JessCuWoah! This podcast was recommended to me by two different people and I finally gave it a listen, and woah. I’m taken aback and how good it is! Short and to the point conversations with solid pointers to try on your teams.

Ryan GottfredsonGreat Comprehensive Agile PerspectiveFor Agile fans, this is a great, comprehensive agile podcast that covers bot the process side of agility as well as the psychological side of agility. As such, it is sure to help you elevate your agile game.

Kati2019Highly RecommendLove how practical this podcast it. I also appreciate the different guests, so I can gain new perspectives on how others approach Agile.

Zonker7Just what the doctor orderedI just found mountain goat software through watching Mike Cohn videos which are outstanding!! And now this podcast? I already love it! I’m playing the role of agile coach in my org as we pilot agile and scrum where it makes sense. And I found you at the exact right time. You’re helping me articulate concepts to the team so well. I love how you spent entire episodes to walk through each role of a scrum team. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Please keep up the good work.

AntonioscGreat podcastLove the Scrum Master episode. I’m working within a transformation right now where the project managers were converted to RTEs; however, the organization still treats them as PMs. I love the comment of if you don’t change enough about the job, the job won’t change. Good stuff!
-
brianjusaGreat Agile informationLoved the generic answers about agile instead of the strict information about sticking to a particular framework.

Kiss104FMLess complicatedGreat way to start , exciting to see Mike and team in the podcast space. We need this to weed out all the complicated explanation out there. Our industry is going through a true test of time, fake vs reality. Glad I took my first certification ( CSM ) with Mike ! Hopefully we continue with storytelling with real life examples on this podcast. Especially how to change companies culture, every company wants to become agile but not willing to becoming agile… They hire SM just to run events , how to overcome this?
