laur6525Love April & Kat!I love this show because both April and Kat bring such a sense of “human-ness” & immense relatability. I’m always learning along with them. Great guests, from various backgrounds. So happy to know there are other women out there that feel similar about birth, motherhood & womanhood 🫶🏻

holisticallysandraCritical thinkers discussing everything motherhoodDefinitely a podcast worth your time! As a health care provider I’m very particular about the kind of information I consume. Especially when it relates to me and my baby’s wellbeing. Kat & April are critical thinkers who research their subjects thoroughly before discussing with their listeners. I appreciate their dedication to providing us with useful insights into areas that can be very time consuming and overwhelming to research on our own.

LAIZZZSGMomsofftherecordAmazing podcast. I’ve listened to a couple of podcast and they always turn so boring. However this one always bring such interesting topics. My baby is around the age of their baby so they’re always coming out with content that I’m already trying to research on my own. The information on the internet can be so overwhelming so I love how Kat and April organize it and explain it!
-
tkfhLife changing!I am due in Dec. with my first baby and I couldn’t be more thankful that I found this podcast! I’ve learned SO much information that has been completely invaluable in my becoming of a mother. I feel so much more confident and supported as a new mom who believes in alternative approaches to the societal norms we’re used to. When I listen, it’s like hanging out with likeminded friends. I can really trust the quality of the content as well. I couldn’t recommend more!

Rachlan2727Obsessed!!Love this podcast so much! It has helped guide me in SO MANY informed decisions for my daughter, my first born. A must-listen as a first-time parent!

Podcastlover83758493Incredible podcastFound this podcast when I was pregnant with my first and so happy I did! The info on this show has been so incredible and has really shaped many of choices. So grateful for the way the hosts approach subjects and share their opinions. Nothing is off limits, and they really do a great job at covering such a wide range of topics.
-
mamababy98The best all-encompassing podcast for moms!I am completely obsessed with this podcast! My baby is just under 3 months and I have learned so much in the last 2 months of his life through this podcast. Kat and April are SO relatable and moms, just like the rest of us! I really enjoy all of their guest speakers.

Jenna FraserHighly RecommendI was so excited to find these like-minded podcast hosts. Being “crunchy” can often times feel super lonely so having this community to fall back on is incredible! I discovered MOTR when I was about 15 weeks pregnant with my first babe and was able to advocate for myself in the hospital system. - had an all natural vag delivery despite my OB pushing me to take meds mid labor. Also gladly declined all vaccines for babe and I. Thankful for these gals and all the topics they hit on.
-
Hayley_deanA must listen for Moms!MOTR is a transformative and incredibly educational podcast for all mothers. As a mom myself and one that focuses on natural, holistic and “crunchy” ways of raising my children and living my life - there is always something new to learn. April & Kat do an incredible job hosting and bringing so many things to the table. Highly recommend for all mom’s, crunchy or not there is always something to learn.

PositiveTribesRadiantVibesGo to mom podcast for this crunchy mama!!I am due sometime in September with my first baby and found this podcast as I was trying to navigate the many opinions and topics in motherhood. I absolutely love the way they speak on topics and my eyes have been opened to many things to look out for and prepare for in my own labor. If you're looking for information from birth to toddler with no judgment and links to resources to do your own research this pod is for you! I am so grateful for what April and Kat do for this pod.
-
kitkatgurl18Best podcast for any mamas!!I have to say, this is by far, my favorite podcast out there. As a new mom, all the information can be overwhelming, with this podcast I’ve learned SO much!! Kat & April are so kind, they respond whenever I have reached out for guidance or questions. They are my go to people for all things mom related! I have shared this podcast with all of my mom friends and will continue doing so as this is such a helpful resource! Thanks for all you ladies do 💕
-
britika2886Just a bunch of mom shamingThis podcast paints itself as helpful and informative, but in reality the hosts are stuck-up, judgmental mom shamers. This podcast is just them bragging about their perfect kids and going on about how much better they are at parenting than the rest of us.
-
Britty KingIn my crunchy mama era!I just have to say! I am a new follower of the podcast and i listened to every episode just in this week every night while I worked on a kitchen diy project! You two are amazing and doing THE WORK and I am so thankful I found you especially when I did. Wish I did a little sooner!! I had my first baby 11 months ago and I have learned so much about motherhood and so fast and it’s amazing how maternal instinct takes over naturally and how strong it can be even if you don’t fully understand it. I am so thankful for some of the choices I made in the beginning and also regretful for others (mainly referring to v*x) but anyways I could type so much more but I am like you April new to my crunchy era and it’s evolving by the day and podcasts like yours have been so eye opening for me!!

