    Good Show, Stop Typing
Great show for Ranger fans. Someone keeps typing during the show and you hear the keyboard, very annoying. Besides that one stupid thing it’s very good. Get some more alumni on the show to talk to.

    Great Trio
Great show, great trio full of insightful takes on the Rangers. I wish the podcast was after every game!

    Boyle needs better audio
Get Boyle better audio. Great insights otherwise.

    Just Awesome
Thank you for the invaluable insights all throughout the season. Great combination of player views and current information from a journalistic perspective. Hope to see you back!

    Great Listen
Bryan Boyle rocks the house! Great show with interesting insights from all of the members of the team.

    Excellent Podcast!
I always enjoy this excellent podcast! Brian Boyle is really hitting his stride as the newest member of the podcast team. It’s great to have the perspective of a well-respected, former Ranger. Mollie Walker shares the same keen insights and interesting details found in her articles. And, Larry Brooks is a true master. I love his impressive knowledge of the game, amazing grasp of Rangers history, and thoughtful commentary. If you love the Rangers, you will love “Up in the Blue Seats”! - Chris J.

    Getting better
Nice move going to 3 people Molly should be host (not Boyle). She is a beat reporter. She must stop the constant laughing. It is very distracting. I mean it is really distracting. When she sticks to hockey she is very good. No one is interested in your mother or birthday or restaurant you went to in Winnipeg Larry Brooks is an expert wanna be. A hockey reporter not a GM or scout or coach or talent evaluator. Why is he always “joining us later” or “needs to run”? Is he so busy? Brian Boyle is good already and will be excellent going forward. An actual expert providing real insights. Very refreshing. Overall it’s good. Please stop the phony we are all buds routine. Once again the age difference between 27 year old Mollie and 70+ years Larry makes for a weird vibe. Does not work

    Not Yankee Stadium!!
Andrew, tge Ranger’s vs Islanders upcoming outdoor game is not at Yankee Stadium! Do they not edit these podcasts for inaccuracies like this? Not one on the podcast corrected him? Andrew needs to tighten up his game.

    A good listen
Always enjoy listening to Ron and so far the guests are interesting and tell good stories. The length and format is just right. Keep it up Doogie! Well done! Edit: Molly...please stop with the giggling already. Your NYP coverage is fine but the giggling is beyond annoying. You sound like an 8 yr girl high on sugar at a sleepover. Enough! And NO one cares about your mom’s obsession w Ron!

    LGR!
Probably my favorite Rangers pod, the addition of Brian is so refreshing! The team is off to a good start, let’s go!

    Show is so much better
Wow. Brian Boyle is excellent. lots of good insight. Thank god finally got rid of Jake Brown who was insufferable and never funny. If it wasn’t for Mollie and Larry, would’ve stopped listening a long time ago because of Jake. now the show is perfect. If only they can get Jake off the Met and Jet podcasts.
  • Tinkerman37
    Good except for one thing...
I love Larry. He brings perspective and insight. Mollie keeps you aprised of what's happening day-to-day with the team. As with the Jets and Mets podcasts, Jake Brown offers juvenile commentary. (Nothing personal Jake. I'm a fellow Hofstra alum.) This podcast would automatically elevate to 5 stars with the proper host. As for the team this year, well, I wouldn't send out a Save-the-Date for the Canyon of Heroes in June.

    Podcast
Brooks the biggest homer ever always has been always will on Rangers payroll… moving on Lady doing the podcast has the worst voice ever sounds like she’s 90 and a heavy smoker They are Giddy about Vescey signing average player at average salary guess they are estatic a player wants to play in NY and not have to overpay like for Trocheck Troupa and Goodlaw Sounds like a propaganda podcast

Great show for a Ranger fan
I live out of market, so the local media always talks about a different team. Mollie and Jake make it so easy to get insight to how the Rangers are playing and the direction the front office is looking. The weekly Larry Brooks segments are great too to drive everything home. Perfect length. I miss Ron but the show is in good hands.

    Mollie Vocal Fry
Mollie needs to stop the Kim Kardashian vocal fry, it’s not healthy. No more guests with crappy audio. Change opening intro with that announcer joke.

    Linda Cohen Episode
I’m a season ticket holder for over 50 years and have listened to Up in the Blueseats since it’s inception. The latest episode featuring Linda Cohen and Larry Brooks was by far the best ever. I feel Mollie Walker is an excellent writer and thoroughly enjoy her Post reporting but she can learn a lot from Linda Cohen when she is behind a mic. Listening to Linda and Larry today was like watching a NHL level game as compared to an AHL game with Mollie and Jake. I’m not looking to criticize but rather for them to learn from the “vets” just as we would like Kakko and Alexis to learn from Mika. LGR!

