    Trade analysis
Hey guys! Just wanted to start off by saying thanks for all you do and the amount of content you guys generate on a weekly basis. I listen every day. I wanted to know would you take Rome Odunze, a 2025 1st and 2026 1st for Jahmyr Gibbs? My team is rebuilding and needs a lot of missing pieces. Thank you!

    Well done
One of my favorite Dynasty podcasts. I listen to a bunch and have sifted through dozens more to find a select few. I really enjoy the host and his content. He also has pretty good guests. The podcast itself is always fluid, has splashes of humor and delivers quality dynasty relevance on a weekly basis! The host is the best!!!

    Love the Dynasty show but…..
Who was the guest on the recent August 21 Dynasty show? His trade prices were ridiculous, the dude said a 2024 first for two or Goff in super flex and that was just one of his trade offer throw outs, all of them were ridiculous… he had to be talking about one quarterback leagues. You cannot get a quarterback in a super flex dynasty league for one first round pick…. sorry but that was the worst guest ever, all of his takes were horrible, and just seemed unrealistic and almost as he was making them up on the fly. Other than that, the show is one of the best out there… and I’m glad FFT today added this Dynasty show because the CBS fantasy family has always been my go to, my critique is about the guest… and I’ll throw in my jab at Dan Schneider, who is the worst on personality in the CBS fantasy, keep him off, his insecurities make the shows comical, but almost hard to listen to like nails on a chalkboard… I’ve never heard anybody back when they make a good or win a jeopardy question, narcissism anyone? 😂😂

    Great content!
Awesome content! Hopefully someone will donate more to st Jude's than Dan eventually to be guest non-fantasy analyst on the show.

    To much filler
Beginning of episode had so much filler. Most guest haven’t had great ideas for dynasty league rules outside superflx. Was 14 mins before real dynasty advice came on.

Cole Parton from Nashville, been listening for 3 seasons!
Hey guys, could I get some help with my first 3 picks. I’m in a 14 team 1QB, PPR, 5keeper league. I adopted the team before the season last year. It started with Adams, Amon Ra, Stevenson, Shultz, and Barkley. I now have Barkley, Achane, CeeDee, Amon Ra, and Puka. After a few lucky trades I got the 1.01, 1.11, my own 2.06, without losing any other picks. Is there a position I should be targeting early in the draft? Love you guy’s vibes, stay positive! (4pt per passing td) 6pt receiving td/rushing td 13 teams have QBs 1Qb 2rb 2wr 1flex 1te 1k 1def

Brandon Lemon from Salem Utah. Long long time listener. 10 Team, Full PPR, Superflex Dynasty Who would you rather have? Team 1: Jalen Hurts, Breece Hall and a 2024 3.07 rookie pick. Team 2: Patrick Mahomes, Rhamondre Stevenson, 2024 1.08 rookie pick Thanks in advance my friend.

Twice the dynasty content? Sign me up! Great stuff!
I’m in a 12-team, full PPR superflex league. 6 pts per passing TD, that includes two points per tight end reception. I’m in a rebuild, and have picks 1.01, 1.06, 1.07, 1.11 and two mid-second round picks. My quarterbacks are Trevor Lawrence and Baker Mayfield. I would like to move up from 1.06 (or 1.07) to try to get Malik Nabors. Would it be foolish of me to try to acquire the 1.04 for Lawrence? Also, is Brock Bowers a wise pick in the mid-first round of a tight end premium league? Thanks for the awesome work!

    Love the show!
Heath and his guests provide awesome dynasty insight, love the once a week podcasts. They have original insights driven by data they collect that I really value! This will be my first full offseason listening, and I can’t wait to get into draft coverage! A question for the pod, in a 12 team superflex tight end premium I have been offered Luke Musgrave, 1.08, and 3.01 for my 1.05. I also have 1.09, 1.11, and 1.12 as well as Tucker Kraft. I have Likely but no better TE as I traded Hock away this year. I am leaning towards doing the trade, what do you think?

