sunnyd333$An absolute gem of a podcast!I started listening to Mindfulness Exercises when I first learned of Sean Fargo. Right away I was met with episodes that were not only helpful to me as a mindfulness mentor, but touched my heart and soul deeply & on a personal level. I especially adore the meditation for self compassion. It is one that I feel every human should listen to and could gain more peace and understanding of self and others through. That is exactly what the world needs right now. This podcast is an absolute gem and I look forward to hearing more and more thought provoking episodes as time goes on. Deep thanks to Sean, his guests & the Mindfulness Exercises team!

davinamidoriLove Sean, won’t listen anymoreI love Sean Fargo! I used to love his meditations and the talks on his podcast. Then he changed the music and also added really intrusive commentary from some woman in the middle of the talks and at the beginning and end of the meditations. The music is fine at the beginning, and then becomes loud and annoying, and then downright anxiety producing (for me at least.) So I’m going elsewhere, with regrets.

meditatingmaggieMore than I expected! This podcast is great!! I love that there are both educational resources as well as mindful meditations to follow. It made me rethink my view of mindfulness. Sean is clearly an expert in his field. I was able to tune in to different parts of my body in a way that I have never been able to do before- for example: feeling the sensations around my left ear. It was tough to do at first, but with Sean’s guidance I was able to feel connected to body. I am excited to hear more as future episodes are released.

Melody8922Some podcasts are great, like this one!Although I’ve seen Sean around social media and have his set of mindfulness scripts, I only recently started listening to his podcast. I am not typically a podcast kind of gal. Mostly because the topics and shows that interest me have long episodes, and quite frankly, I just don’t have the time. But I’m so glad I tried these because they really hit the spot! There are quite a variety of show lengths, but many are brief and to the point. They do the trick when I have 20 minutes on my lunch break. Or 10 minutes on a walk with the dog. They help me get grounded and allow me to focus on me in such a way that it feels meaningful and efficient and like I’m doing something good for myself. There are a great variety of topics, always something that piques my curiosity. And the delivery method is great. It doesn’t feel formal or stuffy or too metaphysical. It makes you feel like Sean and the others who have episodes are real down to earth people. It makes it relatable. I’m really glad I decided to take a listen and you should too!
-
Lucy SennettA must listen!I truly love this podcast and look forward to each episode. Sean offers real, practical advice on how we can all be a little more mindful each day. I always feel so much more calm and centred when listening. I also enjoy the weekly emails. 5 stars, thank you!

jea512A highly engaging and thought-provoking podcastI have been listening to the "Mindfulness Exercises” podcast with Sean Fargo for the past few months and it has truly changed my life. From the moment I hit play, I feel a sense of calm wash over me as I am guided through meditations, mindfulness practices and/or steered toward helpful resources. The host, Sean, has a soothing and engaging voice that makes each episode feel like a personal conversation. His expert guests offer valuable insights and resources on how to integrate mindfulness into my daily routine, and I have already noticed a significant improvement in my stress levels and overall well-being. I appreciate that the episodes are a manageable length and cover a wide range of topics. I honestly look forward to his weekly email, his texts and new podcast episode. If you are looking to bring more mindfulness into your life, I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen. It truly lives up to its name and has made a huge difference in my own journey towards greater peace and awareness. JAndrews

Erin Anderson-KippGateway to deeper engagementI’ve been facilitating group meditation and mindfulness practices since 2016, certified through a few different organizations. I have used many of Sean’s rich meditation scripts as inspiration for my classes over the years, and have recently been enjoying his podcast so much I was motivated to register for his certification as well. I love how well-rounded and expansive the topics are. I see many of my questions and concerns about teaching with integrity reflected in these topics and feel I have grown as a practitioner and facilitator as a direct result of the resources (both paid and complementary) he generously provides. Whether you’re a professional facilitator or a private practitioner you will absolutely find resources to fit your practice, right where you’re at!
-
Dream_MstyI really enjoy this podcastI love how many free resources Sean offers to others to help them incorporate mindfulness into their daily routine. I enjoyed the episode about distractions and the strategies that can help me remain more present.
-
g GU hWhy I took this into my daily life- student perspectiveAfter listening to the welcome distraction meditation, I really noticed a change in my meditation. I always get distracted while meditation, while this is okay, but it usually turns into a stress provoking things because I cannot seem to focus on specifically what i had sat down to focus on. Then I realized that it is good to take in those distracting thoughts and focus on them, because I think if they keep popping up, maybe I should focus on them and meditate on those things. I also didn’t know much about looking at things when i meditate, until the podcast mentioned views. I now like to go watch the sunset and this is extremely calming and helps me focus. I really appreciate these podcasts, they help me with my daily life!
-
cecilinaGreat for Mindfulness TeachersI’m happy to have found this podcast by Sean Fargo. I’m currently in a mindfulness teacher training program and this podcast helps to deepen my own meditation practice and to further my understanding of mindfulness concepts. The expert interviews add further insight, and I like that the podcasts are full of useful info, but not too lengthy. Keep up the good work!

Faye BarryAmazing authentic podcastSean is an incredible human. I’ve been a student in a few of his mindfulness meditation offerings and he offers such a safe and calming space to be in. SarahSaysHiWonderful depth and breadthI have benefited so much from finding Sean Fargo and his teachings. While addressing sometimes complex and challenging issues in mindfulness and the world we live in, his calm and compassionate demeanor make the teachings feel personal and accessible. This podcast is a beautiful offering that deals with a diverse range of issues confronting students and teachers of mindfulness.
-
MovieMakerMikeAuthentic with the best intentionsThese podcasts provide valuable information. The meditations are always helpful for me. At times it seems like it is speaking directly to what I need at this current time. I am in deep appreciation for the work Sean does.
-
TrishR67Responding from the HeartThis is a really helpful view on the Imposter Syndrome. To be able to say, "Who am I to NOT help people?" vs. self-doubt. Having the knowledge to help, to get people to get started in mindfulness is a benefit. The secular nature of Mindfulness Meditation can help so many people. This discussion really embodies the process of mindfulness of emotions, acceptance, and self-compassion. I appreciate Sean's honesty and courage in naming his fears.
