Smart Albums, Please!Love the commentary, but double check some contentI’ve loved following along with Sarah as I go through my own pregnancy! Great to get some insights into what to expect and to hear more about her experience (which has been very different from mine!). I would give 5 stars, but dropped to 4 stars because of some of the controversial content she shares from Emily Oster’s books around alcohol (Doctors and the ACOG still say none due to the spectrum disorder risks). She also fails to flag this as controversial.

Haley Marie SLike Going through Pregnancy with Your BBFI love this podcast. Sarah keeps it real and makes you feel like you’re not alone in pregnancy. Super relatable and great tips every week. I recommend this podcast to all of my friends who are pregnant.
-
Pen619Interesting even for non-moms!I don’t know if I ever plan on getting pregnant, but I enjoy consuming content from both moms and childfree creators. I love this podcast and Sarah’s honesty!! She gives you the good, the bad, the ups and the downs of pregnancy and postpartum! She doesn’t sugarcoat anything and she has a good sense of humor about it all. I recommend it to all of my friends who are pregnant, considering getting pregnant, or on the fence! So informative.. I’ve learned so much. Thanks for putting it all out there Sarah!

Dott$$$Great podcastOn my second pregnancy, and I’ve been listening to her since my first. We’ve had a similar timeline and experience so I was happy to find this podcast as I’ve been able to relate to her so well. Of course women will go through very different journeys but listening to Sarah’s podcast, I don’t feel alone since I’m not able to relate to anyone from my circle’s experiences (esp being an expat living in another country). It’s refreshing to have someone be raw and real about their experience and not be afraid to open up because of expectations from society. I don’t know how many times I’ve cried knowing that she felt the same validating a feeling of mine I was keeping inside. Pregnancy and parenting can be so challenging and rewarding at the same time- it’s a blessing to be able to share the realness and still keep a smile through it all.
-
LMM292Complains too muchShe is constantly complaining when there’s some of us out here going through diagnoses of babies with fetal anomalies, IVF, etc. It was too brutal to listen to.
-
Malia1234Great podcast for first time moms!!I love listening to bottle service as I’m going through my first pregnancy!!
-
SamSam0918Amazing pod!I love listening to BKP’s pod every week! She’s entertaining and informative to help along the pregnancy journey. Highly recommend

Official Hannah BThis “relatable” host isn’t relatable in the slightestAppreciate the attempt to seem “normal” but with all due respect Sarah is not relatable in the slightest. Hair and facial appointments every week, bachelorette parties every month, a new trip every other week, and every spa pampering session in between - Sarah spends more time taking a break from parenting then being around her kid.
-
bridegirl02192021LoveI love this podcast. I see people taking offense to her. I faced a miscarriage, stillborn at 25 weeks but I think I am responsible for managing these feelings and not getting so offended by pregnancy talk / complaining. Of course she is human as feels awful for those struggling. Of course she knows how blessed she is. But she also has a job and wants to be relatable. We all are doing the best we can. 🤍🤍

AcousticOnly1Offensive to Infertility MomsThe endless complaining about having to give up drinking and partying was one thing, but in the five week episode for baby 2, Sarah details reaching out to a friend going through ivf to decide whether or not newly pregnant Sarah should attend a bachelorette party. What?! As an IVF mom, I would have been livid and brokenhearted if a newly pregnant friend had the audacity to use me as a sounding board to decide if she should go party after finding out baby news. Sarah, you owe that friend an apology. You clearly have no respect or sensitivity for her struggles.
-
Kelsey ATXSo Relatable and Real!I started listening to Bottle Service when I got pregnant with my first and followed right alongside Sarah. As a first time pregnant woman and subsequently mom, her content was so relatable, real, and helpful! As we start trying for baby number two, I feel so validated in all of these feelings listening to Sarah discuss their journey too. Could not recommend this podcast enough!
-
kaylyndanielleFollowing along!Listening in 2024 while 19 weeks pregnant, I love the week by week episodes!
-
clvsu130Upbeat and upliftingI’m not a parent yet, but listen to this because it’s such a positive and productive perspective on parenting. The discourse towards raising kids online has gotten really toxic, IMO, and Sarah keeps it positive without scaring OR gaslighting her audience about what to expect! Her guests also embody this view, which I love!

JulesMac4201Sarah is truly the bestTrying to find a podcast for women in early motherhood that is relatable, informative, and funny is ALMOST impossible, but Sarah gets it done. As a new mom in my 30s this podcast is beyond informative, and simultaneously makes you feel like you’re sitting down having a conversation with a friend.

