Heidie_1234Yes Discover Ag!I’ve been listening to Discover Ag for well over a year now, and couldn’t be happier to identify as a sparkling, dangling ball. 🤭 Natalie and Tara are the perfect mix of educational and fun, and I’ll have Discover Ag on my podcast list indefinitely!
-
Firefarmer’s WifeSuch good infoTara and Natalie do a great job of presenting ag topics in a way that is informative for listeners that are not familiar with ag or where their food comes from as well as those of us that part of the agriculture industry.
-
Wife2himMy go-to podcastTara and Natalie do a great job covering serious topics while keeping things light and fun. As a “city girl” who married into a farming family in a very agricultural centered state, I appreciate this podcast and have gained so much knowledge about the state of our food and agriculture systems. Worth a listen for anyone curious about where your food comes from and the people behind it.

tbert43Love the Seeds of InsightGrowing up in rural Wisconsin, I was surrounded by farms, including my grandparents but was not involved in the day to day. Now, as an adult, I oversee environmental health and safety for employees at a local cooperative. I appreciate the information and articles that you both share because this allows me to have knowledge to better understand our cooperative members and producers backgrounds and potential future needs.

Jess7311Love it!Really love this podcast! My favorite time to listen is while in the tractor. This one is always the first one I search for weekly!
-
Poultry farmingBest ag podcast!I love tuning into discover ag every week while I’m bottling milk. Tara and Natile find the best articles, and research the topics to discuss them. You will learn so much about food and every ag industry. You will be hooked after listening to 1 episode!
-
KvckfvcMy new favorite podcastI’m not normally a podcast girly but I can’t wait for Thursday’s for new episodes! Even though I am a ag girl, I have gained insight into recent ag headlines that I’m not sure I would have know about if this podcast hadn’t highlighted them. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!
-
T-Cat26Interesting topics I wouldn’t have otherwise thought aboutI have been a weekly listener for the past 6 months. I’ve learned a lot on this podcast! I appreciate the mission to bring ag to everyone. I’m giving 3 stars because every couple of episodes, Natalie and Tara will get in a tension fight about who is right. It is very distracting and unprofessional. It seems that they cannot put aside their pride or personal beef while on air. Specially Tara feels the need to always be right. It’s a whole “I told you so” mentality. I’ll still continue to listen, but if they start fighting over who’s right, I’m going to turn off.

Isabel SchreckLoving Discover 🩵I did not grow up in agriculture but always had a passion for it! I got my degree in Agricultural Services and Development and first learned about Discover Ag from my Ag communication professor and I’ve been hooked ever since. Any chance I get I always recommend y’all’s podcast! Always a great listen to keep you in the loop of all things food!

fairfieldmariahAg is on the riseAs someone who grew up with absolutely no ag connections, this podcast has been a fun, insightful, and shame-free introduction into the world of agriculture!! I never thought much about where our food comes from but I’m learning so much. And I’m loving the process of learning more about everything ag! Being a disco & discovering ag is a truly eye-opening and a joy filled way to learn about this industry that we all need to survive. Such a great podcast! I thoroughly recommend!

Lizzybird99Informative and entertaining! ✨I absolutely love this podcast! As a ranch wife this podcast not only helps me feel empowered to have informed conversations within the ag space, but it also helps me make informed choices at the grocery store as well. Not only that but Natalie and Tara are entertaining and fun to listen to, they make even the most mundane topics interesting. Proud to be a disco! 🤍
-
Mary Michele RiceYee Haw!Tara and Natalie are so fun to listen to, and present what is going on in the ag world in a concise, easy to understand, and totally girly way! I was looking for a podcast to broaden my horizons on what is going on in the ag world (since I didn’t grow up with that background but have now found myself living in close proximity to it!) and this podcast definitely does that! Not to mention that what I learn on this podcast makes for fun dinner party conversations haha! I love this podcast thanks for making it!🤩
-
rebby maggard10/10 recommend 🤩Love the Discover Ag podcast so much! Natalie and Tara bring it week after week with the most informative topics and entertaining takes on the latest in agriculture , western, and pop culture moments.

AP985?This podcast is the best!I have been immersed in ag my entire life and absolutely will not miss an episode. The topics Tara and Natalie talk about are all so interesting. Some of them I have heard a bit about and some I would never have heard elsewhere. These gals are also so fun to listen to, you can tell they enjoy this so much. They make me feel like a part of the disco community everytime I listen!

