J-enEGratefulDominique, I’ve been following you since 2020. I’ve wanted to write a review for some time but thought - where do I start? You have been such a source of inspiration, encouragement and sisterhood in my life. Thank you for all you do to enhance the lives of others with the content you create and share. And a shout out to Courtney behind the scenes. May God continue to richly bless you both!

HermanutThank you !I just heard about Dominique and this podcast today via Frugal Friends podcast while on a long run. I continue to be humbled and amazed at God’s perfect timing. This has been such a difficult day in a very hard chapter of my life, but Holly’s story and your dialogue have been an incredible blessing. Thank you for your genuine encouragement. Yes and Amen! Thank you , ladies. Connie
-
BetsypepineWonderful podcast!I’ve been following Dominque since she started doing make up tutorials from her bathroom sink five houses ago. I love her authenticity and grace in everything she does. What a role model for us all.
-
Mary H.Episode 53 was super!Interesting topics on many episodes, but this one stood out. Great guest! Hope she is in heavy rotation.
-
JennafwdINCREDIBLE HOST!!!Thank you so much for having me on your show Dominique! You are an incredible inspiration and what a wonderful host and I was honored to be your guest. This show is like sitting with your best girlfriend telling stories of the past and how they paint the new story of the future. There is a theme in Dominiques journey of persistence and creating the life you want to live and as beautifully as you want after 50!
-
FAJG1Love, love, love!Love this podcast! I just finished “ binging “ it. I have learn soooo much about menopause. Now a lot of things make so much sense! Thank you so much for talking and bringing all this knowledge to us.
-
BNoethlichFinding lasting relationshipsLoved & connected with this episode. I lost my husband of 43 yrs and am so lonely. I have a great church family & 2 amazing daughters but I want some one to go to dinner, movies etc! My therapist insists on me finding that person but I’m scared of dating apps. Too many scams. I encouraged after listening. Thank you!

Health phoenixDominique Sachse -yes. Caroline la Bouchard- uh, not so muchIt was interesting to watch Dominique try to negotiate around some of the clearly ageist , fat-hating, superficial values of her guest, Caroline la Bouchard. Instead of feeling empowered by this episode, which as a 71-year-old woman I was hoping to, I felt deflated and somewhat defensive. Suffice it to say I will not be following Caroline la Bouchard. Surely there are older women who would serve as more of an example of self -love and positive values . It would have been nice to get some more meaningful, less judgmental tips on health, style, etc. from someone who is not so busy defending the fact that she's not "old", a word which she clearly views as a pejorative ; this woman obviously completely buys into the patriarchal standards which sadly devalue women as they grow older . But if she wants to continue to protest that she is middle-aged at 59, well we'll see if she really does make it to 128...

