    Helps me so much
I have OCD and anxiety. It used to be to the point where I wouldn’t leave my house. I got treatment for it and lots of therapy. This podcast helps remind me of what I’ve learned and bring peace to me in every day life. So thank you.

    Great podcast, great man
This is my first time reviewing a podcast, but feel as if I have to considering how much Robert has improved my life. As somebody who has struggled with OCD since I was around five years old, I have seen numerous OCD therapists to help manage my condition. When I hear Robert speaking, I hear the best of all of my best therapists. This is not only a great podcast for those who struggle with OCD, but really for people in general who struggle with anxiety. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

One of the best OCD podcasts I’ve ever heard.
These podcasts are absolutely amazing, I’m young and have dealt with OCD for a good amount of my life, and the way Robert puts it into perspective and the way he gives advice, is absolutely amazing. He truly makes you feel less alone about things that are hard to talk about. Listening over here in the United States, God bless.

I find this podcast very informative and helpful in a non-judgemental way. Unfortunately it can be very difficult to listen to due to the fluctuation in volume! Very irritating
