Kurt L HBest Thunder Podcast Out There! If you are a huge Thunder fan like me this is the go to podcast. Andrew is plugged into the team, always has great guests and his regular co-hosts ( Michelle, Alex and the Friday Crew) are always fun, entertaining and informative. It’s always a must listen, even in the dog days of the off season. Thanks for the great content and coming by my restaurant! Hope you enjoyed the meal!

goose moose fairyDem 405 Boys!!!The Fri-pod crew turns my brain into fresh-out-the-microwave Velveeta. Dee. Lite. Full!! There is something viscerally unsettling about deciding to consume it, but once you’ve started, there is no thing that can tear you away from it. Dem boys be ON ONE!!!! Best Thundie pod in the BUSINESS!! Shout out to my GUMY drummer!! HTF Hand to Face!!

JSway5321I am down to DunkI live in NJ but a huge Thunder fan. Everyone on the show is very knowledgeable about Thunder basketball. It helps me keep up with what’s going on with since we have no coverage on the East coast.

KeatonH.Air BudHypothetical: Topić tells you that for the entire month of September, every time you watch the original Air Bud with your undivided attention, the Thunder will earn a regular season win. They can’t win any more or any less than the amount you watch. What will the Thunder’s record be and what’s your strategy?

jsmalone25Best OKC podcast!I listen to DTD on my way to work every morning. Getting to listen to all the guys talk about the team in such a knowledgeable and meaningful way has not only made me more of a Thunder fan, but also more of an NBA fan! I’m from Tennessee so I can’t get anyone here to understand why Aaron Wiggins is the savior of basketball, but I always know I can listen to DTD and my feelings about my favorite Thunder role players are validated. Love the show and keep it up!

iMrWrightOG Houston to Thunder FANHey fellas, I’m Steve Wright from Tulsa but originally born in Houston, went to my 1st NBA game in 94 & saw Hakeem The Dream vs a Rookie KG! Moved to Tulsa as a kid & in the 2000s til 2008 when the random blessing of a NBA team came to OKC the whole state instantly became fans & this podcast never fails to keep me up to date with news, insight & unique takes directly from inside the team. I love the sense of humor with the cast crew & listening daily even got me somehow on the Blue In Season tournament court to experience a 1/2 court shot that I barely missed! I highly recommend #DownToDunk 🏀👂to any Thunder fan! Thunder Up⚡️til your underground!!😎👍

Snowtiger12WonderfulI love listening to this podcast while I walking or just relaxing. I just love the episodes that Andrew has no control over or goes down a rabbit hole. I also like that people on this podcast are amazing and kind in real life. I have been to many events that they host and don’t disappoint. They are also kind when things go wrong and fix the issue. Can not wait until the next group event. So amazing podcast, equally amazing people as well. Keep up the good work!!!

OKCRAMERGrown up on DTDI started listening during the 2015ish when i was in about seventh grade. Haven’t missed an episode since and it and now i’m about to graduate college. Y’all have been a big part of my life and have been there for the highs and lows without even knowing it. The thunder are my biggest passion and a lot of it comes from DOWN TO DUNK!

EetvkkfdukpotdbkpfzBest Cereal Themed PodcastThe correct order is: 1. Captain Crunch 2. Cinnamon Toast Crunch 3. Fruity Pebbles 4. Cheerios 5. Cracklin’ Oat Bran You and Shai must be healthier than most of America. -Sincerly, ThunderMemeGuy

Lalo10211992Down 2 Dunk - Favorite Podcast! This is by far my favorite podcast to listen/watch (YouTube). Definitely appreciate all the content and events you guys do for the entire Thunder Community! I am definitely Down to Dunk. #ThunderUp!

SoonerSenseiDown to DortIt’s the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the Aged Parmesan of basketball podcasts!
-
cplouis24Sam Vecenie SlanderDon’t think I’ve ever disagreed with Vecenie more than the last pod where he had JDub below Halliburton and freaking Brandon miller. They were like millers a big wing whose gonna score 25 and could maybe defend. JDub ALREADY DEFENDS and would score 25 on charlotte next year for sure. What are we doing. I feel like taking crazy pills.
-
Keeton02Best podcast hands downLove the podcast! Love all the guys, except for the one that calls himself Tayshaun. He sounds a little too pretentious and entitled
-
Dax LedbetterA Really Great PodcastHalf the time they talk about great Thunder topics and coverage, the other half of the time they talk about their favorite cereals. That’s how you know it’s a great podcast.
-
amosfrenchfryeThe best show out thereDo you want inscrutable audio drops and a lot of Pokémon and Oklahoma fast food talk???? Then boy do I have a podcast for you. I love this podcast! I wasn’t a nba fan until I stumbled onto this show 4 years ago. I’ve never played Pokémon, nor have I ever been to Oklahoma, but now I know a lot about all of those things! Couldn’t be happier. I’ve been a diehard thunder fan since I started listening. Listen every week to every episode. They do not miss! Extremely good.