    A must for Dynasty players
A newer show but it has already found a place in my weekly rotation. Heath gives helpful insight and he is not just parroting what is already out there. He provides original thoughts with the reasoning behind them so you can make up your own mind. Guests often provide their own unique perspectives.

Enjoyment depends on your league a bit
Guest are 5 stars. Unless they’re going deep the waiver wire is similar to redraft pod. If you’re in leagues that are larger roster you probably had the waivers guys as UDFA already. They do acknowledge that it is relative though.

    Super flex trade targets
Hey guys, Love the show, best in the business! I have Cousins and Herbert, but do you think there’s any merit in making a move for Stroud + for one of them? I have Nico. Also, Adam, there’s no “D” in important or “Z” in pessimistic. Keep up the good work all.

    Best Show in Town
Love the show, you guys are a reason I convinced my league mates to switch this year to dynasty after 8 years. Need help with team direction. Im 2-2 in a playoff spot with a younger roster. I feel like if Kupp comes back strong and Burrow gets healthy Im one trade away from having a shot this year. Do I go win now or potentially package Kupp w/ Achane to get a big haul (thought process is to just trade for a stud rb when in win now mode). Qbs: Burrow, Love, Stroud, Minshew, Hooker Rbs: Sanders, Monty, Achane, Tucker, Spears, Chandler, Breida, Hunt Wrs: Wilson, Kupp, London, Pickens, Nico, Reed, Mingo Te: Kincaid, Higbee
  • Ron Burgundy from San Diago
    Great show—grade the trade, please
12-team, Dynasty Superflex PPR league starting 3 WR + 2 other flex. Team A receives Burrow and Kupp. Team B receives Stroud, Jimmy G, and Zay Jones. Can keep my personal feelings out of it as to not put a thumb on the scale, but this seems way too lopsided—unfortunately, most of the league is pretty inactive and indifferent. While Team B could use depth, Jimmy G and Jones are replacement-level players and Stroud is unproven. You don’t give up 2 studs of this level for that even with current injury and age considerations, and trade calculators obviously bear that out. Would love to hear y’all’s opinions, please.

    Trade question
Hey guys, love the show. This is my second year listening and my teams have been performing a lot better! I have a grade the trade question for you guys- 12 team PPR superflex. Give: Richardson, Devonta Smith, Swift, Goedert Get: Mahomes, R White, Waddle Thanks!

A very important podcast for fantasy football dynasty leagues
Health & company do an amazing job with their analysis and thoughts. Dynasty leagues allow you to build something and be the architect of your team. I have a question & I want to hear your thoughts. I’m rebuilding in a dynasty league that’s been around since 2015. 12 team PPR. I have 4, 2024 first round picks & 4 2024 third round picks. I traded D.Henry, M.Sanders, Gabe Davis & K.Hunt. I have Mike Evans. I’ve had him since his rookie year. I think I can compete next season. I got Chase, Bijon, Muth, Addison, Bigsby, Mixon and….J.K. Dobbins. If Mike Evans re-signs with the Bucs, I think he’s worth holding onto but he signs with another team IDK. What is his value in dynasty? I know he’s old, but he’s tall & big bodied. Sure speed is diminished but Baker seems to look for him. What should I do? Thanks!

    Such a great show!!!!!
You guys and the FFT crew are great. I listen too your show everyday along with the the boys from fantasy baseball today. Keep up the good work!!! We had our 10 team 3 receiver PPR dynasty startup salary cap draft last week, and went heavy at WR. I got Jefferson, Hill, Diggs and Higgins at flex. My remaining starters are Geno at QB, Dobbins and Mostert at RB and Pitts at TE. My bench is basically rookie and second year RB’s, with Skyy Moore and CJ Stroud. Did I spend too much at WR? Or is this the strategy to go with in a PPR league with so many WR spots?

