Branden HaywardThank youThis podcast is a beacon of clarity and empowerment. I’ve been listening regularly just for the last 1-2 months, and I’ve seen myself grow that 10% spiritually, emotionally, and even in business/creativity; that 10% growth that Hilary aims for her listeners to enjoy. I am not a podcast listener so if you aren’t either: you don’t have to be a podcast person to have this change your life. I laugh out loud almost every episode, and I am finally feeling like the world is less confusing. I understand my place and power in it more now than ever before. Hilary is a one-in-a-million teacher for me and I am forever grateful for her sharing her gifts. Thank you, Hilary.

NYC698BaffledWow. I only listened to this podcast after seeing the news of her business closing, and then I discovered a crazy Reddit thread on her business practices. Google it yourself. Listen yourself to the podcast and get your own take. I’m genuinely baffled how this person has *any* following — much less a large one. (Note: Her following seems hyper positive, but apparently she deletes any comments that are even close to negative.) I think she is genuinely unwell and happy she is stepping back for her own sake.

Simply JayZDon’t leave us.This podcast has been such a special part of my life, and you will be deeply missed.

SalesJoyYour approach to an intentional life is sooo inspiring!I am so grateful to have found your podcast, Hillary! I rarely find people who believe it’s important to connect to your gut, but also apply practicality and wisdom to what the gut is saying, and make decisions from that place of wholeness. So much of my life I’ve been around people who are very boxed in about what they believe God wants of them, and of me, and I went along with all the tight-lipped, duty oriented, legalistic ways of living; it left me without a lot of choices. I have left this life behind and am attempting to create a very different life but I’m feeling stuck. This episode, particularly, has helped me begin to both feel it’s OK to think out-of-the-box and learn how to do so. I am beyond grateful! thank you for sharing all your deep and wonderful thoughts and the processes you take to flesh these ideas out into reality. Wow!

Sucker number...You’re Welcome with Hilary RushfordThank you for this podcast, your work and your sharing. This will lift us ALL. The truth about what you have gone through is healing for you and for community. You are excellent.
-
ursuesmithConfused at first, but then…wow!!I have not been part of your community. I came in due to a mention by Sharon McMahon; she answered someone’s question about your ordeal by referring us to your podcast. #1 and # 2 left me more confused but somehow compelled to listen to #3, and I am glad I did. NOW I get it. I requested your book intro and am considering joining your garden party. As a 65 yo mom of three daughters and grandma of two granddaughters, who has always struggled with fitting in and feeling beautiful…I think you will be sharing things I need to learn. God bless you and yours!

Katie Soy3 part series about writing was so powerfulListening to the last of the series on writing. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing. I am not sure if you can share any helpful feedback other authors sent to you, but I’m so glad you opened this conversation on grief, anger, and gaslighting in professional situations. If/when a book does come into the world, I’m so excited to buy it. And for what it’s worth, the version you described with the geeky data, cheeky conversational tone, and the social Justice lens sounds WAY MORE interesting than their recommendations which apparently assume that women in your audience lack brains & hearts. (Funny how actually degrading and anti feminist that is when you think about it). Poor unfortunate souls :)
-
Cmjjjkran85EhThis may be for someone else but what she started out as vs what she is now, doesn’t interest me. The podcast sounds whiny. If you want to champion social justice, by all means, do that but don’t do it under the umbrella of growing social media and style branding and be upset your publisher isn’t on board.

KatieRotioRaw, real, incredible.I’ve been following Hilary for years on Instagram, and I’ve been waiting a year to finally hear her story that she couldn’t tell until May 2023 (Episodes 159-161). Go Listen. Now. It is an incredibly eye-opening tale of what really goes on in the world of publishing, especially for a new author, and it was truly thrilling (in a blood-boiling way) and heart-wrenching to hear her finally tell it. Hilary, if you read this, please know you are INCREDIBLY talented, you are a very gifted story teller, and I am so glad you had the courage and ability to speak up. You took the time to introduce the scenario with grace and poise, you gave way too many people the benefit of the doubt (although I suffer the same all-trusting trait, damnit!!) and that makes episode three SO GOOD. It’s as raw as it should be. My heart was pounding out of my chest and I could feel you shaking through my car speakers. It was chilling. It’s so heartbreaking that you, of all people, went through this. But thank you for sharing your story and shining a light on what is, I am sure, a common occurrence. My guess is that many, many before you have not been able to share openly about how awful it is. It was time, thank you for trusting us as your audience ❤️

