Coreymoco9Horrible.This use to be a great podcast. Until they focused on trying to maximize every dollar out of it. It’s 30 minutes of commercial before they even get into the actual topic. Waste of time.
-
CR_BellSo many advertisements20 minutes in and still nothing but ads and more ads and “ok, guys, we’re gonna get started” and then more ads. I don’t know if it was any good or not when they finally got to the topic because I gave up.
-
jhjguvdgbGreat Content When They Finally Get Around To ItMy goodness these guys yap way too much before even getting into the bike. We are here to hear about the bike not 25 minutes of your sponsors and stories in the beginning.
-
nativealienzThey’re okayGood info on some programs. However, their jokes are dry (dad jokes) and opinions are biased. This is like an old man, dad show who try to be cool.

AnonymousReviewerTodayBrand BiasRyan Ulacher is obviously a Harley-Davidson guy. The last two shows, as of this review, were evident of that. In talking about the Indian Motorcycle lineup for 2024, he knew absolutely nothing about them. In talking about the 2024 Harley-Davidson lineup, it was a completely different story. He tries to come across as unbiased, but all humans are biased. Before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We all like what we like. I’m not knocking him whatsoever for that. I would just suggest that the show get a true Indian Motorcycle enthusiast/rider on the show as a regular cohost, to balance it out. Then Ryan doesn’t have to worry with it. He can be the Harley guy that he is, without feeling like he’s stepping on the toes of the Indian fanbase. There would be a true Indian enthusiast on the show to talk Indian. It’s his podcast though. If that’s not what he wants it to be, I get it. Other than that, my only complaint is that that it takes too long to get into the subject of the show. I know bills have to be paid but the ads are excessive.

Jeff__MThose adds…Love the YouTube channel, but these podcast episodes have gotten to the point where it is 50% advertisements and 50% actual content. Much harder to listen to than in the past!

LaSanche218If not for internet in topic would have moved on50 minutes in and have not discussed anything but pricing and difference of mounts. I really hope the rest of the shows aren’t like this one. Incessant apologies for not having it together due to time of day during first hour. Who cares! Get to the topic. Twenty minutes on pricing of Dynojet product with nothing about Vance and Hines product, why? Thundermax explained more than Dynojet in first hour and not even part of show topic. Zero technical discussion about Vance and Hines in first hour at all except the name. Quit rambling. I know the show is ten years old but I’m learning about tuning and if not for my desire to learn from everywhere I would have moved on because frankly you sound like idiots on this show. This is the first time listening to LAB podcast and topic alone kept me listening. I hope other shows are more professional.
-
UThackerGreat showWould be nice to get into topic quicker for sure. Long time listener enjoy the show and videos thanks for the entertainment and information makes the commute go much better. Thanks for all the hard work you put in.

TDSchiraldiOff The CliffLet me preface this by saying this is the 1st time I've ever bothered to write a review for a podcast and this is really for Ryan and crew more than anyone else, because I think they need to hear it. When I 1st found this podcast I thought "Finally! A real podcast about bikes and bikers"! These guys actually ride and know bikes. They even do some wrenching! In other words, my kind of people. They USED TO talk about bikes, and riding, and road trips, and clubs, and events, etc. etc. etc. It was fantastic! That being said, this podcast has gone completely off the cliff. No more talking about any of that stuff. Now, all you hear is what equipment Ryan uses, the products they sell, the videos they sell, and just about anything else NOT related to bikes or riding. In an hour and a half podcast, you'll be an hour in before motorcycles even come up! I wasted more than an hour listening to a discussion about covering work benches with metal!!! Huh??? If I wanted to listen about home improvement, I would find a home improvement podcast. I have dropped my rating of this show from 5 stars to 2. I keep hoping they will return to topics that matter to riders/bikers and quit trying to sell us everything, but I've almost given up and will likely be unsubscribing soon. Guys, I really like you all, but this is too much! Please return to actual biker talk. I don't want a Butt Buffer seat cusion and I couldn't possibly care less about what video and audio equipment Ryan bought last week, or how much it all cost him. I want to hear about road trips, places to go, new bikes you loved or hated and why, past or upcoming biker rallys, rides or events, riding tips (you have a lot of knowledge to pass on), things you saw or experienced on the road, people you met while riding, etc. There is a ton of content out there. Bring back the things we want to hear about! Best regards, Tim (Grunt) Defenders LE/MC