    Losing steam
Need an interesting former ranger to replace Duguay, similar to the Post’s NY Giants Bluerush podcast. Listening to what has already been written is just not that interesting.
  • Alec Ulmann
    Lost without Duguay
Duguay was gone once he started dating Palin. Larry Brooks is a knowledgeable, insightful reporter but it is painful to to listen to him have to interact politely with the the inexperienced jr hockey reporter from the NYP. The rest of the show is Regis and Kathy Lee style blah blah between the two hosts
  • P-Tam
    So much better
I’ve been listening to and enjoying this podcast as long as it has been available. I must say that as much as I enjoyed the banter some of the nonsense with Ron Duguay was getting in the way. I really don’t care who he is dating. Most of us don’t have that much time to listen so all of the extra stuff just dragged out the show. Although I really did enjoy his input as related to being a player in the NHL. The only reason I am upset he is gone is because I’d like to get his reaction to Georgiev playing for the Avs. Overall great job!!!!
  • NYCTheMic
    Clueless hosts
Bring back Duguay and let him co-host with Brooks.
  • Zinfman

    I miss Ron
Podcast was very good with Ron, awful without.

No More Ron not worth listening
Molly and Jake are totally clueless about hockey. The only thing redeemable about the podcast is Larry Brooks portion. This was originally Duguay podcast and it was great, but with Molly Walker as the lead it is terrible. What a shame
  • BBG_Phd
    Great but some changes needed
Jake- just read the script in a normal conversational voice. The drawn out, arena type announcements are absolutely brutal, bud. Otherwise great discussions
  • christophtrappe
    Mollie’s reporting is great
Really enjoy her reporting and analysis on all the different channels where she offers it. Including on this podcast.
  • brasco727
    Drop the Clown
Molly is great and having Brooksie appear every week is a plus, but I couldn’t stomach Duguay another minute. Let me know if you drop him and I’ll be back.
  • Kravts Off
    Best NHL podcast by miles
Jake’s comment to Ron in episode 78… “From Studio 54 to ice fishing in Alaska” … may be the comment of the year!!!
  • XenaBlu
Who is the new guy in the beginning?
Who is this new guy that introduces everyone now??? Where is the other guy that used to do it?

    One of my favorites!
Great banter and updates. Recommended for Ranger fans. Interesting guests.

    Love the Rangers, love this!
Always a great listen, entertaining with thoughtfull answers. Love the Rangers since 1970, and I look forward to this every week.
  • i can now die happy.
    Great Show
If you are a die hard Rangers fan this is a must listen. Insights that are not always available in the Post articles and interviews that are insightful. Can’t wait for Thursdays for the new episodes to come out. Keep up the great work.
  • ETC9211
    Great podcast
Ron and Molly do an outstanding job on this podcast. Molly is developing into a top notch beat reporter, which comes across on the show. And Ron is the perfect complement. Great guests plus weekly insights from Brooksie. Jake keeps the show moving. Keep up the great work!

    Praise/gripes
As a nearly 50-year Rangers fan, I generally enjoy listening to talk about the team; how the players are doing, who’s coming/going, etc.,. I like the insight that Larry Brooks provides each week. I like hearing Ron Duguay, as a former player, talk about what the players experience on the ice and what their mindsets are like on and off the ice. Mollie Walker as a young writer for the Post seems to know her hockey and has her finger on the pulse of a young team that is just starting to hopefully go places, so I enjoy her perspective. And I love hearing the former Rangers who I grew up watching play for the team that they have on as guests; there should be more of that. Now: I have no idea why exactly Jake Brown is on the show. I have absolutely zero desire to hear any more stories about Studio 54 and/or NYC nightlife in the ‘70’s-‘80’s, or about tequila. And if I hear one more time about anyone’s mother having a crush on or liking the looks of Rangers players (such as The King) I promise that I will projectile-vomit. Enough already. I find myself hitting the 15-second fast-forward button more and more lately and I’d rather not be doing that while listening to a podcast about my team.
  • Russty
    Denis Potvin? Really?
I used to love this podcast, and then they decided to put Potvin on the show. Now I am done with it, no excuse to have that guy on an NYR podcast. Put Dancing Larry on or something; anyone would have been better.