Caroline in CarolinaWise, so wiseHilary’s podcast is so different than the others I listen to and I just love it. I’ve listened since the very beginning and have learned and grown so much thanks to her promptings and teachings!
-
StillroomtogrowLove This Podcast!Hilary is so encouraging and wise. Her teachings always leave me feeling like I just had a chat with a great friend.

singoutluluLove this podcast!!I can’t say enough good things about this podcast and how it has helped me change my life and myself for the better. I frequently recommend it to friends. A few highlights: 1) Hilary’s willingness to be vulnerable and imperfect is inspiring and encouraging. Her bravery (especially in the first few episodes) was a life-line to me at a time I really needed to know I wasn’t the only one with those same struggles, thoughts, and feelings. 2) I appreciate her method of discourse and curiosity. She is 100% about lifting everyone up and celebrating one another’s differences and unique contributions to making the world a better place. I don’t always agree with everything she says 100% but love she actively talks about how we as a society can and will and SHOULD disagree with one another, and that different perspectives are what make us grow and move forward. 3) I LOVE that I have found many new books to read and learn from through this podcast! 4) The “Something I’ve been living lately..” segment is a little bit of extra joy every time. Thank you, Hilary, for all the work and joy you contribute!

ForrestGloverRun! Don’t walk this new season is critical.Welcome back and thanks for bring the new topic. This new podcast is on point, timely and timeless. I’m glad I got to hear the full explanation and intention after our short exchange on Instagram. Sometimes I forget that others don’t have the tools we possess because they have run themselves directly into a brick wall of burnout and had to figure out a way to dig ourselves out. This is the lords work. Burnout is real and I believe if you don’t course correct at a level 5 or 6, the recovery time multiplies. Thanks for the remind that I just had a hard hitting season of growth in all ways and to remember what I let happen late December of last year. Keep it up. I know we are few, but the boys in your tribe love you too. Probably mostly gay dudes and honestly I might be the only one. Te quiero mucho amiga! Also I’ve never sat down to write any review. I really do think this subject is epic.

ElcatluYou’re Welcome with Hilary RushfordFinally, I have figured out how to leave a review! Hilary’s podcasts are the only ones that have ever captured my interest enough to make it through not only an entire episode, but the entire catalog of episodes, from the first to the most recent! I also want to add that I am a couple of decades ahead of Hilary on the road of life, yet week after week her message and ideas resonate. That, my friends is IMPRESSIVE, a tribute to her depth and breadth, not to mention her beautiful speaking voice and delightful delivery. Hilary’s passionate care and respect for all women (and men) reaches right out and touches your heart every week. 2022 ADDENDUM: After a break, The YOU’RE WELCOME PODCAST IS BACK. This podcast was my best buddy during Covid shutdown, when I took long daily walks and listened to all the episodes. It’s like a reunion with a good friend, one who was with you through crazy times, making the journey so much better.

isabelle mccauley!Real, encouraging, empathetic, FABULOUS!Hilary’s voice is wonderful to listen to …. I listen while I’m folding laundry or walking. Keeps me nodding “YES!” and smiling, wiping a tear, and giggling.

andikepThank you, HilaryI started following Hilary when I was at a transitional point in my career in 2017 and looking for ways to help expand my skills, current knowledge, and potential opportunities. Not only did Hilary help teach and inspire me in so many business ways and social media tactics, her podcast has become something I turn to find peace in a storm. Whenever my career is going out of control and I start to lose motivation, I turn on YW and find so many different life examples to help me push through one more day. I can’t thank her enough for always helping to keep me grounded but to also have the fun, sassy point-of-view to get me through the day! Cheers to you, Hilary, and we’re excited for so much more!
-
CassiopeTetThis pod gets better and betterI have followed this podcast pretty much since it started and, not going to lie, at first I was a little like meh…BUT Hilary has made it a point to grow and change, educate, listen, and learn and I love the way she imparts this honestly and the personal as the political in the podcast. It’s inspiration in a very real and grounded way.

MK_CreativeLike happy hour with a friendSpending time with Hilary feels like a happy hour with a friend with a splash of an awesome therapy session. Her wisdom and kindness inspire, clarify and inspire.