Lady Bug :DDiscover Ag is a great showDiscover Ag is a very informative show, that does a great job informing you about current issues in the ag industry. The hosts do a fantastic job at making these issues entertaining. They are also very good at being unbiased when they talk about issues we face in the food and ag industry
-
madal567Worth Discovering!Every week I look forward to hearing the latest buzz in Ag. Tara and Natalie hook you up with the latest articles related to food and ag while also interviewing genuine people with rich stories to tell. These two are an energetic and entertaining duo! The perfect podcast for my morning commute! 🪩🤠🌱

mmikaelalaLearning a lot - including a different side of topics I’m opinionated aboutI really like this podcast - it challenges some of my opinions and ideas on the topics of health, food, and agriculture. I love that they cite their sources and go into the research they do to talk about important topics that we should all be aware of. Breaking that up with pop culture topics makes this a really fun podcast to listen to!
-
GretaJ24Must listen! As an ag teacher, growing up on a dairy farm and dating a farmer, I learn so much from these two! I have been listening for about a year now and look forward to every new episode. Not only do they cover relevant topics, but the research they find is amazing. I have definitely used some of their findings in my classes and would recommend this podcast to anyone!
-
brynm22Love it!I absolutely love this podcast! I am not a farmer but have a lot of interest in agricultural and this podcast shares so much important information and it’s so fun!
-
Sierra.H19New Favorite Podcast!Just started listening in the past couple months and now I have found myself waiting for the next episode to come out. While following along on other social media as well as the disco newsletter I have learned a lot! As well as, have broadened my understanding and knowledge about all different topics within agriculture and surrounding topics! Would definitely recommend to someone looking to learn more about all things agriculture and current trends.
-
crztrishSerious issues covered in a light and refreshing mannerListening to the podcast for a while now and love how Tara and Natalie are able to cover some controversial topics in a way that shares both sides of the issue while keeping it light and comprehensible for the listener. Their witty banter and upbeat style will hopefully engage many non ag listeners, encouraging more people to pay attention to agricultural issues at home and around the world
-
Laur315Big sister vibeLove this podcast! The girls make you feel like you’re having a conversation with your big sisters. It’s fun, informative, and they acknowledge all viewpoints. I look forward to every episode
-
Kalynn from FloridaNew Disco on board!I am a relatively new listener and I am loving the content! I was raised in a citrus and cattle farming family in Florida (let me know if you want to visit!), but I have still learned so much from tuning in. It is great to have you both as advocates for American agriculture!
-
mrsclark312Love !Love love love this podcast ! Can you guys list article links that you talk about to be able to look up ?! I can never find some of them then and would love to read some , thanks ! Keep doing great things 😊

