I hate the descriptor “authentic…” but

Libby is the real deal. Not only was she a practitioner in the trenches, but she is unapologetically herself while coaching. There are a number of places to get good information on how to run a top-tier financial advisory firm, but Libby gives practical tips in her own supportive and goofy style making her insights actionable and accessible. Can’t wait until the group coaching program opens again!

Deserves more attention

Hits the right mix of challenging yet relatable. There are similar podcasts that I’ve enjoyed (and still listen to) where I choose to overlook the eagerness to build a massive brand and monetize as much as the market will bear. Efficient Advisor provides a lot of the same advice without an ego. She definitely wants advisors to pay for other services she offers, but it feels more like one can “opt in” to the extras if/when you’re ready. She doesn’t try to monetize to the hilt which makes it more valuable in my book.