238900-AThank you for sharing!Hi Sarah, I am someone who is experiencing pregnancy loss and to hear your story was so helpful to me. I experienced many of the same things that you did and it was just so reassuring to hear that I am not alone in my thoughts. I do believe pregnancy loss should be discussed more openly so thank you for doing that! I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m optimistic and can’t wait to continue on this journey with you. ❤️

samvlassYour episode with Stephanie King suckedFirst of all, your episode with Stephanie King was disgusting. Not everyone had a terrible c section experience. Not all women who want to have a vaginal birth or prepare for a vaginal birth can even have a vaginal birth. Stephanie sounded incredibly condescending and stupid, honestly. I had a wonderful C-section experience. I have no interest in a VBAC. This episode sent the message that I am a bad mom or not a “real” mom if I don’t have a vaginal birth. Makes me sick. I can no longer listen to this podcast after listening to this episode.
-
Flamingo MummaThank you Sarah!!!!Cannot say enough great things about this show and Sarah’s honesty and vulnerability throughout her pregnancy and postpartum. I listened weekly during my pregnancy and came back during postpartum, and I thank god that I did. Sarah’s story of the flamingos and getting their pink back gave me so much light and hope during one of the darkest times of my life 🩷 I share this show with every pregnant and postpartum gal I know and will continue to do so for years and years to come!
-
Jax TKLove this show!I listened to this my entire pregnancy and now that my little guy is here. I love the way Sarah presents information and the guests she has brought on have been very informative and entertaining. I’ve shared this with my newly pregnant girlfriends, as I was the first out of our friend group to get pregnant. Keep at it!
-
Olivia P HA great and REAL resource! This show was such a real and helpful resource during my pregnancy. I listened to the full first season when thinking about having kids and then all over again once I got pregnant! I plan to re-listen a third time if we’re lucky enough to have a second child!
-
LG fan15Looove this podcastI’m a first-time mom to a five week old and have been listening religiously since I found out I was pregnant. LOVE this podcast- during pregnancy, tuning in was something I looked forward to every week; now, I love listening to the postpartum episodes when my little guy and I are out for walks. Highly recommend!!
-
AliLettiBest pregnancy podcast out there! My baby is now 4 months old and I looked forward to each week of pregnancy to hear the next episode, it got me through the tough times and helped the anxiety knowing I wasn’t the only one experiencing these things! All the other pods I tried bored me to death, I only wish there were more postpartum episodes! Hoping you keep it up in the new year.
-
DefDianaBig Time Adulting EpisodeI loved the recent episode with Caitlin Murray. I felt so seen with little kids in this season of life. Appreciated the discussion and realness!
-
jlfittsThe postpartum content we needMy first babe is 7 weeks old and I just started listening to season 2 on my outside walks. I wish I had found this sooner while I was going through pregnancy but have passed along to some of my pregnant friends since this is the good stuff. I laugh, I cry, I relate to SO much of everything you lay out there. Thank you for putting it out into the universe! The identity crisis episode and mommy mantras are two of my favs because I have had the exact same insecurities with body image, knowing what the heck to wear after baby (also not a fan of the current trends), going out with friends and not knowing what to talk about, and of course mom brain. “Cracks heads have babies” so mine will turn out just fine still makes me LOL. I’m also a huge fan of the guests especially moms on call since I am literally going through the 8-12 week transition as we speak. I wish there was a way to comment/have discussions on each episode cause I just have so many thoughts (is there such thing as a podcast book club?) but yah keep it up and I appreciate you passing down to us in the trenches!
-
juicyscoop4lifeThank you!Thank you for sharing your post partum journey with us. So many women are going through the same struggles and it feels so good to know we are not alone in this vulnerable time on our lives. I specifically appreciated how you told your breastfeeding challenges because I feel like people don’t talk about this enough. You are helping to create a safe space around formula feeding, which really needs to happen so it can become more accepted in our society without enduring so much judgement among other women. Prior to becoming pregnant, I didn’t realize how much of a struggle breastfeeding can be, so when I struggled with it and was unable to provide breast milk I went into a deep hole of depression. Your words helped me get through this hard time and I’m sure helped so many others. So thankful for your podcast!
-
34weeks!You helped meYou have seriously helped me so much on my pregnancy journey. I feel like you genuinely want to help women. You're down to earth, funny, smart, and intuitive. What a great podcast!
-
Brealee91New favorite podcastAs a first time time I’m LOVING this podcast! I love the honesty and realness. The host feels so much more relatable than some other pregnancy/postpartum/motherhood podcasts and I can’t even say how much I appreciate it.
-
Alyroststop laughing/talking so close to the mici’ve enjoyed this podcast and have listened every week of my pregnancy. my only complaint is that she talks so close to the mic and will breathe out/laugh and it’s so loud. every time she says a word that begins with P, it echoes and puffs the mic
-
Drea2041The best podcast! This is an amazing podcast. Sarah is witty, heartfelt, and candid about her pregnancy journey. Sarah, you are great at what you do and this podcast is a gift. You also do an amazing job lining up guests. Thank you for helping me feel less alone!
-
MarneyrSo spot on!I can always depend on Sarah to tell me all of the weird, seemingly niche symptoms that I’m going to be feeling that week. It feel uncanny sometimes! So extremely grateful for your help!! Thanks Sarah ❤️
-