🚨Finally! Dynasty content on FFT 🚨
I’ve been listening to the FFT crew since 2016 so needless to say I believe these guys are the best. As a newish dynasty player, I couldn’t have been more pumped to hear Heath and the gang producing a dynasty show! The advice they give is actionable and meaningful, and helps you stay 2 steps ahead of the rest of your league. I especially enjoy hearing about players to buy or sell *before* they become obvious buys/sells. Keep up the great show! Question: This could fall under the topic of Fantasy Cops - Dynasty Edition. The question is: How do you boot the league taco from your home dynasty league? Most of us are friends and we all know each other. Going into Year 3 now, one league member has shown time and again that he doesn’t understand dynasty (despite resources being shared and attempts made to coach): trading away all his young talent and draft capital for aging vets and backups. Over and over again. Zero clear strategy other than saying he’s always trying to “win now.” The worst rated roster according to every tool out there and by a healthy margin, too. Most in the league are growing increasingly frustrated with this manager and there’s already been one multi-day text battle about this manager’s “efforts.” How would you approach the topic of booting him out of the league?

    Love the show
Great dynasty specific content. Must listen for dynasty managers. Question: I picked up Hendon Hooker in my dynasty league I know the Lions are planning on redshirting him and he is currently IR eligible. But not sure what redshirting means and if he be on the active roster at some point. I have 3 IR spots so I was curious if you think I will be able to likely stash him there season long. I have a taxi spot but will have to drop someone if I want to move him there.

    Love the fresh opinions!
I’ve listened to a TON of pods, most of which I have stopped, and this one has remained at the top of my playlist. Heath has some awesome perspectives that I haven’t heard elsewhere. Absolutely a must tune pod! My question is more philosophical but I think it applies to lots of people trying to rebuild. Value is determined by the league you are in and you really don’t have any value until you’ve actually sold. I picked up an orphan that didn’t have many pieces to move. Top pieces were Kelce, McLaurin, Lockett, and Deebo. I’m trying to balance age and risk with value and trying to move these pieces. I fielded tons of offers and counters for Kelce and every single one was a ridiculous low-ball offer, which tells me the league isn’t willing to pay my value. And starting a rebuild I cannot afford to have Kelce die on my roster or get injured. That being said, I sold pretty low on Kelce and McLaurin, moving them in a package for a Jalin Hyatt, a 24 1st and 2nd, and a 25 2nd. Now I’ve seen McLaurin get injured, although doesn’t sound too bad. How do you handle these situations? Do you do what I did and sell low to get anything while you can? Do you worry about injury possibilities? Do you hold and demand more value for them, disregarding their age and injury history? Appreciate any insight.

Finally a CBS Fantasy Dynasty Pod!
I was so excited when I heard about this from the regular FFT. Love Heath, fellow KC guy. But love we can get deep into dynasty now! Question: 10 team half PPR with 40 deep rosters (Also IDP). I won in 2020 and 2021 with my squad, lost in the second round of the playoffs in 2022. Made a monster trade because I feel like I needed to get value from some older players while I could. 1) Did I jump the gun on a rebuild? 2) Can you evaluate my trade? I traded away Kelce, Hopkins, and Dalvin Cook. Received two 2024 1st round picks, a 2025 1st round pick, and a 2025 2nd round pick. Probably mid to late round picks. Ryan, Kansas City (Overland Park) Wanted to get that in because I know long emails aren't ideal but wanted to include some other info for context. This is a league that is very difficult to actually make trades in. So if for instance I were able to trade Kelce, I probably couldn't get much if anything for the other guys I actually wanted to trade. Not going to include my full roster but some of my top guys and or younger guys remaining are: QB - Josh Allen QB - CJ Stroud RB - Jonathan Taylor RB - J. Jacobs RB - Alexander Mattison WR - Debo Samuel WR - A. Cooper WR - Treylon Burks WR - Jayden Reed WR - Jalin Hyatt TE - Cole Kmet TE - Trey McBride This was tough because the Chiefs are my team but the way I look at it is I got 2 firsts for a 33 year old TE (albeit the greatest) and a 1st and 2nd for Hopkins and Cook. All aging players and I don't know if I have a shot to compete for the championship. I might have but with so many older players, 1 injury or one of them finally hitting the wall I'm screwed. I know Kelce has some more good years in him but I needed to salvage some value for the other two. Thanks,
  • Mkherrera3
    Great advice
Been listening to these guys for years. Now that they finally have a dynasty podcast I have even more content to enjoy. I like how they not only give great advice, they break it down to a level that even the most novice of fantasy players can comprehend. Here’s my question: I’m in a rebuild. 12 team, ppr, 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1 te, 2flex. I currently have my ‘24 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th picks and also a late 1st and 2nd. I plan on trying to finish in the bottom 3. I need to create a void of points at rb to help. Would you trade Hurts, Mattison and Perine for Kyler, JSN & a late 24 1st? If you see any pieces you’d swap out on my end in the trade feel free. My team is below: QB: Hurts, Stroud RB: Mattison, Gibson, Perine, Spears, D. Jackson, Ford, Abanikanda WR: Aiyuk, D. Johnson, Dotson, Flowers, Mims, Lazard, Campbell, Chark TE: Waller, Everett, Musgrave