FarbuxD2D Elevates the Fan ExperienceThe Down to Dunk podcast is truly second to none. Not just from a local team perspective but amongst all sports/NBA content in general. I listen to a LOT of sports content and Andrew Schlect is a rare talent and we’re lucky to have him (ps, dont know the guy personally, just a big fan). Being a Thunder fan is made better because of this pod. After every win, loss, trade, you name it, I can’t wait to catch the next episode of D2D. It’s the perfect morning commute listen and I hope they keep it up. I’d love to see pod continue to evolve and elevate. More live show and investing in studio space would do a lot.
-
AndrewEiler47My favorite Thunder NBA PodcastI love this show. 3 episodes a week with a variety of cast, and a common thread of Andrew’s personality and knowledge on just about each one is the best. I’m informed and share many laughs. Thank you for the the investment of content to enrich our lives and make being a Thunder fan even better.
-
YoMamma_100Favorite podY’all are awesome and hopefully I can make it to a draft party soon. Please bring the kids back on the pod again too they were great
-
🐮🐮🐮🐮🐧Great listenLove the podcast!
-
Austin_marquisBest Thunder PodBeen listening to the pod, every episode, for 2 years now. Andrew and the guys provide top notch insight into the thunder, and I think Andrew especially is good at plugging that insight into the wider context of the nba. If yall read this on air please talk about 4th quarter Jalen Williams thank you
-
FlamingdachshundThe best thunder coverage on the internetThe Down to dunk crew is the best. Throughout the week each show has its own flavor. Not so much a question but Andrew could you please push the anti OKC conspiracy when media day comes around. Can’t believe we could not even get a April fools day game this year!
-
kabasi22…Archie should replace Andrew as a FriPod regular.
-
NamedNewmanMy Needed Fix for Thunder ManiaI can’t get enough of Thunder coverage because Im an addict of the team. BUT I want quality content and I don’t want it to be repetitive even though I want it often. This show is the solution. It airs 3 days a week, have a variety of hosts, and it’s so insightful and fun. This show is a MUST for all Thunder fans.
-
grahamgrahamI know nothing about basketball…But I do like looking at Andrew. If I could give him 10⭐️, I would.
-
SnakeShootinThank you guys!I have probably been a listener since 2015 and I have never missed an episode! Thank you guys for helping me get through each week during my driving and even exercising. You all are a blast and I enjoy how each daily pod has a different flare. Keep up the great work!
-
LongTimeListener50Y’all are funny on Twitter though.I don’t normally listen to sports podcasts, but if I did, I would probably still not listen to this one. Let me know if you ever drop a true crime episode.
-
BFG2225Fantastic podcastGreat podcast, I did hear that the entire DTD crew will be in OKC June 2025 doing a live podcast on a float in the Thunder championship parade.
-
TagTeamChampionsListener of the Year AwardDTD would like to officially award the 2024 Listener of the Year award to Logan Glover. His unwavering support and dedication to the pod means the world to us. If we are being honest, he’s probably going to win it again next year, too. He’s a dawg.
-
C_howsBest Thunder PodIf you want top-notch Thunder content, this is the podcast for you. Andrew, Miky, Al, and the FriPod crew deliver the best Thunder and cereal takes, three times a week. If you only have time for one NBA pod, this is the one!
-
vgcffghgggvTremendous contentI look forward to each episode drop. Best thunder pod out. Great combo of analysis and entertainment
-
GiveEmTheClamsHere we spell greatness, D-T-DPlato, Joan of Arc, Gandhi, all great individuals. What do they have in common? They all didn’t live in an era where you could listen to Down to Dunk on your favorite pod catching app. So in that way, you’re doing better than them, congratulations!
-
LaneBall3Thank you Down to Dunk!I have been a Thunder fan since 2011, and a listener of Down to Dunk since 2017. I was never a podcast listener and my first podcast listen was DTD. Being in Missouri I never had access to watching games nor could I afford a subscription at 19. I would listen to the podcast to get a recap of games for many years. Now being an adult watching games and listening to the podcast they do an incredible job of depicting what happens in the game. Their analysis is in depth and very informative. These guys know the game, and cereal.

