This is a great podcast for people just starting out operating a business. It is not all flashy talk. They ask their guest real questions, most important, about the guest’s losses. Losses happen to everyone, It is a hard step in the process of becoming an entrepreneur. It is the step that most people coming up stop at. Hearing about the guest’s losses and overcoming them to get to where they are now is a great way to learn and build confidence knowing that if you stick to it and are disciplined, the goal will show itself.

All imma say is that if you haven’t listen to PT1 then exit and go listen to part 1 and come back and listen to PT2. I wish I would have known Welby Accely before I gave my hard earn $$$ to someone who just likes to sell me dreams. I ain’t gonna lie, I fell for the trap of becoming a wholesale realtor and I just knew I could turn this into something but there’s a lot of ppl out there who isn’t in it for the right reasons. I am so glad I was able to hear Welby’s testimony. Most influencers/instructors use this “one size fit all” approach and Welby’s was the complete opposite. I love how he was being genuine and not only mentioned the numerous times he failed but he kept going. I love how he did not give up and is not guaranteeing that you will be successful if you follow “xyz steps”. Welby actually gave me hope again to try to start back, but this time imma follow him and his journey. Thanks for this very powerful informational podcast! I truly love this.

Educating others, sharing any and everything the came across, providing platforms for people that look like me, representation matters. Today I listen still the same, still genuine, there’s a different air to it tho. I feel as though I’m a part of something, a movement if you will. They Look like me, they’re my age, we come from similar backgrounds… I could be any of these people. The Welby episodes made me speak up because he spoke to me, he woke something up that I didn’t know I had in regards to real estate, I knew I wanted to be successful, but not like this…. He packaged it in a way that made me feel like I was gettin the game from a passionate uncle, not a podcast guest. As a listener I felt he wanted me to acquire wealth, and that matters… people who care about me I care about, I care to learn from. All in all, this is part review and part testimony from someone on their journey still. When I started listening to this podcast I was a true introvert. I didn’t see the importance of talking to others until hearing Xavier speak so highly of Networking. Since I’ve started listening, this podcast have challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and move/think differently. A few months ago, I went my first real estate meetup in Chicago, which is an hour away from where I live. I was so nervous. I kept trying to find a reason not to go. I was listening to the podcast the night before and Xavier said something along the lines of wealth don’t come to those who wait, it comes to those who take action. I woke up the next morning took that drive. I couldn’t believe it when Xavier came out as a surprise guest. It was so many people there I was able to connect with it was like information overload. It was great to be in that room with successfully people in the career I’m pursuing. Since then I knew this man & this podcast is a true vessel of God. He was chosen to get this information out to the world to help those who come from nothing realize the possibility of us making something of ourselves is obtainable if you work for it. So thank you Xavier, Deanna & the entire team for giving other successful entrepreneurs a platform to show us the ropes and drop major game weekly.

I found this episode at the right moment. I appreciate Welby for being transparent and sharing his story. His willingness to share the bad & ugly side of real estate is needed. What’s not spoken of the most is the fear and uneasiness of purchasing real estate. A couple months ago I bought my first multi unit property with the intentions to house hack. Since closing I been having moments of doubt and anxiety hoping I’m able to fully execute on my plan. After realizing I unexpectedly had to replace the HVAC system in the property my confidence took a blow. That same night Welby’s episode popped up on my YouTube suggestions. I listened to his story of persistence and realized experience will be my best teacher in this business and no matter what I can’t quit. There has been more hurdles since replacing the HVAC but I didn’t allow them to get me down. Welby story was inspiring and as a young man also from the projects of Brooklyn I hope to learn from him while I continue with my journey. I appreciate Xavier for conducting such a great interview & using this platform to spread the right information.

First is that, this is actually the first podcast I started listening to. A lot of podcasts today are talkin about how men should act , how women should act😭 not many things that are of value. I know y’all know what I’m talking about. I’ve gotten into a few more podcasts since y’all, financial/mindset/self reflecting etc. But this was the first one I gave a shot. It’s also because I been following Z on twitter for like a year before I even gave it a shot. Majority of people online be 🧢 anyway so that’s why it took me so long but from what I seen up until this point, this ain’t cap. I know I had to start somewhere though, that’s why I followed certain people on my socials. THE TRUTH is (the BIGGEST one: they not tryna sell y’all no course, scam y’all, or paint a facade to get u to mess w/ their podcast) that this is a genuine podcast with real valuable information that, people who listen, should be trying they best to take advantage of. It won’t make you a millionaire overnight like everyone wants, but it will provide you with the proper tools and teach you things you did not now. In whatever area in business you are interested in. It will also allow you to get a perspective from someone who lives a completely different life. Tons of stories in each separate podcast from multiple people. I listen to every episode even if it isn’t my niche, because there is something I can take away from everyone, from a learning standpoint. I tweeted at you Z, and said ima be on here one day. I had first seen this podcast when they were interviewing Kellyohgee, and that is the same interview that inspired me to take my real estate game to a whole other level, I am 21 years old I used to work at a Zaxby’s in 2021 and I am a six figure entrepreneur now. I stumbled upon this podcast just like I stumbled into my love for real estate, and I’m deeply grateful! I am a 1st gen. immigrant to this country, now a husband with an infant daughter. I’ve been property managing for my employer for years as part of my portfolio, but only recently, through the sale of a property and a complicated eviction, did it dawn on me that real estate is something I might excel at. Since then I’ve been on a learning mission, trying to catch up on the technical side of things, learning the lingo, pitfalls and process of acquiring real estate. One of my goals is to one day own my own home. I also want to push myself and do things my parents could only dream of in our country of origin. I’ve been a fan of the series for years now & really been hooked since the first episode I watched. It’s literally the missing piece of information for millennials & even more in the urban &/or black & brown communities. A “millennials” mindset varies drastically amongst generations & this podcast really correlates with many views amongst us. As just being an avid watcher, it became super confirming in my ability to get to where some of the guest have gotten & even more far as tangibility in the sense of going straight to the source & getting the mentorship at whatever endeavor is being presented. This is huge!

This podcast not only obtain valuable and reliable information it also helped me understand that as long as you start and don’t quit is better than not starting all. Just watched the 20 years of real estate game in 60 minutes! Been listening to this podcast for almost 2 years! The game that is given is always life changing.

I want to first say Thank you Mr.Miller for attempting to reach the masses. Had it not been for me complaining about how I’m going to elevate my family, getting frustrated because it seems impossible in this current world we live in and then scrolling on tik tok to “take my mind off” the stress of how to become successful while working my 9-5 I would have never ran into your video of Mr. Welby! 27 minutes into pt 1 I felt a shift in my energy. I paused the video and began to pray! Casting out the spirit of fear, brining back into remembrance the visions God had given me as a child!!! Bringing back into remembrance that I GOT THAT DOGGGG IN ME!! I then sat back at my desk and started to play the podcast again and Mr. Welby said “ I’m going to bet on me” that phrase is my new motto for the rest of 2023!! No longer will i take the side eye from family members and friends who JUST DONT SEE WHAT I SEE and then go run and tuck my tail and hide. Y’all teaching folks that it’s okay to take an L because right behind that L might be a Win. IM GONE BET ON ME…… I know I’m smart I know I can be the change agent for my family and the family members in years to come; I was just scared and didn’t want to keep getting punched in my face in public….. one thing this podcast showed me though is …. I got my real estate license right before the pandemic hit and it derailed my entire career in that field I gave up on real estate entirely after wasting so much money in it.