Love this podcast so much!! Heath is the GOAT
This pod is the best in the dynasty space. Being able to hear from the FFT crew about dynasty is a blast! *****Some constructive feedback: you should have less guests. Most of the guests talk over Heath and go off on irrelevant tangents. It would be much better if it was just Heath talking dynasty as opposed to Heath interviewing a guest.***** But I seriously love this show

    Need Heath’s Advice!
Dear Philip, Vincent, LaDainian, and Antonio: I’ve been a regular listener of FFT since 2019 and there’s no doubt the show has helped me improve my teams and strategies in that time. Now that I find myself in some Dynasty leagues, listening to this show is a no-brainer. I tell friends to pay close attention to Heath’s projections and rankings for in-depth insights on all positions. Despite being a Chiefs fan, his takes are data-driven and well-supported.Additionally, the guests are always spot-on. Here’s my question: Should I trade away Dameon Pierce straight up for Jahan Dotson? It’s a 12 team PPR Dynasty (empire pot) and I’m a contender who’s weak at WR. I went into the playoffs last year as the 1 seed on the strength of Kelce, Jalen Hurts, Pollard, & Pierce. So it seems now is my chance to make a run for it. I feel like I can find productive RBs more easily than WRs, and am uneasy about my current starting WRs of Godwin and Lockett. Go Chargers! - Tristan

    Great new dynasty content
Love listening to the CBS guys and always wished I got more of their dynasty content. Heath doing a great job hosting. Got a question for the podcast if you have time. I’m great at rebuilding but have trouble going all in. My team is LOADED with exception to rb. Wr: JJ, lamb, Wilson, waddle,Higgins Qb3: Lawrence, fields, d Jones Te: Andrews, Hock My top 4 being: Walker Swift Gibson White Do I trade swift for someone like Mixon? Thoughts?
  • <(*v*)>
    Grade the trade
I love you guys and have been listening to the show since before had your own feed. So I made a trade before I even had any players in my new start up league. Context: 12 team, .5ppr superflex TE premium. 22 man roster with 6 man taxi squad 5 IR spots. I am drafting 4th and traded away my first pick for the 10th pick and received a first round rookie pick in next years draft. Did I get enough value for missing out on Jefferson? The first 3 picks were (as expected) Mahomes, Allen, and Hurts. I ended up getting Fields with the 10th pick. My buyers remorse comes from the 3rd round reversal, I feel like I may have lost too much value for not enough gain and will struggle to recover in the remainder of the draft. I wanted to get a young QB in the first round and felt like I could get Herbert or Burrow at 4 or make the trade and get something back and still get a QB in the same tier. Thanks for your help and as always keep up the good work.

