Kub03One of my favorite podcastsThis podcast is exceptionally well done. It’s simple to understand and easy to follow. Jefferson shares valuable insights that can be applied to various types of relationships. I have already found these insights helpful in my marriage and friendships, as well as in my interactions with my kids. If you’re looking for a podcast that teaches effective communication to maintain healthy relationships, this is the one! I highly recommend it! Also, I’m not sure if Jefferson will see this review, but if you do, it would be great if an episode could address how to deal with people who stonewall.

MarlsBarkley1978Conflicted about conflictI am petrified of conflict and it has impacted my life negatively in too many ways. Jefferson has given me the words, the mindset and the tools to handle conflict and it has greatly reduced anxiety in my life. I’m a super fan of his and eternally grateful for his podcast & book

KYBunnyI wish I had heard all this sooner.Listening to Jefferson is like a breath of fresh air. He gives very practical concrete examples of what he is sharing. I love that he doesn’t use bad language to make a point. It doesn’t help and turns many people off. I wish I had known these things he shares earlier in life. I think they would have saved me a lot of grief. I am excited I can use them now in my life with adults and my grandkids. Thank you, Jefferson, for sharing your wisdom!!

Rachel K @ Opportunity BarksAlways a great start to my day.My husband and I listen to Jefferson every morning while getting ready. He is a director at American Express and I run a dog daycare, boarding and training facility in Pleasant Hill Oregon we also have 2 children (15 and 7). I feel that proper communication is vital to success in all aspects of life and finding Jefferson has been life changing. Not only has it been a bonding experience for my husband and I, but we both feel more confident and challenged to take that higher road daily. Love it, thank you and I can’t wait to read the book! -Rachel K. @ Opportunity Barks

N_Nck_NmBest practical adviceThank you! I’ve been following you for some time in Instagram and every single advice you provide is on point. The way you explain things, break it down into steps and provide examples makes a difference. Also I find quite helpful that you address the emotional side of these communications, how we might be feeling in the moment, and provide techniques to manage that as well.

sfamador1122Great life adviceI started listening to you on TikTok a long time ago and have learned so much. You have an easy way of explaining things and are a great teacher. I have both of my teenagers listening to you as well. As they grow up and have to deal with coworkers in the world I know they have learned so much already! Thank you!

Eric08757Time Well SpentI’ve never left a review for a podcast before, but I’m happy to leave one for this. We all communicate…every day and in a multitude of ways. It is so important to be effective at communicating and understanding how miscommunication can complicate matters. This podcast gives easily digestible steps for addressing a variety of topics. The world is a minefield but Jefferson Fisher’s podcast (and his book) are the minesweepers we all need. Thanks, Jefferson!

Dws111820Thank youNever really gave much thought to how much communication can positively change your life. You do such a great job at helping someone that is usually negative, isolated, or just lost how to even have relationships turn that around. I’m starting to learn how to talk, embrace, and be vulnerable.
-

Hmcclish13From TikTokI’ve been a fan of Jefferson’s TikTok content for a couple months now and decided to start listening to podcasts on my commute. I immediately resonated with Jefferson’s tips for communication in professional setting and in my personal life. I am a non confrontational person who happens to come from a narcissistic family. This podcast has helped me practice affirming my boundaries and being a forward speaker without letting my character become angry and loud like I have for most of my life. Growing up I have always had a constant need to over explain myself to feel validated with anyone in my life and have always been unsure how to fix that. Learning to use fewer words with more effective communication is something I believe will help me in my profession and keeping healthy communication with my family. All of this communication is touched on in Jefferson’s podcast. I plan to buy his book soon!

-
ArieljoySuperb contentWorth every minute of my time! I enjoy listening to your proactive, assertive voice! I would love to hear a few episodes about how to improve in challenging family situations. Those are for many of us more painful, we are more invested in the success and thus harder to cope with clarity! I frequently use The power of the pause…. But your perspective is very helpful. 🙂

ThatJuanSadGuyCommunicate, Don’t ArgueHaving listening to Fisher’s content for a while, I appreciate the goal he wants everyone to implement -which is to communicate and not argue. Arguments arises from misunderstandings due to lack of information or what was conveyed wasn’t clear enough. We should be mature enough to unravel the knot for what COULD be an argument, can turn into a meaningful conversation. I’ve had my fair share of dealing with a family member where their goal is to only sound right no matter what. I’ve learned to identify dead end tunnels that was getting us nowhere.
-
