The gentle love expressed in truth between Janet and Jocelyn as they honestly and humbly discuss challenging biblical topics leaves me feeling as if I’ve sat with them over a cup of coffee and been part of the conversation. I have learned so much, and as my knowledge has grown, I’ve seen God also expand my comprehension of his love, his truth, and how to walk it out in my life and relationships. More than that, He has used their instructive episodes to equip and empower me to live and love biblically and speak truth graciously in a helpful way. The people in my life know if I say, “I was listening to this podcast I absolutely love,” my next words are going to be, “It’s the Joyful Journey podcast and…”

Podcasts don’t normally hold my interest very well, but this one is sooooooo good. When I listen I can’t help but say “ooo yes!”, “amen!”, and “so true” out loud! They speak God’s work insightfully into the common struggles of women (and humans in general). This has helped my personal discipleship and then pass it along to those I am ministering to. Thank you for faithfully teaching the Word of God!

Joyful Journey is definitely my favorite podcast out there! It’s a theology podcast that deeply relates to practical real life issues. I love the Biblical truth that is taught. They aren’t afraid to step on your toes a little bit so it in a gracious way that leads you to love Jesus and others more. So good!

I hereby award Joyful Journey the title of “The BEST Podcast”! ☺️ Every episode points right to Scripture and these two dear ladies unpack it and show how it practically applies to our lives no matter what stage of life we are in. I’m not a big podcaster, but this is one I don’t want to miss. It has been refreshing to be saturated with the truths of Scripture, encouraging in my walk to keep running and looking to Christ, and convicting me of sin and areas God wants to grow me. I love how absolutely practical and relatable these women are—it is most definitely, at times, like being the recipient of biblical counseling, but most often, like sitting with friends talking about Jesus over coffee. Super helpful, applicable content!

I listen to a lot of podcasts and this stands out as being incredibly solid biblically and extremely applicable to everyday life. I always finish listening challenged but encouraged to enjoy God more and live life the way He wants me too! There hasn’t been one episode I’ve listened to that I haven’t sent to someone specifically, and am so thankful for how humbly and accessibly the hosts present truth!

My new favorite podcast! I love to listen to these ladies discussing Scripture’s application to our daily lives. Every episode has helped me worship God for who He is as He has revealed Himself in the Word. As a biblical counselor myself (in a part of the world where there are currently only a small handful of us), I find it’s so encouraging to be reminded that there are like-minded sisters all over the world.