Melissa in WILove Dominique!I have been following Dominique for several years now and have always loved her you tube videos. I have been listening to her podcast since it's beginning and enjoy it so much. She advocates for women of all ages, especially those in their 40's, 50's and beyond. Give her a listen!
-
happy@heartQuestions and answersI don’t like the call ins. I much prefer that you read a question and answer it. I don’t like all the long call ins and they are often hard to hear or understand. I also only like Domonique as the moderator and not the other moderator. It really takes away. Go back to just Dominique and Dominique and guests.
-
Skeletonfire☠️🔥Much Needed! This podcast is inspiring and insightful. Well done!
-
84720543Not what I had hoped forI started following this podcast when it first started with High Hopes. I didn’t know who Dominique was but she was forthright about her faith and I had hoped her Contant would be more Christian aligned. A few of the episodes have been interesting but most of them are pretty egocentric, how to make yourself prettier, see all the right doctors, and get your mind right. I would hope that being over 50 and flourishing would mean contentment with who you are and joy in helping others. I have found it to be an interesting insight into what a lot of women find valuable.
-
She Writes 2Target Audience Changing? While l love Dominique and listening to warm, thoughtful perspective on everything from faith to style to navigating life change, l am disappointed by the addition of twenty-eight year old Courtney’s perspective to the podcast. A major appeal of Dominique is her age and season of life. I follow the podcast because she targets women in my age range. The perspective of a woman in her twenties is available all over social media. I hope Dominique will maintain her focus on women who are navigating life from a very different place than we did in our twenties.
-
chlttotexasmomA Blessing!I always look forward to Monday morning and tuning into this podcast! Dominique is always on point with her topics and features interesting guests. She is honest, vulnerable and the very best at sharing information we all can use over 50 to flourish. Thank you from a podcast and YouTube fan in DFW.
-
Phillipa_MThere’s No There, ThereI started listening to this podcast with enthusiasm as I knew Dominique from her YouTube hair and makeup videos. Sadly, there’s not a lot of substance to her podcast. She seems to have a hard time booking quality guests and the default subject is often herself. Too bad, there’s a lot of us in her demographic who would tune in if it were a better show
-
terribbukerReviewIt is so refreshing to listen your podcast as a midlife woman that is still excited for what is ahead. So relatable.❤️🙏
-
Cocosis1824Excellent!Thank you Dominique! Your podcast is just as amazing as you are! I look forward to each episode!
-
anneofwindsorInspiringThese podcasts are so inspiring in so many ways. Thank you Dominique and all of your wonderful guests! I’m 69 and wish I had known some of these things starting in my late forties and on!
-
TrophyAngelGratitudeI have been affiliated with Dominique through her news career, philanthropic organizations and social media for 23+ years. She one of the most authentic, war, caring, fun and enlightening ladies that I have encountered on my life’s journey. She has and continues to share “pearls” of wisdom and stimulating thoughts on many topics. I’m designing a unique necklace from these “pearls” to wear daily as I flourish-beautifully and boldly. I encourage all to listen and follow her. You will be blessed! Thank you for being the amazing Dominique to this world! 🌺 #beautiful #bold #blessed #flourishing
-
Great interviewer! What a great experience being on Dominique’s podcast! She does her homework, asks insightful questions and is so relatable!
-
Tracy Beth VThank you for sharing your journey with usDominique, your transparency, humor, intelligence are so inspiring to me and I know, so many women in our age group. Yes! We can reinvent ourselves and stay curious, we can love beauty, fashion, and design while being grounded in soulfulness, service and gratitude. Can’t say enough about how powerful it is to witness your grace through some of the roller coaster turns that we can face at this stage of life.
-
phinnydogLove the podcastI have lived watching Dominique on YouTube and the new podcast is a great addition. Courtney is a fabulous partner as well.
-
Yahoo devoteeShe is shilling the $1300 detox as part of the podcast interviewEnough said.
-
Alex11040So relevant and honest.Dominique thank you for talking about issues that have meaning for me - a 50+ year old single woman. You are addressing the things that are concerns for me - menopause, family, my next phase of life! Would you please consider interviewing Atul Gawande. He wrote an interesting book called Being Mortal which helped me speak to my parents about their final years and to plan for my final years. Love to you. Alexandra
-
Kym morelloBeautiful, inspiring, easy to identify with.Dominique has a beautiful, clear and articulate voice. You can feel her uplifting spirit as she guides each guest with interesting questions that we can relate to. I have found value in every podcast so far. Thank you, Dominique, for your generosity and positive approach to aging for all of us gals, and guys over 50. …Lol, or 60 :)
-
LeftypjUnfollowingHuge fan on YouTube, but having Victoria Osteen on is a dealbreaker for me. Having someone on who has millions obtained by nefarious activities who’s going to share how she does it all? Must be hard. Unlistenable for me.
-
mathewpaBig No to the Osteen’sShowcasing the wife of Joel Osteen, one of the biggest charlatans in the Christian world is a new low for Sachse. Her fawning, saccharine interview with Victoria Osteen was a ridiculous waste of time for any discerning listener. What does the woman whose family has a net worth of 100 million and lives in a mega mansion have to say to the ordinary woman of today? For starters that she wants peanut butter on a desert island and she’s never been to France. Hardly groundbreaking insight. This conversation had no substance or value. It did, however, reveal a lot about Dominique Sachse and her values and not in a good way. Maybe she should stick to hair tutorials.

