CJT9408Rate n ReVIEWWWOne of my favorite pods! If you could have one guest on and they had to say yes (sports, celebrities, etc.), who would it be and why? Also, if you could have one guest on (dead or alive) to ask for advice or to just learn more wisdom from them, who would it be?

EddieVanHalenSomehow, My Favorite PodcastJulian Edelman is the perfect mix of obscure enough to get away with saying whatever but popular enough to get big names to sit down with him. Anyone with even a shred of football familiarity in modern history knows he is a master of his craft and just an absolute dawg, in general. This makes for guests reciprocating his genuine curiosity, rather than the typical stiff on a media tour sitting down with whomever they’re told to, and what we get are conversations rather than interrogations. Somehow, Julian Edelman is as good of an interviewer as he was a return specialist. He’s not a quite at his slot WR status, but he will get there.

CannonsrunLove the Brian Scalabrine Episode!I loved the Brian Scalabrine episode. He sounds like a great guy to hang out with and talk sports. I am a big fan of the “Games with Names” podcast so to the whole Nuthouse Crew, please keep up the good work!

patriotfreak201Love itHuge Pats fan, and I’ve loved getting into this Pod. I was a huge Bussin with the Boys fan, but their Pod isn’t run as well as yours is. Kyler and Jack do a fantastic job. Get BB on already.

Dochudson223Games with names? It seems like the games they pick for the episode are like an afterthought and it’s more an interview of the guest with like a minute or two of the game with other side tangents. Don’t get me wrong the interviews are great but i feel like the point of this show is to talk about the specific “games with names” so maybe if most/all of the questions were based around the game and not so much the guest?

DuckButtersonFoxborough Faithful Forever!!First off I would to say thank you to Mr. Edelman for his 12 years of dedicated championship(s) winning performance for the New England Patriots. You always made it look easy and fun and that’s no easy task. This podcast is a spectacular insight into a locker room I would have given several limbs to be a fly on a wall of. The mix of Sports Stars and celebrities is amazing and always fun. The topics they hit are truly insightful to true N.E. Patriots fans and pretty Much any avid football fan. Love to listen to this podcast as it is certainly a way to brighten my day with their humor and insider look into one of my favorite New England teams! Thanks Julian and team for crushing ever episode! Cheers! -Keith C

Timmayyyyyy1012Kyler live a littleBest podcast by a mile but Jules. Tell Kyler to have some fun once in a while instead of saying “let’s wrap this up” 70 times when you and Jack are having a good time. Other than that killer show boys

TatumOwnsMaxPOD IS A WEEKLY LISTEN!!!Jules,Jack & Kyler, Sup bubs! Love the pod boys. It’s apart of my work days and I love going back and listening to old eps to catch maybe something I missed. I know it’s a tough task but is there anyway we can get Bobby Orr on the pod to talk about “the goal” against the blues that clinched Boston the ‘72 Stanley cup? You ask any hockey fan alive during the time and maybe even know still if they were raised right, Bobby Orr was the greatest defencemen of all time. Would love to hear Bobby on an ep

Westbound007MachoThe macho man impressions were freaking amazing !!!!!!! I love this podcast!!!!

relyTSmith2017 AFC Championship 🏟️ w/ GilmoreWould love to hear the break down of this one with Gilmore or Bortles as the guest. Bonus content if Jules and Gilmore could break down their battles in practice. Also - I’m so surprised I haven’t heard any stories about Steve Belichick. I’m sure Jules has at least ONE good story about that guy. Maybe a potential guest in the future?! 🌰🐿️

Fudge FlapsA Nostalgic Roller Coaster RideAll of my New England Patriots fandom bias aside, Julian Edelman has posted himself up as one of the most intriguing and knowledgeable hosts in the game, always excited to share while maintains the ability to listen and be curious. I’ve always loved hearing the ins and outs of historic sports moments, and when this podcast made its way into the world, I found an unbelievable source of entertainment, humor and the ever-present wonder of sitting around and just rifling off statistics and talking about random sports moments with the boys. This show helps me smile, escape the dark times, and remember that I’ve lived through some of the greatest games ever. As a lifelong sports fanatic, this show brings my serotonin to a whole new level.

poody allenShane Gillis/Notre DamePlease get Shane on to talk any of his favorite ND games. I’m sure there’s 10 he could choose from. Nothing I love more than hearing the dawg talk ND football! 🤞🏻👏

Mark_Alexander_JrPhenomenal ListenEvery episode is a blast. Love Jules, love the guests, love the show. Y’all gotta get somebody on to do the first game where I really remember Julian Edelman being a lights out kinda guy. November 24, 2013 Pats-Broncos in New England. Yah the end of the season didn’t go great in the playoffs (at least Peyton lost), but man was that an epic comeback. We talk about 28-3, but what about 24-0? The Wes Welker returns game? Gotta do this game. Alternatively, the Dan Connolly game, Pats-Packers from December 19, 2010. All time great O-Lineman kick return.