Jen OLLLife Changing!Thank you Hilary!!!! Eternally grateful for you and your podcast and the Elegant Excellence journal. Thank you for helping me pay ATTENTION to my inner voice and gain clarity and compassion for myself and others in all areas of my life. The journal helped me see things that I didn’t even know I wanted and WHY. Please don’t ever stop the Podcast and journal. They have been the best and most impactful self-help and coaching I have ever experienced. So appreciate you and recommend you to everyone seeking self-help. You are a gift and a blessing. I would love to hear more from you about grief, self-care and compassion for others experiencing grief. We don’t speak enough about grief in our culture. You have some very powerful and kind thoughts on these subjects. Profoundly touched by your words and compassion for all. Thank you!
-
Cari CrabtreeWonderful woman, wonderful topicLet’s do less, y’all! How inspiring and calming a concept!
-
CnewmyerKind and thought provokingHilary is so articulate and thoughtful in what she says, and I appreciate that she creates a space to be introspective without self judgement. I’ve just finished e19 and have already put several things into place that she’s discussed. I realized that I’m being kinder to myself this week in my self talk and am asking “why” more to drill down to the real reason I’m thinking/feeling certain things. Thank you, Hilary, for the work that you’ve already done and the continued work as you’re writing, recording, and teaching!
-
blingbabekaitWho knew?!Who knew that Hilary Rushford and a middle class, Midwest mom could be friends? That’s what it feels like listening to the You’re Welcome podcast. It feels like an iron sharpens iron chat with a friend. Once a week I have a commute and sync my phone to the stereo to hear what she has for me/us. The content is digestible, helpful, clever, and I always arrive at my meeting feeling like that was such a great use of my time. Thank you, m’dear.
-
jojito~*^Awesome, wholesome and modernThank you for your podcast. As a fellow 30ish year old, I appreciate the content that you share and that it’s done in a caring and wholesome way. I appreciate that I don’t have to think twice before playing something because it may be too much. Also, I like that you seem confidently vulnerable, real and compassionate with yourself and others. The struggle for us 30+ year olds is real, especially as we start accepting ourselves, making bigger decisions, getting more settled in our careers, having bigger decision wound us, etc etc. Also, I love that you are also a recovering perfectionist! 😊 Thank you and rock on!! +

Ambria07So much wisdom here!❤️I have struggled with mental health for several years. This podcast has been one resource (of many) that has been really amazing in helping me shift my mindset and heal a lot of my anxiety and depression. I love Hilary’s “and” principle, of holding space in the nuances. I can experience tragedy AND feel hope, feel anxious AND do brave things, feel compassion for others AND make the choices that are best for me. Thank you Hilary for your continuous teaching, wisdom, and inspiration!

Rollie LewisBursting with new ideas after listeningI listened to episodes 127-129 of this podcast over the weekend. 🤯🤯 I’m literally bursting with new perspective and ideas!! I’ve wanted to get a business off the ground for five years now, but I’ve felt so overwhelmed, and it’s frozen me in my tracks. Hilary has made everything feel so much more doable. She gave a lot of specific examples of her own journey, which I found really helpful, too. I feel like I finally have a clear vision of how I can set my dreams in motion and still keep my sanity, health, and relationships in tact.
-
This user 18Value in every episodeEvery episode I listen to of this podcast, I end up sharing with one or a few of my friends because they are so relevant and valuable. Hilary is so easy to listen to, and her compassion and care for her listeners, followers and seemingly everyone in her life is clearly evident. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us each week, and I can’t wait to read your book.

JmanotaoInspirational and life changingI have been listening to this podcast for a year and half and oh my goodness! Has it ever been catalyst to shift my thinking to a much healthier and positive place! Hilary creates a beautiful, safe space where we (her speaking, me with myself and discussing with friends) dive into “why am I feeling this?”, “why am I thinking this?”, “why am I reacting in this way?”, “what do I want out of life?”, “what types of relationships do I want with those around me?”, etc. I am incredibly unforgiving towards myself, dealt with high functioning depression, and am a perfectionist by nature with allll the not-so-wonderful thoughts, actions, and feelings that go along with that… Hilary’s podcast has allowed me to begin an amazing journey to more grace + joy in my life with less overwhelm. This is the first time in my life, I’m actually getting to know myself better and extend myself so much more grace and love than I ever have… it’s life changing. And empowering!! THANK YOU SO MUCH HILARY!! for creating such a beautiful, safe space💛

