode. All I can say is that I fricken loved it! These guys know their stuff and break it down into digestible pieces that even a non-comic person will enjoy. Definitely worth the listen and I will continue to listen :)
