    Wow! Comprehensible Input!
Thanks, Tomo-san! I get bogged down with flashcards and focusing on vocabulary. It is an endless stream of overwhelm. Instead, you speak quickly with words I understand about 98% of the time. When I hear the words quickly I often understand the meaning of new words automatically, like I learned English as a child! Let’s acquire language, not study it! Brilliant!

    Great Japanese Podcast
I’ve been looking for good Japanese podcasts for years. This one has a lot of great features. The episodes vary by level of difficulty and are clearly labeled, and they have a variety of topics that are interesting. I like that Tomo does a mix of general talk and targeted grammar explanations. The fact that he’s a Japanese teacher really helps. I teach English as a foreign language so I really appreciate his skill at explaining Japanese. Thank you for this great resource.

    the very best
I normally don’t write a review because honestly it’s just a hassle for me. I decided to write one today for the very first time to show my support for this remarkably good podcast. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning about Japanese language, culture, people, living environment, food or for general information. Each episode covers variety of issues and topics and your ears will be kept entertained for sure. The podcaster has a very calming voice, speaks each words very clearly and therefore is easily understood. I can look up a word in the dictionary without any difficulty even when he’s talking a little faster than usual in some of the episodes made for advanced listeners. What I like most about this podcaster is that he doesn’t seem to be a pretentious individual. He’s very modest and sincere when talking about himself. Personally, he’s my favorite virtual Japanese teacher. I’m sure he’ll be yours, too!