73 year old Hilary fanThis is my favorite podcastI listen regularly to several podcasts and Hilary’s is the best! Her advice, systems, and information is super helpful. Even when she speaks on a topic that really isn’t relevant to me, it’s still interesting. Most importantly, I think she really cares and genuinely does this to help others and share what she’s learned.
-
NFan21So helpful ✨This pod & the ElEx journal helped me gather and organize my thoughts during a life transition in such an impactful way! I look forward to my daily morning routine with my journal (the effectiveness of the WAND method blew my mind) and Wednesdays with Hilary to inspire me to continue to focus on the positive changes I’ve been making.
-
SophieCaldecottMy favourite for comfort & inspirationThis might sound odd, but I have a massive needle phobia and decided to calm and distract myself while having my second Covid vaccination dose by listening to a podcast... and of course I chose You’re Welcome! ❤️ The first shot (sans vaccine) didn’t go so well anxiety-wise, but the second one (with you in my earbuds) was much better! 😅 Thank you for being that voice of comfort, empathy, encouragement, and inspiration in everything you share, and especially this podcast, Hilary. So grateful for you! Sophie xo
-
Mary AlouetteThe real deal! This podcast is so comforting to listen to. Hilary’s steps ahead in her business of me, yet I can relate to her experiences and personality. I find her behind-the-scenes approaches and stories to show me an empowered way of thinking and creating my life. Thanks, Hilary!
-
Andie A.A go-to podcast ❤️Without having yet read “Essentialism,” a book that Hilary often mentions, I’ve narrowed down my ONLY 2 essential podcasts: this one + The Brendon Show. I think that speaks volumes to how amazing Hilary is. And I’m currently re-bingeing all her episodes for a third time. I’m in my late 30’s, married with a kid, a person of color, and I really appreciate the way Hilary approaches a variety of topics, no matter what age you are, what your background is, or whatever your beliefs are. She shows up with so much love and compassion in all that she does. I can’t wait for her book to come out! I’m such a huge fan and can’t wait to see what the next 10 years look like learning from her wisdom.
-
EricaBushwellAwesome podcast!Hilary, host of the You're Welcome with Hilary Rushford podcast, highlights all aspects of fashion and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!

jvionasThoughtful, engaging, and worth every minuteA friend introduced me to Hilary during the pandemic, and I have been making my way through her past podcast episodes while painting the interior of my new house. I like to think that the wisdom, joy, and insights she brings is flowing through me into my paintbrush onto the walls of every room of my home. Thank you, Hilary, for bringing such grace and thoughtfulness to your listeners week after week and making our lives more elegantly excellent!
-
lc in salemYou’re Welcome with Hilary RushfordFinding your podcast was a BIG win & BLESSING during this past year’s COVID imposed timeout! Your wisdom and perspective in life and business well exceeds your mortal years. Thank you for sharing your heart and talent!
-
Devan MelissaEvery episode has something for everyone! This podcast is one of my favorites to listen to. I look forward to each Wednesday! I have followed Hilarys Instagram account for years and was a little late to the podcast. But when my job started to include a lot of travel, I decided to start listening. Every episode is filled with such wisdom and truth while also being humble and maybe discussing a view point that you haven’t thought of. It feels like you’re at coffee with a friend, it’s that personable. I have to say one of my favorites, if you are new and are picking out one to listen to, is episode 99 “The Two-Part Life Cocktail”! I’ve listened to this one a few times and sent it to friends every time I listen. I think it’s a great reminder as the world is starting to open back up that your vodka may look different than someone else’s but it’s just as exciting!
-
srmoog4493Wisdom, Grace + JoyHillary is one of the few podcasters that speaks with extraordinary wisdom while at no point shaming you into something you should start or stop doing. She speaks with such grace while challenging us to look inward and grow into the best versions of ourselves- for the benefit of not only us, but others! Worth every minute you listen! 💗
-
MaggieInChiOnly podcast I listen to!I’m not a podcast person. This is the only one I listen to consistently. I get something out of almost every episode that I carry into some aspect of life, either business or personal. It’s also how I ended up wanting/needing/loving the Elegant Excellence goals journal! Thank you Hilary for the real life advice that makes sense!
-
Elise OFBack to the BeginningLove this podcast, I share it with family, friends, and fellow entrepreneurs constantly, so much so that I often have to preface it with: I’ve got ANOTHER episode from Hilary to share... I’m currently binging it from the beginning as I just started listening last year and I’m loving it! Thanks for all that you do! 💖
-
SarahEptingRefreshing and relatableWhat Hillary speaks to in her podcast is the struggle people, especially women, face with confidence. I related to her latest enoughness series in a deep way. As an entrepreneur I always appreciate her insight. We are very different, I am an IT geek that has barely used Instagram…but she speaks to universal truths and has a fresh perspective on so many topics, that I always gain something from listening. I can’t wait for the next episode to come out each week. I think about all my female friends and the women in my family —also all different from one another — and I think that they could all take something valuable away from listening to Hillary.
-
alicia5864FabulousI don’t know how she does it a but with a crazy diverse audience she appeals to everyone and there is something that applies to each one of us in each episode. I love when I can finish listening and realize 1) I’m not alone and 2) I’ve got practical steps and thinking to do! Thank you Hilary!!
-
DriTheDreamerFashion for Life LessonsI started my journey with Hilary through her style course. It was so valuable for my self esteem at the time, but really my whole life. The practice of truly pinpointing and understanding why you like or dislike something and why you wear what you wear was so profound that it spilled into every part of my life. This podcast is the continuation of those teachings for me. Like the style course, each episode is so enlightening. Even if you can’t exactly relate, it’s highly likely you can apply it to some area of your life. The 2-Part Life Cocktail was SO good! Yet another concept from the style course applied to everyday life. It was mind-blowing when applied to fashion and just as mind-blowing when applied to life. To clarify, this podcast isn’t about fashion. The way she approaches style is just so grounded and therapeutic that I keep seeing the parallels between her style and life teachings. I’ve been listening since episode one and I’m still happy to be on board! Driana Branch

