Kay GallegosExceptionally informative and entertaining! If you want to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle in a fun way then this podcast is for you! In fact, everyone should be listening! I’ve learned soo much, it’s really helped me in my personal health journey! I’m so thankful and grateful for Sakara! The quality of the information and the guests is undeniable! I take notes on every episode and I’ll continue to listen!

sakaralightfollowerStarted off strong and going downhillTheir previous episodes were better and they had a diversified mix of topics. Now all they talk about is motherhood - which is completely irrelevant to a handful of members in the audience/don’t care. Episodes are also becoming increasingly emotional and less factual/informational based.

rebekah999Sakara has been life changing for meDanielle, Whitney and the Sakara team have all had a profound impact on my quality of life. I have been following a Sakara diet for about 4 months now in conjunction with the Woman Code meal plan by Alisa Vitti. I have regulated my menstrual cycle, cleared my acne and obtained control over my chronic UTIs! This podcast also exposed me to Yoga Nidra which has alleviated my insomnia.

LexA82765So GoodAfter going through my own wellness journey (Sakara played a huge role in that!) I love listening to this podcast to keep learning about nutrition, wellness, health, and life ❤️

CharlieB790Wonderful PodcastThank you for bringing such great information to your audience.

hannahelongFear Mongering and MisinformationI love Sakara and have been a subscriber. I would love you guys to do an interview with a conventional farmer or a food scientist. There is a lot of food fear out there and would love to hear the perspectives from both sides! A lot of their information is fear based and not science based. The EWG is not a reliable resource as they are heavily funded by organic brands.
-
Dakini GirlAddictedLoving this podcast. I’m a addicted to Sakara products - Metabolism powder, beauty chocolates, & The Foundation. Now I’m addicted to their podcast!

AEHawkeyeCannot Support Any Message Other Than Personal Responsibility At This TimeYah, I’m not responsible for anyone other than myself and my family. Lost me there. Get your message out there, but empower people to take care of themselves first.

Juanina KocherI love this podcast!I’ve been ordering from Sakara for some time so I was SO excited to hear they were doing a podcast. All of the episodes have been wonderful but my favorite was the one with Danielle Bernstein. I’m such a fan of hers. All of the episodes are both entertaining and informative. Listen up!

-
olimbellaTheme song is creepyPlease get a new one, I get so scared when I turn this podcast on. Otherwise I like it.
-
Garythecat90Rich white lady stuffI feel like those who love Goop would also love this. I’m not gonna lie, I kind of enjoy it but I also kind of cringe when I listen to it. I’m interested in alternative medicine, healing, self-care etc. so naturally I like the topics, but the way these discussions are delivered is just a reminder that such lifestyles are mainly accessible only to wealthy white people. Also I think proponents of such lifestyles can take things a little far and wind up sounding completely self-obsessed and ultimately are just consumers. Crystals, elixirs, serums. Just more stuff to buy.
-
NexttoNormal41I hated it :/They are very pretentious and very white.
-
aikidojohnjDr. Zach BushYour discussion with Zach was so unified and harmonious. Really appreciated your questions and Zach’s responses. Your podcast along with Dr. Bush is critical to my life and our times.
-
amanda nicknameInspiringI thought I could pick and choose which episodes sounded interesting to me, but every episode is important for a comprehensive healthy life and mindset. I lean on this podcast in trying to educate myself on my gut health. Danielle and Whitney’s personal stories episode is super important. My favorites are with Zach Bush and Mark Hyman.
-
lexbokLove the topics!!I’m always excited for new episodes to drop and see the latest topic that Danielle and Whitney are exploring (astrology, pleasure, biology, and many more)!!

TinaMhaffieThis is my new bibleThis podcast has become my love and religion. Every episode is so interesting and covers content that I don’t hear anywhere else! I’ve been obsessed with Sakara for a while now, too, so I was super excited to dive into the podcast. Could not love this more!
-
j_j1234*OkayI am enjoying this podcast mostly. Whitney and Danielle get into a lot of taboo and unusual topics and I’m loving how they go there. I agree that their products are intended for the 1 perfect and that they have not democratized this apparently revolutionary way that they eat. Nevertheless, it seems like they’re on their journeys and maybe in time they’ll find more ways to give back. Finding a way to get involved with public schools and influence children would be a golden way to give back. They’ll get more stars when they show that they care more. P.S. the way they talk about Sakara makes it sound like a cult. Might want to work on that.

Isa Za.Interesting, Informative, Digestible!I get SO excited when a new episode of this podcast comes out every Tuesday! Each episode is jam packed with incredible information on nutrition, life, and how to take your mental and physical health into your own hands. Can't get enough!

llcoolgatesSomething truly specialThis podcasts gives me all the feels! Interesting and relevant topics backed by real experts, with a personable touch from Danielle and Whitney. Only Sakara could speak to the space that’s in between real and mystic, science and spirit, mind and heart. I relate to almost every guest in some way with tangible takeaways from the ‘light work.’ Inspiring in every way!
-
dth5Added to my favorites!Whitney and Danielle have such an authentic voice and cover a wide range of topics - all rooted in their philosophy in life and food. Such an eclectic and fascinating group of guest speakers!

Vron 2000LoveI love your podcast. It would be a great addition to add on your website the books and sources quoted during these sessions .

ZA1981A note about pleasureLove your podcast, especially episode with Aviva R which was incredible. I grew up in the Orthodox Jewish community, my husband is a very progressive rabbi in the west village. Eroticism and pleasure is deeply ingrained in Kabbalah and many Jewish texts. In fact, the traditional marriage contract (Ketubah) has pleasuring the women as a central focus and agreement. Perhaps instead of blaming religion, a better articulation is toxic patriarchy and fear of feminine (within all of us). Religion has unraveled in many ways but ritual, meaning-making, and the visions of archetypes as guide (Jung, Freud, etc..) all trace back to these communal experiences and beliefs. ❤️

happyface6Have you tried Sakara? It’s amazing. It’s so inspiring to eat clean, totally delicious food. It’s indulgent without the guilt. Sakara is sunshine in my day. To sit down and savor every bite and know it’s nourishing my body while allowing me to relax and enjoy every bite, is priceless. It’s a remarkable product and company. Sakara it’s worth every penny and bite. In addition to the meals, I am loving the collagen chocolates. Sakara is decadence in uncertain times. Thank you Sakara for bringing joy into my life every day through your delicious, nutritious food. Stay safe, healthy and thank you for the inspiring podcast ❤️💕❤️

Brooklyn 28Full of embrace!I thought I already knew a lot about nutrition, have begun to venture into learning more about intuitive eating, and have always felt I was in tune with a lot of the topics here. Yet, just from the first episode I felt something different - it was relatable in a really emotional way, even though my own story is so different. Despite all I am grateful for today, this podcast was able to reconnect me with all I’ve learned along the way. Can’t wait for more.
-
DesireeluWorth the listenVery informative and interesting. I really like their dynamic and mission.

NB414A Long Time ComingI’ve been hoping and waiting for Sakara Life to start a podcast, and I’m so excited it’s here! It does not disappoint! Danielle and Whitney are so honest and relatable, and they ask their guests really insightful questions. Inspiring content that already covers a diverse range of topics in authentic, digestible ways. And boy did this launch at the perfect time - we all need some extra love and light right now! I’m challenging myself to do every light-work exercise...such a nice touch at the end to help us apply these discussions to our lives. Can’t wait to see the other guests they’ll have on!
