    Loving season 3!
I’ve experienced so much relatability and helpful life/Buddhist path reminders through Sagar’s candid conversations with other practitioners this season….I always step away feeling better and with a fuller cup after listening, not to mention a grin from Sagar’s witty humor which never ceases to delight. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Fresh, honest, and relatable
Discovered this pod after checking out Sagar’s insta page because I’m seeing his standup this week… just a little variety show i like to go to on Wednesday’s. So glad I was curious. This is a great podcast and right in line with all I’ve been thinking about and going through lately. It’s very thoughtful and real but still accessible and easy to listen to. Good things happen when we’re open and honest and follow our creative hearts.

A perfect listen as we emerge together
This has been a hard, unsettling, enlightening year. I saw Sagar promote his podcast at its conclusion on Facebook and immediately binged all 12 episodes over the last few weeks. It has uplifted me. It has given me so much to think about. And it has been a joy. I may even re-listen. I hope tons of people find their way to it and experience the joy too.

    Sagar’s Doing The Thing
Sagar’s dedication to openness and willingness to go deep with reflective self-analysis reminds me of the stories of the bodhisattvas of old that really went all-in to find the truth and be free.

I’m a clinical psychologist and teach a course in anxiety treatment. I think Mr. Bhatt is offering something more valuable than I offer my students. Unfortunately he is funnier than I am too. Thank you Sagar.

    Relatable
Sagar’s conversational, grounded, self-deprecating tone is a light house in a sea of sanctimonious self-help gurus. His conversational style, drawing from his real life observations, years of therapy, being a meditator, a comedian, and a student of the mind, feels highly personal and relatable. Highly recommend.

    Good approach to anxiety/self care
I have slowly come to appreciate the concept of “self care.” I used to think it was very annoying. I realize that was because I cannot take advice from good-vibes-only ppl with asmr voices who seem to be the typical proselytizers for self care. I’ve seen Sagar do standup, and I appreciate/share his anxiety-ridden world view. He is also hilarious. I like what he’s done here. Great content!

    An exciting new podcast
I just heard Sagar say “the antidote to the relentlessness of self-flagellation must be similarly unrelenting” and I’m excited to hear more!

It’s good to know I’m not alone!
I highly recommend this podcast, especially during this pandemic when we are all more anxious. Sagar does a brilliant job of weaving in Buddhist principles and connecting them to everyday life in a way that makes them relatable and accessible. Most of all, I appreciate Sagar’s vulnerability. His brutal honesty of sharing his own experience makes me feel less self conscious about my own struggles and suffering. It’s good to know I’m not alone!

    Jam packed with wisdom
Love this podcast. Based on episode 1, it is absolutely filled, front to back, with successive tidbits of wisdom and insight relating to anxiety. They tackle this large issue by slicing it into scores of examples of anxiety as it manifests in our day to day life, tying each back to instructions from great meditation teachers and leaders of Buddhist traditions. While this podcasts addresses anxiety head on,I think it really speaks to any sort of ‘aversion’ you may be grappling with (anger, judgement, self doubt, etc), having a wonderfully universal applicability. I’ll be listening, keep up the great talks!

    Refreshing Dialogue on Mindfulness
As someone who’s been entrenched in the mindfulness world for over 20 years, I really appreciated the raw, honest, thoughtful, insightful conversation guided by the host, Sagar Bhatt, and continued by his guest. My husband enjoyed the conversation as well. I think Anxiety Lab has a better chance of converting him than I do. We look forward to more episodes.

Very interesting and self thought provoking
Once a started just check what Sagar is up to, I ended up listening the entire Podcast with full attention. Straight forward conversation and easy to understand presentation. Sagar is very honest about himself and that made it easier for listeners to benefit from the conversation. Both of you were articulate. I strongly recommend to all seniors ( I am 80 ) Who have lived through and still struggling with similar experiences as Sagar did. Keep the podcast going. Best of luck. Sharad

    Great, heartfelt discussion
Sagar is an incredibly bright and thoughtful person. I’ve always enjoyed his comedy work. But this is different, and equally engaging—a very human discussion.

Excellent down to earth conversation about anxiety and mindfulness
I love the vibe of this podcast because it makes the content very approachable. Often times especially in moments of anxiety, the concept of mindfulness seems like an impossibility. Sagar grounds the discussion so that you can use these concepts in your everyday life. Excited to hear more episodes!

Saw Sagar do stand up and i learned a lesson
The joke revolves around small talk and how its just “happy noises”. I found that profound and simple. Hes great

Thoughtful and personal, Sagar offers creative ways to deal with the hard times we are all going through. I know Sagar as a comedian, but here I see he shines as a host and commentator. These are well worth your attention.
