Episode 158: Box squatting, Jumping, & Player development - Zac Goodman - John Glenn HS (MI). I was stunned as I listened this podcast. Whoever was interviewed stole everything that was said from Explosive Mechanics/Jared Bidne. He used Jareds verbiage, programming, and reasoning, but gave no credit to Jared. He referenced Tony Holler/Feed the cats a lot, but never did he mention Jared Bidne. This is atrocious. Sports and weight lifting is all about stealing the best ideas from others, but dude, let’s give credit where credit is due. Jared Bidne developed everything this crook said. I’m embarrassed for him.

Why whisper the anchor promo?! It’s bad enough you can’t make the effort to memorize the promos and (for the love of all that is good (not your reading!) STOP! ) read them, as if it’s your first time ever seeing the words on paper!!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO MEMORIZE THE PROMOS AND MAYBE USE YOUR OWN WORDS?! Please be more fluid in your speaking! The anchor promo on top is poorly recorded and hard to listen to!! Great idea to do a wing primary pod cast. They have gone away from it and seems like they are just doing whatever?!!? Everyone that they interview is hard to listen to for very long?! One of my fav quotes,... “Hey, I’m a sub-par coach. If I can get my players to do (whatever it was??), anyone should be able to get their players to do (whatever)?!” There’s being humble and there is being honest. I’m thinking,... honest?! Year later,.. the host still struggles to get words into a sentence. Monotone and reading every word for the first time! I do my best because the subject matter is good and there are few that cater to wing t. You have very good guests with tons of experience and knowledge.
