    NDE vs Channeling Psychics
I was excited to initially find a podcast with NDE’s. Instead we have channeler “Eric” who insists on speaking in a hard to listen to voice that is Also speaking in a way someone would have spoken during the days of Scrooge. It is insulting. If this were a true spirit, they would BE in spirit form and not need these Bashar type of theatrics. Fortunately he Schooled Sandra on her political beliefs for voting for a side that believes violence is the answer in the form of attempts to kill a President and start war.

    Mind-bending and So Healing!
Sandra's thought-provoking content dealing with what happens after we transition from this world into the next is surpassed only by her generosity toward those grieving the loss of a loved one. Her guests are warm, engaging and give us hope that “We Don’t Die” and that our loved ones are always close and connected to us. Whether you are struggling with grief, or on your own journey to find answers to the question of what happens after our time on earth has ended, you’ll find something that makes you want to keep coming back to listen to each episode. Sandra feels like a long-lost friend who truly understands how painful grieving our loved ones can be. Her free resources have given me so much comfort and hope, I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Sandra!

    Shades of the Afterlife
Shades of the Afterlife podcast explores various aspects of what happens after death. The host, Sandra Champlain, has devoted the last 25 years exploring the research and evidence of an afterlife. The podcast delves into the insights and personal stories of near-death experiences and leading figures in this metaphysical field. Sandra’s podcast Shades of the Afterlife brings comfort to people who fear death, hope and healing to those grieving and valuable and informative explanations to individual searching for depth and answers about the invisible world. I’ve followed Sandra Champlain since 2017. Her dedication and commitment to help the public understand and unravel fears that we don’t die and that “I’m Still Me” (Episode186) after transition is both impressive and timely in today’s changing world. Thank-you Sandra! Maureen

    Helps me with my grief
Shades of the Afterlife is one of my favorite podcasts. My daughter passed 7 years ago and listening to Sandra’s podcast is always comforting to me. There is so much information regarding the afterlife, grief, soul growth, etc. Sandra not only shares her own beliefs but also the knowledge and experience of others. I very much enjoy this podcast and recommend it to others who are grieving or searching for answers.

    Powerful Show
I’m a devoted listener because of Sandra’s extraordinary content. Every week she shares clips, interviews, book highlights, or scholarly research related to the afterlife and death/dying. Her open minded questions and active listening make her an inquisitive, sensitive host for challenging big questions and for grieving individuals. I often join Sandra’s Friday sittings with Scott Milligan, by whom I’ve been tutored in mediumship due to Sandra’s reputable recommendations. Her weekly Sunday Gatherings also join together a community of likeminded participants who set loving intentions around a theme, before enjoying talented mediums for demonstration. Hearing “Shades” on a weekly basis and enjoying Sandra’s community events make my solitary, sometimes odd interest in the afterlife a shared conversation among friends.

    Error
This was an ERROR!! I had not meant to review this podcast bcuz I haven’t listened to EVEN 1 episode of this show. But you cannot erase any stars beyond one.. If you can remove it, that’d be for the BEST THING - very happy! OVER-JOYED, as a matter of fact.

    Mediums - Really?
So disappointed when time is wasted on mediums. Might as well break out the crystal balls, the kind Harry Houdini used to debunk. I may be a minority but I’d prefer to hear from those sharing their own NDE experience (and not selling a book).

    Cremation
Is cremation ever mentioned in any of your episodes. Has it been discussed? Has it been reported on by the afterlife? I just started your episodes from episode one and this immediately popped into my mind. Thank you for what you are doing. It is an irreplaceable service.

Love this podcast ~ Sandra is awesome!
This podcast answers many questions about the afterlife (or hereafter?). Love Sandra’s voice and subject matter that she delves into. I would have given this podcast 5 stars, but there are WAY too many breaks and some content is repeated too often.

    Great podcast!
Shades of the Afterlife is an engaging and thought-provoking exploration of the afterlife. Each episode delves deep into various concepts related to life after death, from different religious beliefs to scientific theories, and everything in between. One of the things I appreciate most about this podcast is the way it presents these complex topics in a way that is accessible to all listeners, regardless of their background or beliefs. The host is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, but also has a way of making it all feel very approachable. In addition to being informative, the podcast is also highly entertaining. The host has a great sense of humor and a knack for keeping things lively and engaging, even when the subject matter is heavy. Overall, I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is curious about what happens after we die. Whether you're a skeptic, a believer, or somewhere in between, this podcast will give you plenty to think about and discuss with others.

    Too many commercials
Excellent content. Very interesting. But why so many commercial breaks? It weakens the message for me.

    Changed My Life
This podcast along with We Don’t Die has completely changed my life for the better. I love how open and honest Sandra is. Her dedication to these podcasts are inspiring. This was the first podcast I came across when I began my spiritual journey, wondering about the afterlife and it’s topics. Sandra and her guest speakers have greatly impacted my life and have sent me on this wonderful journey. I’ve received a great amount of knowledge from all of the episodes she’s shared. I now have a better understanding of what it means to truly be alive & what to expect in the afterlife. Thank you for everything, Sandra. -Meg

    A hello from my dad
I was listening to one of the shows as I was randomly putting in my calendar for the year my dad’s birthday August 15th. A few minutes later one of the speakers says “things like this just happen, ill go to book an appointment and pick a random day, August 15th and the client will go “that’s when my father passed!”” After that happened a video played on youtube of children celebrating their father’s birthday. Instant confirmation. How beautiful. Thank you for words of wisdom! You’re doing important work!

    Love this podcast
I am thankful to have found this podcast. I grew up seeing spirits and was terrified. I kept what I saw to myself until now that I am an adult. I love that this is talked about and normalized, and I don’t feel like that out of place weird girl. The interesting thing is that I don’t see or sense as much as I did when I was young. Now that I understand and I’m not afraid I wish i had my gift back.

I am so thankful I came across this podcast tonight. I have been trying for three years to get here myself. Your voice walked me right through it - now I know that in time images will get clearer and clearer as I practice this. I am building my spiritual muscle one moment at a time. Thank you for this beautiful treasured gift tonight.

Love Story Time! Love all the podcasts with Sandra, but story time touched my heart!❤️. Wanted to say how I felt like I was a little girl again and mom was telling me a story... But the story was true and that’s the best kind of story!❤️

    Inspirational
Love the new format! I always loved listening to “We Don’t Die,” and came across this show by way of that one. I love that each episode covers a topic and speaks to many different people. Also love the variety in the episode topics themselves. Thank you for the work you do, Sandra. I find that the more I learn about the spirit world and the afterlife, the more at home I can feel in my own body. Suicidal thoughts have been a big part of my life for such a long time; I’ve never felt like I belong here on this earth. But learning about the spirit world and our purpose and the afterlife has actually given me more courage and desire to live my life while I still have it. I cannot thank you and your guests enough for helping me feel that love from the other side a little more and to find the momentum to keep going. With all my heart, thank you!!! ❤️

I love Sandra and all she does and I am especially loving this new podcast. She has such a wealth of l knowledge and I enjoy the format where she switches it up between a guest and her sharing with us. I found Sandra and her podcast after my daughter passed. I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t learned about the afterlife and that it’s possible to still connect. Sandra has a soothing voice with a positive message. I highly recommend her and her podcast.

Enjoy the podcast, everyone. You are in for something special.
