When the intro says the Rolodex is deep. Take it as fact. The interviews touch in both skating and music. I love and respect that it’s not the normal interview circuit of the popular names in skateboarding today. It’s today, before you were born and the next person you haven’t heard of. You can also check the video feed on YouTube. I appreciate the optimism, casual conversation and insight. Give it a listen.

This show is sick! Schmitty has been with Thrasher for a while, leaving his mark and providing the goods. At times this show gives a glimpse into that scene. Plenty o’ stories and skate history with a NorCal vibe. Shout out to Tim McKenney for bringing the fuego and always making me laugh. I could listen to those two talk for days. Crucial weekly listening!

Definitely one of my favorite skate podcasts.

A good listen for skateboarding history, but I enjoy the non-skating discussions too. And, I was stoked on the latest episode with Noelle Fiore and how Schmitty talked about trying to create “the most feminist skateboarding podcast.” You call tell he is trying to be a good person and that keeps me listening, actually, much more than the big name guests. Just remember feminism is not a bad word, all it means is that women should have the same exact rights and freedoms as dudes! Wish list episodes would be Rhino, Elissa and Wez Lundry. Keep it up!
