K. MachamerProductivity for Women By WomenMegan’s podcast is pure goal. From a busy mom and budding entrepreneur, Megan has helped me reevaluate my time, validated that perfectionism isn’t key, and that little changes regarding time management and productivity have a huge ripple effect. Action with mindset changes are what fuel this amazing podcast. When anyone asks about how I manage time I 100% refer them to Megan’s podcast. ❤️
-
HumpbackgalGreat resource for women to be more productive and manage overwhelmMegan shares valuable insights into what it takes to be able to enjoy your life and also be productive and get stuff done. Setting priorities is a key, and also being organized and knowing when it’s done “enough” so you can move on to another task. Perfection is not the goal! We can also learn to use leverage and systems so we can create quality time for thinking and creating… we don’t need to be “busy” all the time!

JPowers34I needed this episode! With a brand new high schooler AND a brand new middle schooler, both with ADHD and executive function struggles, the episode “Time Management Strategies for Middle and High School Teens” was exactly what I needed to hear. I love the advice to talk to my kids about how overwhelming school is, how hard it is to keep track, and that they are not born with the skill but must learn it. I’m looking forward to implementing the 3 steps. Awesome!

Cher HaleSuch good tips!I listened to your conversation with Kiera Lu and loved her ideas to set a goal for memory capture and to size it down to one trip or one period of time during the year if you’re behind. Plus, such a good tip about having backups! I can’t imagine losing all of my photos and I only use iCloud, so that’s something I definitely need to look further into.

Kathi MonicattiAmazingThis video is amazing and makes so much sense. Many of us delegate the grocery “shopping” to DoorDash (I do) but wouldn’t it be “load lightning” to transfer “ ownership“ of the entire Shopping to a family member? … the meal planning, the grocery list, the meal prep, the cooking, etc. ……. Wouldn’t that lighten your mental load? Take a few minutes, listen, and potentially free up hours of time and “pounds” of Mental Load?

Kiera SlyeSaving Time & Shifting FocusListening to Megan’s podcast has given me a new way to frame how I look at time and work/life balance. I love how she focuses on finding Harmony in your life vs. Balance because in reality Balance is near impossible to achieve and if you do, it isn’t something that is sustainable long term. Megan’s tools in Managing tasks, organizing and planning are top notch and I highly recommend binging this pod!
-

annietagsNext levelI am a time management nerd / entrepreneur who is always looking for tips and strategies to manage my time. I’ve been a devoted listener to other podcasts and experts: Laura Vanderkam, Anna Dearman Kornick. Amber De La Gaurza to name a few. But Megan Sumrell is truly next level. The way that her systems and strategies all work together has really connected the dots for me. She is an incredibly effective teacher, her wording, her pacing, it just all makes sense and she’s a pleasure to listen to. I’ve never been a purchaser of programs before, but I just invested in her Plan a Palooza course for Fall of 2023 and I could not be more excited. This podcast is amazing. I have gone back and re listened to at least 2 dozen of them because of the straightforward, fluff-less and quite frankly brilliant content. This woman needs to go Big Time, and I am routing for her.
-

ConfettiCreative.Co | PRSay goodbye to overwhelm! This podcast is like a guidebook for anyone who feels constantly pulled in a million directions with work, family, finances, self-care, and alllll the other things you “should” be tending to. Megan has been where you are, and that’s why she’s so good at bringing solutions to the table to make your to-do list more manageable. Poppyseed0329So great to find a woman telling the truth!I’m always looking for more “friends in the sandbox”, as I like to say. There are women out there doing the hard work, sharing the tips and showing up for all of us - Megan is one of them. ❤️
-
AinnjayMegan Sumrell is a gift to all women!!!!Megan Sumrell is INCREDIBLE!! She provides clear, concise information, and includes real life examples of the skills she is teaching!! EmRCoachingFresh insight & practical tipsI find myself nodding along as I listen to Megan - she shines a light on the things we’re doing that could be holding us back without us even knowing it! Her ideas are clear and her tips feel doable, which I appreciate as a mom of 3 and small business owner. Also, def listen to the queen bee episode!
-
lemonlulu69A Great Way to Begin the YearI appreciate Megan’s kind and understanding approach to getting back into routines at the beginning of the year. As a routine-lover, I needed the reminder that it’s helpful to see if we still need certain routines, and that’s it’s OK to bring them back gently - not all at once. I’m glad I listened.
-
laurencott87Great, relatable resource!Love Megan’s insight and infectious energy. Listening leaves me feeling ready to conquer anything!
-
Mansie35What I’ve Been Waiting ForNot only do I love Megan‘s amazing voice, but her time management advice and information is just what I’ve been looking for. I find so many unrealistic sources that just don’t speak to my life as a mother. Nothing wrong with them, but I’ve been searching for someone that I can really relate to that has a life similar to mine. Megan has really helped me, and so many others as I can see, with their time management challenges. Plus, she’s just so fun and full of great energy, which makes a podcast like this enjoyable. I look forward to many more episodes!
