These guys offer an incredibly unique and refreshing voice on soccer, becaue I can’t listen to another middle aged white guy talk about it. As a fellow Cuban-American, I love hearing Caribeños finally talk about soccer and bring that flavor to the global sport, not to mention how funny Alexis and Christian are. My only criticism is that i wish Alexis and Christian would step up their MLS knowledge. It’s clear they know a lot about EPL and then NYCFC, but are not super knowledgeable on the rest of the league (or at least not as knowledgeable as I’d hope from two podcasters covering the league). Regardless, love the show and hope they keep doing what they’re doing!

Started listening to these guys through the LeBatard Show after the 2022 World Cup. They are hilarious and super knowledgeable about the sport. I love how they dedicate some time to MLS as well as the big European leagues, so I know what storylines to pay attention to waiting for the Chicago Fire to get it together haha. They wear their fandom on their sleeves and make me laugh doing it!

I’m a lebatard fan and just found out about the Cooligans a few months back. Y’all are hilarious. I’m going back to listen to those old episodes. I tried to say what up at fan fest in city walk but too many people were in the way. And Alexis was big timing my section. When y’all coming back to Orlando?

I look forward to every episode but not to having to crank the speakers in my car only have have the shot scared out of me when an ad that’s been properly mixed and mastered comes on and blows my ear drums out lol I thought when they got a producer things would get better but ehhh ion know about that yet. Football ramble, arsecast, total soccer show all sound professional, balanced and with levels that work for the medium. Help me out fellas! Help my ears out!

Put simply… You’ll learn about a country called Blangola, learn about the Blangolan fashion, hear the exotic (but mostly sounds drunk) Blangolan accent, tasty cakes, Coors Light….and then some soccer both domestic and European. All kidding aside the absolute best soccer podcast with a laugh here and there. Oh yah…and be ready to be confused be a whole lot of words starting g with the letter B.

I know Christian and Alexis are tired of spending so much time together with these daily World Cup pods, but I am dying of laughter over here. Great commentary - they know their soccer, but I stay for the camaraderie. These two are hilarious together. Their pod has gotten me more into EPL over the past year. I also really appreciate that they talk women’s soccer too - and not just as a charity or only when the USWNT play. They recognize game, and their NWSL coverage is spot on. They’re breaking the stereotype and making it accessible for bros to support women’s sports. Alexis, hope your knee feels better!

Alexis and Christian are hilarious and play up a lack of intelligence but don’t let them fool you. There are neurological/psychological studies referenced (why we don’t eat our children), Homer (classic literature not Simpson a) and Shakespeare references, etc. I could go on and on; this is the only soccer podcast that is a must-listen every time a new episode drops.

A different cultured perspective on the worlds game. Highly recommended if you dont mind some jokes with your analysis, the Clint Dempsey interview is one of the best I’ve heard in a minute

DO NOT understate the importance of this podcast. Balexis and Bristian are integral to the American soccer scene. Without them, American soccer wouldn’t be as gully as it is. You want to be told your pizza is trash, a hot take about your team, player, or manager and to break down anytime anyone makes a joke that puts a ‘B’ in front of a word? Balexis has got you covered. You want to be told claims that Pagels are actually good, give informed takes about soccer topics that will eventually get struck down by Balexis cus he doesn’t agree with you, and try to hide your disappointment because Balexis made a terrible joke that didn’t land and put the Cooligans reputation on the line? Bristian has got you covered. Mess around and find out why the Cooligans are so integral to American soccer. #UPTHEWHITEBELLIES

The beautiful game is so hilarious without even trying; that its a wonder why more comedians dont offer commentary. Thats why alexis and christian are the godfathers of soccer comedy. They do it the best, pure and simple. Listen to their live shows on youtube and if you are funny they will riff on whatever comment you make, but it has to be funny. Really their live shows are like you are shooting the ssshhh with your friends about soccer Personally though, i like the updates they give on players like jermaine delph, gaffers like brendon managers and rafa martinez and my boyhood club Burnsley of the CPL.. Come on you White Bellies!!

Easily the funniest soccer podcast available. They usually get to talking about soccer after approximately 20-30 minutes of critiques of Christian’s questionable eating habits or the latest Guerrant about whatever bothered Alexis over the weekend. But always worth the listen and the inevitable laugh out loud moments.

Cancel all your other subscriptions, this is where you get the soccer culture at its finest (I promise it’s a soccer podcast)