andrea 418Get informedThis isn't your run of the mill, mainstream pregnancy and motherhood advice that you can find on What to Expect. If you're looking for advice outside of the 'doctor recommendation' this podcast is for you. April and Kat are so informed and educated!
-
Car-mamaGreat podcast for new moms!I happened to have stumbled upon Moms off the Record when I was pregnant, and I’m so glad I did! There is so much noise out there regarding very important topics that most people gloss over, go with the mainstream narrative, or just put 100% of their trust into the “experts” and don’t do their own research because it’s easier. It’s refreshing to listen to Kat and April’s perspective on important topics and I’m super grateful for the shared resources that have helped me. This is a must listen if you are a new mom and want to hear a different perspective from what is commonly prescribed. Very empowering!
-
bdjdjdhsvkajdhebdhAnti science ridiculousnessThey talk a lot about science despite not understanding it. If you ever wondered what the lady everyone seems to avoid at events has to say - turn this on and then quickly turn it off. Yikes.
-
buttercup544Nice podcast but please fix the sound qualityI listened to half an episode for the first time and was enjoying the content, but I had to turn it off because of the volume discrepancy between the 2 hosts. I had to turn up the volume to hear one host, but when the other talked it was so loud it hurt my ears. The loud sounds even woke up my sleeping toddler in the car.
-
sophiafaye12Great guests, epic conversations!I practice and know a good deal about many of the topics covered in this podcast. The hosts ask fascinating questions of all their guests and I always learn something new. As a mom who often feels crazy and dismissed for the ways I’m raising my kids, this has helped me feel less alone and validated that I can trust myself and my own research. This is the podcast my crunchy mom self has been searching for!
-
jenmaroliveNew fav!So glad I stumbled upon this podcast. April and Kat are so relatable and provide great insight to topics I care about. Definitely worth a listen!
-
ariannnna hGood Topics, Awkward MomentsThis podcast discusses great topics. It does get awkward when the hosts throw indirects at each other and speak to each other in a passive aggressive manner. I’m not sure they realize they are doing this (?)
-
Coralweiz10/10 recommend!Loved this podcast! Thank you for speaking on topics too many people are afraid to have. IUD and BC are not “empowerment”. Making decisions based on informed consent is empowering. Learning our bodies is empowering. Loved this, and can’t wait to hear more!
-
djcquintero25NoUsed to love this podcast until they started outwardly supporting children being massacred in Gaza because “We support Israel rightfully defending itself”. Now the entire Instagram is shrine to amplify suffering, incessantly.
-
courtkneesSo grateful to have found these ladiesLet me start off by saying that I am not a Mom yet but I am SO incredibly grateful to have found Moms Off the Record as I prepare to conceive. I am someone who loves to have as much information as possible so this podcast is really helping me feel confident and informed. I don’t know these women personally (but wish I did!) - I am hoping to find likeminded mamas in my community to have these discussions with but for now, this podcast makes me feel sane and supported so thank you so much!!!
-
KittoKatto11A very informative podcast!I found this podcast at the very beginning of my pregnancy and have found it to be so helpful and informative as I navigate my pregnancy and how I plan to raise my child. I really appreciate April and Kat’s frankness and openness in their opinions, as well as all the resources they provide so I can do my own research to decide what’s best for my baby. I look forward to many more episodes!
-
Thank goodness for The KnotI have been hooked since episode 1Moms Off The Record is informative, well researched, and easy to digest. They do an incredible job making their content entertaining, while talking about issues that actually matter as they relate to motherhood. MOTR is one of my favorite podcasts - I haven’t missed an episode and I recommend you do the same.
-
cegonsalesSo informative!Love listening to Kat and April! They both are so knowledgeable and share the facts so you can decide what’s best for you and your family. I learn something every episode!
-
lilyemberI ❤️ this podcast!!I found MomsOffTheRecord in my third trimester when I was researching low-tox living and changes I could make for a healthier lifestyle. The resources and recommendations from Kat and April are the best! They are so informed and stand strong in their beliefs - which is exactly the type of mom I’m trying to be for my baby boy (who is three-months-old now!). I look forward to every episode these ladies put out and can’t wait to see what else is in store for this podcast. Take a listen if you’re a mom, pregnant, or even just wanting facts and advice from two very smart women on topics everyone should put thought into!