64&BlessedAll Your PodcastsFound your Podcasts and listened to all on a road trip today. Loved them all… I’m a new fan!
-
PeaceLove☝🏻Beautiful Inside and Out 💜I love this Podcast! Dominique’s beauty shines from within! I love Victoria Osteen too! Two beautiful, bold and blessed women of God. This is a much needed topic for me as I am always working on my self-confidence as a woman, discovering my beauty and strength. I can’t wait for future episodes, definitely on my playlist!
-
JDJ64!Too long and too fluffyI am an avid fan of Dominique’s YouTube channel. But these podcasts are way too long and contain too much nonsensical fluff.
-
zlenessdbbn, iuuhGreat episode with your Mom.It was a great episode. I hope you have your mom on again soon.

-
seymone70InformativeYou have no idea how grateful I am for this interview. I recently left my physicians office in full panic mode after receiving the results of my DEXA scan. I plan to enroll in Kevin’s master class for additional education on how to reverse bone loss . Congrats on your Podcast!
-
AglicaGiglicaExcited! So happy with the thoughts so far! Thank you for what you do to get us the information we need to live big and beautiful lives!
-
hampton00Osteoporosis and TBS technologyI am so glad to see The Bone Coach, Kevin Ellis, as one of your first guests! His advice is always spot on, but today he did not mention the importance of getting a trabecular bone score that measures the quality of your bones. I know he’s knowledgable about R.E.M.s technology and Echolight, so I was eager to hear an update on its availability in the US. Bone quality is just as important as bone density.
-
Kate-e-oBone HealthThank you so much for this episode. Bone health has been something in my mind recently and I found many interesting suggestions in this episode. Ps, just thought I’d let you know the volume level in this episode seemed very low. Both of your voices sound muffled and I had to turn up the volume to max to be able to hear it. ❤️
-
MamaBrophy3I am hooked!I started following Dominique on Instagram and was thrilled when she mentioned she was starting a podcast. She seems so down to earth and is such a wonderful communicator. You can tell it is important to her for her audience to understand what she is saying. I just listened to the inaugural Podcast. Unbelievable! I am 51 and had so many “AH HA” moments throughout that podcast. Dominique asks the questions and gets the answers that women this age have! I look forward to future podcast!
-
LongviewgirlThank you!Thank you for being a bright light in the world! Your YouTube videos are amazing and your first podcast was a perfect kickstart on a new platform. Peter was a great choice as your first guest; a sincere and inspirational soul just like you. Looking forward to many more podcasts with you.
-
Lulyg10210Life ChangingDominique is an amazing beautiful soul! She is your cheerleader! Your soul and heart will thank you for following her on all platforms. She is thoughtful, kind, caring, compassionate, so intelligent and drop dead gorgeous! She’s what every woman needs. This was an excellent first podcast. Her YT channel is a must follow!!
-
2tsmommy2InspirationalI have followed your YouTube channel for a while now and was looking forward to your podcast. As a woman of a certain age, it’s nice to find a show which focuses on us and our needs in the 50+ stage. I enjoyed your first episode and look forward to the next! Keep up the great work!
-
cocolady333Joyful and Enlightening!I absolutely loved this first podcast! With pen & paper in hand, I anxiously took notes of the most inspiring highlights, words of wisdom, and pivotal points that spoke to me. Such an enjoyable listen. Thank you, Dominique & Peter. I appreciate the blessing you both always are.

-
QueenV777Great PodcastLove her YouTube show and love the podcast! Dominique is so honest and inspiring. She’s well overdue for a podcast! She always has helpful advice, thoughts, and guidance for her followers moving into an older phase of life, but it really applies to all ages. I wish I had her positive attitude in more of my daily life, she’s a remarkable and inspiring woman.
-
AprilKDarWell done!Excellent job on this first podcast. I love the way you kept the focus directed on the topic at hand. Mr. Remington was a great choice for a guest as he has some specific examples to consider, and he didn’t over simplify his responses. You do such a great job of continuing to lift up the women in our season. Thank you for this podcast.
