Maybe put a filter on vocals and increase mix and bass, or at least up the volume a little more….going from the vocals to outro was quite a shock haha

This podcast has a great mix of science, applicable advice, heart and emotion. I always leave feeling inspired and encouraged and wanting more! Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable. I trust her to guide me through my health and fitness journey and I also think she is just a beautiful person inside and out. Keep it up Lindsay!

As a coach, I sometimes look at the subject of the podcast and think “ oh I know all that already”,but then I listen anyway and I ALWAYS learn something new. She is SO knowledgeable, and I love her vulnerability and honesty, her giggles, and her very clear message.

What I appreciate from Lindsay is that she doesn’t just share her personal opinions, but she keeps up with the latest research/studies on fitness and nutrition, and not just one study here and there, but the meta analysis. Multiple studies on one thing. She cares about the science of our bodies.

So many times this happens, it's also aggravating when it's the last one you need for the day and you're running out of time. Optimalsarah👍The first episode I listened to was the one where she interviewed her husband about “dopamine” they talked about some really difficult issues. As a recovering addict/ fitness fanatic, I found this really refreshing and honest. So I will be exploring some more of the episodes! 👍

She is not just about the fitness of our physical bodies, but also our minds and hearts, with science to back it all up! She intuitively addresses the barriers within us that might keep us from reaching our healthiest selves. I cannot get enough of her wisdom!

Lindsay does a great job breaking everything down and explaining not only WHAT we need to do to build muscle or burn fat but also the WHY behind it. Her discussions on the “diet mindset” really resonated with me as I’ve contemplated how long I’ve mentally been in a deficit but not actually physically cutting calories. Her expertise is helpful for people at every stage of their fitness journey. I like that it is very straightforward- no catchy jingles or weird breaks. Lindsay gets right to the point and provides super valuable content the whole way through. I highly recommend this podcast and her Instagram too!

I feel like there is so much misinfo around health that it is confusing but she gives clarity. I appreciate that Lindsey didn’t start from a place of health and has been vulnerable with sharing her struggles. I love that she’s open about her journey and not just a genetically blessed 20 something who claims to know how to change your body. Looking forward to a podcast on eating whole foods Lindsey! 💜