cookcassTruth BombsIf you're pregos, a new mom, #ttc, or want to just learn about the real deal about what's actually necessary for real life situations, give them a listen. I've been following MomsOffTheRecord since they started. I'm currently pregnant and every time I walk, I put them on. I even reach out to them on IG and they ALWAYS reply back. It's time for us mamas to stick together and not let the govt tell us how to raise our cubs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacqueline BranchOne of the best podcasts! These 2 moms are daily critical thinkers and really advocate for all mothers to tune into their intuition and seek the truth when it comes to all things motherhood. They do the research, read the books and speak the truth. I’ve listened to every single episode and I’m so greatful there’s women like Kat and April who aren’t afraid to speak on all topics. I recommend this podcast to all current or soon to be parents! 💖
-
JHickman90Love this podcast!!This podcast is so insightful and they do a wonderful job at explaining the topics in a way that’s easier to understand. They provide the data and also cite their information! This tired mama likes to stay up to date with the hot topics so this podcast is perfect!!!
-
BweceeAll moms need to listen to this podcastThis is a podcast for all moms and mothers to be, or those who want to be mothers in their future. I so wish I had this podcast or people like you guys around the time I had my first baby 4.5 years ago. I would have done so many things differently, but here I am on my third baby making LOTS of different choices and feeling inspired by all the things “crunchy”, natural, and holistic. To think I used to laugh at this stuff…. But now my eyes are open to the dangers of the current world and I have never felt more educated as a mother. I owe a lot of my continued education to you both! Thank you for making this an easy to listen and learn from podcast. We need more moms like you both ❤️
-
imjusttasha_Tribe!If you are looking for raw and real, this podcast is where it’s at. April and Kat show up as their authentic selves and speak powerful truths in order to educate and enlighten all. Whether you’re new to health conscious living or have been on the path for a while, all their content is relatable, informative and inviting. They are both so poised, intelligent, and truly bring such a fun, positive energy to their audience. Keep it going ladies!
-
SarahJane1989The Best Resource for Moms!Grateful to find these two moms who aren’t afraid to speak the truth and also back it up with facts and reputable sources. It can be overwhelming to navigate motherhood in a world where you can’t always rely on the professionals who you’re supposed to be able to trust, but over the last 9 months of my journey as a new mom, I have been so grateful to have Kat & April to turn to as a resource! 10/10 recommend whether you’re a soon to be mom, or a new mom. I only wish I had found them sooner!
-
JiliashiA MUST Listen To PodcastI’ll willingly go ON the record and gladly state that I’ve listened to (almost) every episode at this point. I can’t express how thoroughly researched and passionate April and Kat are about the topics of every episode, and their guests are always incredibly informed, enlightening, and professional (but also fun and entertaining!! No one likes a dry podcast lol) “Taboo” subjects involving motherhood shouldn’t be a thing, and I’m grateful for April and Kat who speak freely and without fear about ALL topics!!!
-
drkari_coYou two are my people! In a world with so much noise, and a lot of it misinformation, these moms are speaking truth! It is so refreshing to hear from likeminded women who are both articulate and bold. They speak with confidence because they’ve done the research. It’s sad that the so-called ‘experts’ are sticking to the same old dogma regarding what’s safe for ourselves and our babies. I hope their voices reach far and wide with these important messages. Thanks for putting them out there!
-
Mrb2299Very thoughtful & well-researched approachI’m a mom of a 2 year old and one due in a few month. Since becoming a parent, I have become more and more interested in doing my own research on the common “status quo” topics around pregnancy, birthing, childhood vaccines, informed consent, and a lot more… many of which these ladies cover and do so in an extremely well thought out and well research way. I genuinely appreciate all the time & effort that goes into each podcast, with a goal of educating and empowering me as a mom (or even dads!) to make informed decisions when it comes to myself and my kids. Thank you!!
-
EmilyElizabeth777AWESOME PODCAST!!!I’m not a mom nor have I ever been pregnant, yet I find these two ladies to be EXTREMELY interesting to listen to! It is SO REFRESHING hearing 2 young moms discuss alternate ways of doing things outside of the matrix’s protocols and norms. It’s clear that they both are truly awakened to the corruption that’s embedded into... pretty much everything (lol). Again, not a mom, but I AM a repeat listener because their podcast is THAT good!!! 🙌🏼 So much insightful information on a huge array of important topics that I think we all should be aware of. Thank you thank you Kat and April!!! I have learned so much from you!!!
-
Emma & QuinI love this podcast!I am a first time mom due this July! I have so many questions and concerns and listening to this podcast has eased my worries, shown me where to begin researching, and given me so much willpower to have the best birth experience possible.

TayBear5So good !!!I just found this podcast through an instagram account I follow. I listened to the two latest episodes (on the childhood vax schedule) and it was so informative! Excited to listen to the older episodes and for more to come. Grateful for fellow mamas who are willing to talk about divisive topics that most aren’t! 💕
-
Grannypoppins13Totally hooked!I am totally hooked on listening to these two new moms podcast. I just finished binge listening to all the episodes and can’t wait for the next one. April and Kat have great chemistry. Love the passion they share in their conversations of their personal experiences and research in the motherhood journey. I highly recommend.
-
ElloKidAddictively GoodKat and April tackle topics that 99% of people are too afraid to discuss. I appreciate their objective approach and conversational tone; this podcast is the highlight of my week 🙏. I recommend this podcast to all soon-to-be and new parents who want to break the mold, question the system, and do things a better way.