Ross4578So thankful for this podcast! This podcast has been an absolute highlight of every week of pregnancy. Sarah offers an unfiltered and real view of pregnancy and makes you feel just not alone as you go through one of the hardest times of your life. I recommend this to all my pregnant friends!
-
ItsmrsdmFav podcast everThe best podcast out there. Each week of pregnancy felt like a celebration listening to these episodes. Thank you for keeping it so real!
-
Sommer KMOTN Saving GraceThis podcast is helping to keep my sanity every night while I’m up nursing and pumping in the middle of the night. Thank you for your honesty and transparency around all things pre and postpartum! Relatable and enjoyable to listen to!
-
Kates228My go to preg podcast!Been following this podcast since I was about 25 weeks pregnant. Refreshing and honest and just super relatable to all the aches pains highs and lows of pregnancy. I’m 35 weeks now and look forward to it each week. Also listening to the postpartum podcasts has made me feel more mentally prepped for what’s to come after birth. Amazing guest speakers and just overall a podcast I’ve recommended to many! Thanks Sarah!
-
jpage6PUnfiltered insight into what the pregnancy (& beyond) journey is really likeI love that this podcast was started when Sarah just found out she was pregnant. She tells it like it is and truly feels like a friend sharing what she’s learned worked and what could have been better. I highly recommend- especially for those of you who don’t have close friend willing to share all the glorious details of what it takes to bring a child into this world.
-
Erin CMGreat for anyone having a complication-free pregnancy!I have loved this podcast since I found out I was pregnant back in October 2022. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with high risk pregnancy complications when I entered my 3rd trimester and it has made listening to this podcast a lot harder since Sarah has a complication free pregnancy but still complains a lot regardless. This is not her fault at all but in case any listeners have any high risk complications affecting their life and mental health, it is good for them to know this podcast can be triggering 😢 (especially avoid the ep on perinatal depression bc they don’t talk about affect of pregnancy complications at all) would be a great listen for anyone having an easy pregnancy!!
-
ardickensNot representative of all pregnanciesI listened to this podcast prior to trying to conceive, which was a mistake. Listening to Sarah’s melodramatic weekly portrayals of pregnancy made me absolutely TERRIFIED of getting pregnant — so much so that I pushed back our TTC timeline a few months. It seems that the host’s personal experience with pregnancy was exceptionally bad, which definitely skews the tone of the episodes. I am now 20 weeks pregnant and have had a very uneventful, easy pregnancy. Dare I say — I like being pregnant! I decided to re-listen to some of the Bottle Service episodes in hopes of relating to the content this time around, but again I found the episodes to be overly focused on the host’s own pregnancy-related woes at the expense of educating listeners about the vast array of pregnancy topics. For example, a discussion around how to manage miscarriage anxiety in the first trimester, safe exercises for pregnancy, optimal pregnancy nutrition, etc. would be much more beneficial to listeners than a week-by-week laundry list of complaints. The postpartum content is definitely a lot more educational, well-researched, and informative, however! If you’re listening to this podcast to learn more about pregnancy, just be wary that it’s highly biased towards the host’s personal experience of pregnancy, which seems to be unusually negative.
-
KBC0345678So GOODThis podcast is the highlight of my week! It is really helpful to hear the real deal from someone who just went through it. I am 25 weeks so have been going back to the week by week episodes, but also listen to the post baby ones so I can prepare myself!
-
AmyGinSDBest podcast for all things pregnancy + new mom life!I struggled to find a relatable podcast for all things pregnancy/new parent related. Sarah brings a down to earth, funny and real take on these topics. I’m the only person in my friend group with a new baby so having Sarah and bottle service fills that void! Every episode is relatable in some way and I can’t wait to go on the parenting journey along with Sarah.
-
momtwrGood informationSarah gives good information, but sometimes her negative experiences overshadow the actual message. She can be very negative about pregnancy in general, which is disappointing.
-
OliviaG365A great listenSo I was due exactly a month after Sarah, so I followed along with the episodes. I really enjoy her fresh outlook and that she has a pretty open dialogue with her mental health struggles. I remember swimming pregnant and listening to this podcast. It’s not very medical or learning based, but it’s interesting to see other people’s experiences when I had mine right with her. Funny and entertaining and I would listen again.
-
MLang22So grateful for this podcastWhen I found myself unexpectedly pregnant and the first in my friend group I not only went down the path of the unknown but it all felt a bit isolating (and currently 7 weeks postpartum and experiencing the same). I loved listening to this podcast not only to feel not so alone but also to gain insight into what was to come (understanding everyone’s experience is a little different). This podcast provides information and knowledge on things that you won’t necessarily find on your pregnancy app or a quick google search. Really looking forward to listening to the new postpartum episodes. Thank you for sharing your journey!
-
Eliz5817Great podcast for new moms or moms to beI love this podcast! It’s like talking to a friend or older sister that’s been through it all and is willing to tell. 5 stars for relatable, funny, and informative! Thank you!
-
Jughead0419Love love love!I listened to this podcast all the way through my pregnancy and am now listening postpartum! The pregnancy episodes were so informative and relatable! Now the postpartum episodes make me feel like I’m not alone in my experience. Such a great show!
-
jamie__baileyLove herSarah is the most real and relatable bad B out there. This show helped me SO much throughout pregnancy, and is continuing now through postpartum too. She’ll make you feel so much better about yourself and that you have a friend going through it all with you 🥂
-