Former Robinhood User42069Simply the BestD2D is hands down my favorite podcast of all time. The balance between Thunder insight, basketball expertise, and whimsical nonsense hits on all the right levels. Andrew and the team have truly built something special here, and I’ll be listening for many years to come. Thanks for everything! -Barstool_OKC
-
@realLindgrenAndrew’s kids were awesomeThe young kids were great and the interactions were delightful and witty. I also want to say they did a great job of not using ahh, um, and other auditable pauses (except the one time the younger one (Asher) used a bunch of “likes” in his story). But they did better than I would have done!
-
t.;fyl,i oi7cb8h/;.y8u98Trade Targets right on targetAlex, you called it. Alex Caruso *is* a great trade target for the Thunder! What else have you got up your sleeve? Great show Wednesday D2D!
-
KaysiWI love DTDI’ve been listening for years. I’m a Deborah Buckets fan for lyfe. I took a break for a while listening and the playoffs this year brought me back and man I’ve missed you guys. Ride the L train!

Tbro1215Fri pod for the winLove me some fri pod. Too much coherent commentary these days. These guys don’t take themselves too seriously and it’s a fun listen. Best OKC Pod out there
-
GarrettHarveyBurnerAccountFripod lacking these daysI’ve notice a substantial decrease in twitter questions being asked. I remember when TQs used to be 30 minutes of the show minimum and multiple questions were answered. Now its maybe 1 or 2 questions that are asked by the same people every time that get answered
-
RgcostelloHAPPY BIRTHDAY DIONHAPPY. BIRTHDAY. DIIOOONNNNNNN. (You want to listen to this crew, world).

Sarver81Andrew is the best7 thumbs up
-
MoonpieguysCould be so much better.Andrew=excellent. J= excellent Taylor= decent Luke= not sure how he is on a basketball pod?
-
HoldOnCaulfieldFriPod’s Kind of a ScamLove every host on this podcast. They’re funny, they’re knowledgeable about not just the Thunder but the NBA at large and they fit that into their show. I do wish they took their audience a little more seriously. FriPod has twitter questions where they give the opportunity to do that. But you usually hear the same five names answered (probably people they know irl) and at least one question is always something stupid like “what kind of sandwich would Gordon Heyward be?” The segment has also gotten shorter and shorter over the years that I’ve listened. After a week of hearing Andrew dominate the conversation around the team and the subjects pertaining to it (right now, tail end of 2024, it’s trade deadline and big men) I guess it shouldn’t be expected that you can get a word in edgewise. I dunno. Maybe the podcast just isn’t for me. I’m just a rando. Maybe if I grew up with them, or cared about cereal, I’d actually feel included. But it is the biggest Thunder podcast out there and I enjoy it, particularly when Michele and Alex are on. So I’ll keep listening anyway.
-
im told to write a nicknamethanks!dtd got me into the nba in the pandemic and i couldnt be more grateful. such an informative and comfortable pod ran by some truly knowledgeable and dope folks
-
meetbestbrookGreat knowledge, fun personalitiesThis is a podcast where each episode of the week you get different members of a group of friends/ thunder fans. These guys are all true die hard Thunder fans and love the team and aren’t afraid to get mad over it if needed. and as a Thunder fan myself I listen to this podcast all the time and have been for years. Andrew is very knowledgeable and probably the most well known, but the real gem of this show is Alex Spears. He’s a realistic fan, he has such reasonable and understated takes about issues and delivers them in a way that’s not condescending, and just overall resonates really well with me. The rest of the gang including Michele, Taylor, Luke and anyone else I’m forgetting are great too. Their different personalities add different perspectives to each week of the thunder season.
-
kurt in nzThanks guys!As a native Oklahoman and Thunder fan, now living in New Zealand, this podcast is such a blessing, and a huge part of how I follow the team and stay connected. Really appreciate Andrew, Alex, Michele, as well as the Friday guys, for their hard work and dedication. They really know their stuff - I’m not sure anyone in the media is more knowledgeable about the Thunder than Andrew, Alex, and Michele. Interesting opinions, fun discussions, and they seem like just good people. Keep up the great work and Merry Christmas from Auckland!
-
Bryton SchmittI love you guysMy gift you, is a 5 star review. Merry Christmas.