BethRieggerTiming is everything.I just binged Hilary's podcast this weekend. Saying I love it doesn't seem to be enough. Saying it was like she was speaking right to ME doesn't seem to be enough. This came at the exact right time. Thanks Hilary for being brave and vulnerable. Thank you for all of your wonderful advice. Thank you for being you and guiding me to seeing that I can be happy being me.
-
Macelasan071Very sweet and honestBeing a fan and a friend(at least from my part), I feel you Hilary shares what is in your mind unfiltered, and that changes things. The truth does se us free, and so many episodes, they all touch me and I’m very happy you do them for us! Thank you for the inspiration and bringing up things that are relevant and profound. Love!
-
MdReves5Modern Wisdom from an old soulHilary is a divinely guided arrow aimed straight to the core of the modern feminine psyche. Week after week she delivers authentic, valuable, one of a kind content your head, heart and soul will thank you for. Simply too good to miss. Can’t wait for the upcoming book! With love & gratitude, Violetta Jean

Kacy R.Thoughtful, Joyful, Educational!I have been a listener of this podcast since 2019, and I’ve always loved it. However, the content has leveled up even more in 2020 and 2021. Hilary is thoughtful, joyful, and I feel like she is always tackling subjects that live in my mind but I haven’t been able to articulate out loud. I appreciate the way that she breaks things down as she is experiencing them, so it feels like a conversation with a good friend rather than a lecture from a teacher. If you’re interested in productivity, style, travel, navigating friendships and relationships, you’ll find something in this podcast to enjoy. I highly recommend you take a listen!
-
CindyleighMotivation PlusThanks Hillary for your motivation and style! I’m a regular listener (and member of Hillary’s Master Mind). I get so much from each episode and find myself scrolling back through past episodes often to listen again to a topic that may be relevant to that day. Paired with her yearly motivational journals, I’ve found I have a whole new outlook on my career and life - and it’s great! 😍
-
MF WilliamsHonest, Joyful, and InspiringHillary is always willing to share honestly in real time her own growth and learnings in a joyful and inspiring way that cuts to the core of vulnerable truths and make us realize we are not in fact alone on this journey of life. From friendships to fashion, entrepreneurship to personal development, and just general life and incorporating more joy, this podcast/ Hillary does all that and more.
-
yogapantswarriorI get something from every episode!I love Hilary’s approach to business & relationships & style & just life. But mainly I love that she is truly joyful & that joy is contagious. ❤️
-
Chelsea BoisenTHANK YOU, Hilary!I have been an off and on listener for awhile because, well, life...but I’ve grown even more in love with Hilary through the pandemic because of her raw, real insights to the struggles people are experiencing. She openly talks about her own struggles in a way that is relatable and comforting. In a world that seems filled with chaos these days I have felt at ease after listening knowing I am not alone in my feelings or anxieties and there is indeed a fresh way to look at life’s happenings. With grace and gumption of course! 😜 Thank you for the inspiration I truly needed!