Jessica MeaganIt's feels like home.We moved from California to Wyoming a few months ago and just bought our dream home on property. We have all the goals of farming, ranching and agriculture but to put it kindly, I am a fish outta water! Listening to these wonderful ladies has helped me learn, given me some starting points and also just encouraged me to dive in with both feet! So thank you, because deciding to move and start a whole new life that centers around ag and ranching has left me feeling pretty lonely. But this podcast really makes me feel like I am part of something.
-
hy55runmy fave pod!love y’alls pod! I am probably not the most typical disco (a lifelong vegetarian and city girl), but I really appreciate your emphasis on food choice and nuanced discussion of food/ag topics. Y’all also have great chemistry- it’s rare to find a two-person pod that flows so seamlessly! Overall, I think it’s super important to hear directly from the ag community, so thank you for providing that perspective in an engaging and informative way and making this veg gal feel welcome!
-
rodeosalonLove this podcastThis is becoming one of my favorite podcasts to listen to. Its nice hearing from people who truly understand Agriculture and also keep it lighthearted and fun ❤️
-
SarNelBouPodcastGreat podcast, love hearing Nat and Tara’s views!!
-
dogmom56431Excellent InformationI absolutely love this podcast. I married into a farming family, and did not grow up in the ag industry. I love the takes that both of these ladies have, whether they agree or disagree with each other on whatever topic they’re speaking about. This keeps me wanting to learn more and more about our food industry and gives me tools to do my own research and make my own informed decisions 🙂 a bonus is I love that there is no fear mongering on this pod either, easy to listen to and so fun!
-
Taylor.1234love lovegreat podcast. I learn something new every time I tune in.
-
SarMicSenEngaging and smart take on the ag systemI’m not in the ag industry but spend a lot of time thinking about and researching food topics as a consumer. I love this podcast as it feels like I’m listening to my friends talk about a mix of pop culture and food. I learn so much about food and appreciate their point of view that is different from mine.
-
Whatstheword91737478292Interesting informationI like hearing both sides for sure to the plant based versus animal based controversy, but I don’t think these 2 even try to understand the negative impact of agriculture. It would be one thing to acknowledge it is an issue, but they try too hard to defend it acting as if our system right now is sustainable.
-
MW--81Perfect intersection of food, ag + current eventsI've really love how your podcast has evolved. It's so refreshingly interesting and thought provoking to listen too, yet fun at the same time. It's the perfect intersection of food and agriculture and current events. No good old boys club here. Not boring news either or the same ol' podcast approach.
-
Tanzee37Cali girlHi, I live by the beach in California… we have chickens and wish we could have a little farm but our neighbors might draw the line there haha! I walk my dogs everyday and Thursdays are my favorite because I get to hear you podcast! It’s a refreshing change from the murder/crime podcasts or 100% health based podcasts I listen to. I love your banter with eachother and the information you guys share! It is entertaining and informative! Thank you!
-
JorjohnsonRefreshing and intellectualThe unbiased conversations these two have are so refreshing! Being able to look at a topic and see the perspective from both sides, takes intelligence and humility. I love how the information is delivered and the thought-provoking topics I can bring into future conversations about food and ag.
-
montanaranchwifeWhy was I sleeping on this?GREAT listen! No idea why I was sleeping on this podcast. I’m a rancher so I don’t love listening to ranch talk- usually murders and such! BUT this is different. This is for everyone. Such a great so. Feels like hanging with friends getting the tea. I also must compliment these ladies on the variety of their reading material and very comprehensive takes on issues. Well done.
-
AbbyRaena podcast for everyone!I love how Tara and Natalie explain how important the agriculture industry is! I listen to this podcast all the time. This is a podcast that is applicable to everyone and bridges the gap from farmer to regular Joe.
-
ejdoney22Only reason I listen to podcastsFor anyone in the ag industry I cannot recommend this podcast enough! I was never really a podcast listener until I heard Nat and Tara were starting a podcast - and now I listen to them practically anytime I’m in a vehicle! Working with producers in the ag industry through soil conservation I love be up to date on all things in the ag and food space and hearing the news from ag women themselves makes it all the more relatable and applicable to my job! Thank so much for all the hard work and keep doing you!
-
JillMariePDiscover Ag is where it’s at!I love listening to Discover Ag every Thursday. It’s such a great way to stay informed on what is happening in the industry! I find myself including things I learned in conversations with people. The hosts are entertaining and knowledgeable! Highly recommended becoming a disco.

BMJensSorry gals, misinformation and gossip!First off I used to really enjoy this podcast, I have listened to a lot of episodes and found them really entertaining. I was really disappointed by the episode on the “Mormon Ag Empire.” As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and employee for a ranch owned by AgReserves, hearing them spread gossip about the ranch not paying taxes (they do) and “motives” the ranch has behind owning land (we have the same motives as anyone else- to be good stewards and make a profit) was really disappointing. Natalie even said she hadn’t had time to do any research behind the article and Tara just seemed really bent on slandering a company in her own industry that, as an insider, I can attest does a lot of good. Their concerns about the ranches bringing employees instead of owners into a community was also pretty elitist, as someone raised in Ag who didn’t inherit or marry into a ranch, working as an employee is my opportunity to be a part of not only ranching but my local community. Overall just disappointed because as a fellow woman in Ag, I believe we should lift others up, not gossip and spread misinformation about each other!
-
MaddiR2018Easy ListeningI look forward to new episodes being released every Thursday! I work in the ag industry and love being able to have fun facts for conversations. I spend lots of time behind the windshield and it is an easy listen 🩵🪩
-
cowgirl0819Look forward to every Thursday!I’ve been listening since 2022 and look forward to the new episode drop every week. I appreciate Tara & Natalie who have the experience & education to provide the much needed positive ag awareness to the general public.
-

EvGi1512Cutting edgeLove this podcast. Cover very interesting topics, keeps me on my toes. Love amplifying the voices of women, too!
-
kelshieldsAg Giggly SquadAfter I discovered this podcast I quickly loved this duo. Ag + Giggly Squad = The Discover Ag Girlies. I can’t ask for much more, this is a smart, funny podcast and that offers interesting perspectives on various parts of agriculture in the world and a whole lot more. I throughly enjoy listening to these two, it’s like sitting down with some girl friends.
-
LovemycowsLove this! These two are fun and they always bring up some interesting topics

moi5687So optimistic…I had high hopes for this podcast! The hosts are really sweet & have a good rapport. Only thing is they - aren’t economically literate? (If cocoa is 3.5% of Ghana’s GDP but 20% of their employment - it’s an extremely exploitative industry!) They also don’t incorporate any additional info or research - just read a news story and give a “vibe” of it. I could do that; it’s boring & basically a twitter post. I’ve been looking for a podcast that does thorough, informed agricultural coverage; this just isn’t it.