JakeDellUnlistenable voiceJulian Edelman proves the point that everyone and their grandma just has to do a podcast. This guy has a voice that is 100% unlistenable. Please stop with your podcast promotions of no less than 20 per hour on iHeart radio. As those too contain your unlistenable voice.
-
CDD10EDELCLUTCH!!!!Love Julian’s show! Really hope to see Bill on there opening up and sharing some old war stories from the GOAT. Love hearing about the old stories from Julian’s time on the team and the older vets. As a fan of the game and the Patriots. What Jules is doing with this show is great.
-
TheMan440Most underrated podcast anywhere!!!Just like his career, Edelman’s podcast is VERY underrated but I have a feeling it will catch fire after “The Greatest Roast of all Time”

Mike in WPBFuture ShowAs a Bostonian, Jules should be familiar with Red Sox/Yankee rivalry. A game to cover would be 1978 playoff game to decide who would win American League. Both teams had 99 wins, plenty of Hall of Famers and plenty of stories. No wild card in 78. The game is referred to my most as the Bucky Dent game; however as a fan sitting near the right field foul pole, I also think of it as the lucky Lou Pinella game. Players in the game included Yaz, Carlton Fisk, Jim Rice, Reggie Jackson, Thurman Munson and Goose Gossage. Hall of Famers Catfish Hunter and Dennis Eckersly were on the teams but did not play. Eck, Jim Rice, Fred Lynn and the Boston Globe’s curly haired boy friend could be potential guests.

cags54Pure footballLoved the show you did with Ernie Adams hope you guys bring him back for more. A football guy to his core.
-
bostonconservativeReviewGreat show with Ernie ! Learned a few things !
-
ChipfromCTSurprisingly goodEdelnut is really entertaining, engaging, and funny. Of course he’s comfortable and effective with Pats players; he’s also surprisingly at ease with players from other teams, celebs, and Ernie. He’s got a lot to say and this is worth a regular listen.
-
tomnottomWell doneLove the behind the scenes look at our favorite games. Julian, clearly the guests love interacting with you and have a ton of respect for you. I don’t like when the sidekick talks.
-
janbeetheballInsider info at its bestLong time Pats fan who was enthralled with the inside look at play calling and players by Jules and Slate. Learned a lot and also reminded me what a special dynasty New England was through several generations of players.
-

MASisMoreMy favorite podcastIf you’re a sports fan like I am then you absolutely need to be listening to this podcast. It’s the best thing out there. Oh, and go Pats!
-
jessicam_rnThe best podcast you arent listening to yetFamed former Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman is joined by Jack, his fact checking producer and calm, cool, cerebral Kyler who keeps them all in line in this surprisingly witty and entertaining podcast that will make a sports fan out of anyone. In their quest to find the greatest game of all time, Julian hosts a range of guests from comedians, sportscasters to former athletes, all there to lobby for their game pick to be voted the greatest game of all time. Julian is charming and affable, surprisingly humble and self deprecating at times all while getting his guests to open up and reveal insights into these games and their personal lives at the time. The show does have some recency bias in terms of game selection, I would like to see some older games reviewed but I understand some of those players, coaches, fans may no longer be available but maybe an episode dedicated to some of the greatest games of the 50s, 60s in some sort of condensed way would be cool to listen to. Love listening, keep it up!
-
cbrudAwesome show!I was at that game !!! Game 5 of spurs / pistons … such a heartbreaker
-
199thpickThe podcast for every student of the gameThis is the podcast if you love sports. Julian gives you the opportunity to relive the greatest games and you have the most fun while listening.
-
DallanYohI have to admit something…This show is my jam. I started listening because Julian Edelman is my man crush (I’ll admit it, it’s fine, my wife already knows). The show is a great mix of sports talk with humor with some awesome guests! Even if Edelman isn’t your man crush, there is still so much to love about this show!
-
R.I.P Old Club PenguinBest Sports PodcastDefinitely the most entertaining sports personality right now. Makes it extremely fun to listen and hear stories from the side of guys who actually made the plays. Julian’s personality is so fun to listen to, and he’s a great interviewer for all his guests.
-
digglerreidLove the show!If you’re a sports fan, this is a must listen. I’d recommend listening to the gronk eps, that’s a good spot to start. Once you start , you can’t stop listening.
-
Ned SheenlyGOAT PodcastWas never into podcasts, now I can’t stop listening. Jules and Sam were awesome together. Jules is fantastic on his own. The guests, which never cease to amaze me, only add to the already greatness of this podcast. It’s a must listen for any sports fan.
-
Squashhead11Sports Fanatic’s dream behind the scenesI only listen to 1-2 other podcasts as I feel they all kinda blend in together. However, Edelman gives a unique perspective with monumental players, on monumental days, during monumental games. You get the best of both world’s with sports history and loose candid conversations with generational talent. A must listen!
-
Elmerojefe35Big shot bobBeen a long time Spurs fan as a child I remember that Pistons game and now being able to know some of the insight was awesome.