What Dynasty Football Has Been Waiting For
Long Time Listener, First TIme Reviewer: This Podacast is top notch. I am so excited Heath Cummings is at the helm of this rocket ship of a podcast. I have been listenign for years and the boys have helped me Make playoffs nearly 80% of the time and the the championship nearly 45% of thoes times with immprovement every year. The advice, insite, annalitics, and just plain gut calls have been well ahead of some of the indstrys other "leading experts". Dont miss out on the chance to get the winnign edge in your leagues. If you have time, could you grade two to three trades. I am a contended and have been inplayoffs the past 2 seasons. I havent won either, but have beeen close. I made a trade while ago and has had me on a roller coaster of emotion as to weather it was good or I hurt my dynasty team. The other two I am contemplating and wondering if it would keep me contending, cause me to tear down, or reload. Context: 10 team ppr Superflex 26 roster spots 5 IR spots 3 Rookie only Taxi Squad spaces So say this league is deep is an understatement. This means the only way to drastically imporve your roster is through the rookie draft or trades. Trade 1 - Hight of Lamar contract issue(Pre NFL Draft) I trade away Lamar, David Montgomery(Pre Lions move), and my 1.08 I receive the 1.01, 1.05, and the 2.08 which turned into Bijan Robinson, Jahmyr Gibbs, and J. Mingo Was it worth the trade to stengthen my RB's TO win now and try to play my QB2 as Wilson or Howell? Roster construction: STARTERS J Hurts T Etienne B Robinson J Jefferson A Brown J JeudyW M Evans J Gibbs C Akers R Wilson H Butker SF D/ST Notable Bench/Taxi Players S Howell J Conner TAXI X Hutchinson J Mingo J Hyatt Possibale trade 2 Send Jefferson, and Connor Reveive G. Wilson, JK Dobbins, a 2024 Mid 1st, and some sort of 2024 2nd Possiable trade 3 (this guy is a HUGE Texas Longhorns fan) Send Bijan Receive Joe Burrow( I may be ableto get some additioan late round picks) In 2024, I have no first and only a second an 3rd. Weather or not all, some or none of this make it to the show, I am just glad we have dedicated, full length Dynasty Football Episodes!

Exactly what every dynasty manager needs
This is an outstanding podcast that puts the best format in fantasy squarely under the microscope. My only complaint is that it’s only once per week. Thank you, Heath, for making this a reality. Dynasty question for a 12 team, super flex, ppr, pp1d league. I can start 2 rb, 2 wr, and 2 flex. I won my dynasty league last year and return with a roster loaded with older flex talent. Now I’m hoping to repeat but am trying to thread my long term needle of continuing this success without having a full rebuild. Is this possible? What sort of things do you look for when deciding how far to push before rebuilding? Can you discuss successful rosters/dynasty managers and when to keep pushing for winning strategy? What players might you target in trade this season that have both short and long term value? For context, here is my roster: QB/SF: Cousins, Carr, Jimmy G, Hooker RB: CMC, Chubb, Henry, Conner, Penny, J Williams, James Cook, Edwards, Strong, Abanikanda WR: Hill, D. Smith, C. Watson, B. Cooks, E. Moore, Osborn, T. Dell TE: Njoku, McBride, Musgrave

    Excellent Dynasty Podcast
This is one of the best dynasty podcasts. Thoughtful, smart analysis and discussion. Heath and the gang do a great job of helping the listener get better at drafting and managing their dynasty teams. Question: You mentioned keeper questions and I am unsure how to handle Jacobs right now. 12-team, superflex, half-PPR league with 5 keepers. I am keeping Josh Allen, Dak Prescott, Christian McCaffery, and CeeDee Lamb for sure. But the keeper deadline is approaching and I also have Jacobs. I could keep JK Dobbins or Dameon Pierce instead (my other WRs are not good). Would you keep Jacobs if he is still holding out at the keeper deadline?
