Dude. I signed up for Top 1 based on you Austin and your show. I enjoy your show and wanted to support. I thought I was following all the rules, hit my consistency and 10 days and requested a payout. They denied it as some of my trades were 10 seconds. I have a strict strategy and entries and if my PTs are hit in 3 seconds or 3 hours, it should NOT matter. Customer support with Top One is horrible and I am guessing they will continue to remake their rule book as they go. I am happy to go back to TopStep. You always talk about how great clay and Matt are but this denial and that policy is unacceptable