    Oh la la duguay
Miss the short glass at the garden.Loved the full house pre game mention by Ron and Fotiu being last to leave after throwing pucks up to the blue seats.Miss the signs that lined the rafters. Thanks Ron Go Rangers

    Half Glass Full
I like the optimism not only for the upcoming season, but throughout the season. I am excited for another season of entertaining shows. Ron is one of my all time favorite Rangers for his style on and off the ice. Mollie adds a fresh perspective to the podcast. Larry provides his insight into the game and Jake makes it all fun. Thanks to the team for a first class production!

    Outstanding Show!!
I listened to this show for the first time yesterday after the JD/Gordon/Dolan situation. This show is OUTSTANDING. Ron is there which of course makes it fun, but the addition of a younger generation in Molly is the key! It’s obvious she really has been a Ranger fan since birth!!! I’m in Florida so I don’t get many people talking about hockey hear, and this show hits the spot for me!!! And as a side note, can we get some type of open letter to Rangers front office recommending adding Nick Fotiu to the Rangers coaching staff in a special assistant type role to help with development of the young guys?!?! Seriously!!!

    Episode55
Mollie Walker has been a great addition to the show. Easily slotted into the “1st line” with the always entertaining and insightful Duguay. Great show, Ron. Very informative on the news around the management shakeup.
  • NJBill
    Great insight on the Rangers
Mollie and Ron are a great combination. Just listened to the Nick Fotiu show. He provided a great insight to why a change in management was necessary at this time. Thank you Nick, for everything you did for the NY Rangers!
  • kwanja11
    Quinn
Quinn needs to go, and I think Ron was correct in questioning his moves and his preparation for this game. He answers to NO PLAYER. He answers to his bosses. Two games in a row against the Islanders and he sits Georgiev. He panics and changes lines every game. He overcoaches constantly. He lets his players get run consistently. Why is Trouba fighting? Kreider? Strome? This is not college, this is where the big boys play and he has failed to protect his best players. Not sure if I would fire him mow, but the next ten games are important when deciding.

    Ok podcast
Hosts cannot pronounce Zibanejad’s name correctly. Aren’t these guys professionals? Also, love how they always have ken daneyko on all the time to talk nj devils on a NYR podcast.

    Thumbs Up
This is a good Rangers podcast. Appreciate the feedback and analysis from Doogs, Mollie, and Larry Brooks. Listen to the only podcast endorsed by John Tortortella!

    Up in the Blue Seats
This is a great place for straight-forward hockey talk. Larry Brooks has forgotten more hockey than most writers know. Mollie Walker is an outstanding hockey features writer with a thorough knowledge of hockey. Ron Duguay should be back on MSG. One of the better all-time Rangers.
  • Amex card veteran
    Keeps getting better
Really enjoying Up in the Blue Seats. Ron Duguay’s history as a NHL veteran and NYR alumnus provide a nice sense of history plus knowledge of the current game and team (and of course the always interesting personal stories of life in the NHL). Mollie Walker has brought a fresh perspective and has good chemistry with Ron, Larry Brooks and the guests. The guests are important to the show and hopefully that will continue (Carrillo and Daneyko were great guests).

    Great Podcast
I listen to the podcast every week, and enjoy the detailed insight on Ranger hockey. Mollie and Ron continue to mesh, and each episode gets better and better. The guests are a nice addition to the show. I especially enjoy the banter between Mollie and Ron. Nobody knows Ranger hockey like Larry Brookes, he also brings a different dynamic to the show as well. Keep up the good work!

    The Quintessential Blueshirts Podcast
Brilliantly done with world class analysis. Ron Duguay was one my faves growing up. His opinions are spot on and love his stories from back in the day. Mollie is a good addition. After all, her mom was into #10! Lol. I look to this podcast each week for the best local hockey analysis and opinions. If you’re a Blueshirts fan you’ll love it. LGR!

Doogs,I am a huge Ranger fan for 41 years, and you were my first favorite player #10. I’m so very happy that I get to share your views with Up in the Blue seats 💺. You have such a great insight into the Rangers for all your years with the organization. I truly miss you at the desk after the games, you had the best introspectives into each and every game. I was blessed this year to have you do a Cameo for my birthday 6/21 as I turned 56. My kids new from childhood that you were my first favorite Ranger player and they did this. I cried tears of such excitement watching the video of you wishing me a beautiful birthday. Keep up the great work Doogs and thank you so much for always liking and responding to my Instagram posts!!!! My new favorite podcast!!!!!! You truly are the consummate professional.
