    Angie does such an incredible job of integrating all healthy - mind, body, soul. Her practical tips are easy to implement. She has a wealth of knowledge!! Her guests are always top shelf. The stories she tells - both personal and in other example - make her teachings easy to remember. This is one of my MOST favorite podcasts and I listen to a lot of them!