Fred SpagooNopeMaybe I’m expecting too much. I’m 9:29 into an episode and have heard nothing in the title subject, but a lot of some guys thinking the other guys funny, some advertisements and a pitch for the online store. I’ll look for interesting discussion elsewhere. NEXT……..

ewqijxToo much selling, too little Motorcycle content. It,s a no.I feel like someone was trying to sell me something most of the time.
-
:(Scooter):Great Pod Cast!High quality informational podcast that covers all aspects of street motorcycling. Very entertaining host and guests. They present their topics in a down to earth biker style that includes information on the topic along with the type of banter only bikers have.
-
CB_69Good infoGreat podcast and info once you get to it. It’s fairly annoying having to scroll through the first 10-20 min of the episode to get to the actual content though. Maybe some people enjoy the ads and banter and small talk for 15 min before the actual subject is breached but I find it annoying. A time stamp for when the episode actually starts would be helpful at least.

RogggggggThe BestFirst thing’s first- This show is mainly geared toward on-road touring; Harley and Indian specifically. This is right up my alley and is part of what drew me in and kept me all these years. However, any on-road touring riders or any motorcyclist could get something out of this. They do sprinkle in a little adventure riding subject matter from time to time. Personally, I think It’s the best motorcycle podcast out there, hands down. The work that goes into this podcast and YouTube channel really shows. It’s a testament to what happens when you stick to something and work hard. Go back and listen to them all from episode number one and you’ll see what I mean. This show has a style all its own. These guys obviously have a blast recording these, while still getting useful information out there. They’re obviously just some good, decent dudes and I bet they’d be great to hang out around. They’re quite the cast of characters! I can’t get enough of it, and I hope this show keeps on rolling for many years to come. The motorcycling world needed this. This show has gotten me through many long days at work, and is required listening on the lawn mower! Ryan, Lurch, LD, Cuz, Popeye, Chewy, and all the rest of you guys- thank you for what you’re doing, your day jobs and LAB. You guys inspired me to upgrade from a Softail to a Road Glide Ultra and begin taking longer trips.

YoungG17Great podcastI love listening to the podcast and watching the YouTube topic and how to videos and watching the documentaries. I am always checking my podcast app for new podcasts that drop from LAB. The interviews and topics are spot on and the content keeps improving. Thanks for all that you do!
-
ErocktampaThis used to be great. But tons of advertisements killed it for me.I think the show is Missing good content. They used to have great ideas for topics and lately just been 70% sales for rack system/Ciro and 30% on the real topic. Honestly, Popeye is why I listen. If he’s not on, DELETE!
-
production guyThis podcast is a full time commercial.Nothing but pimping their paid content or what they sell in their store.
-
Biker Guy2Too much marketingThey might eventually talk about motorcycles, but I gave up. Too much marketing and self promotion.
-

GCHunterMy Favorite PodcastIf you ride motorcycles or are interested in them, this is a podcast for you. On those long drives across South Dakota I enjoy to listen, learn, and be entertained on all-things motorcycles. I've never met this crew but have to say they are a dedicated bunch of law-abiding bikers. The podcasts and videos are awesome. The videos helped me become confident witht he use of the Harley Boombox/GPS system. Thanks Ryan and crew for your hard work and dedication!

-
ajt4746Love it!Never laughed so hard listening to a pod cast and I learned a few things about my Harley.
-
SFC BledLargest waste of one hour or more of your timeIf you have a lot of time to waste to get 15 minutes worth of information then this is the podcast for you. They sit around jacking each other and telling themselves how great they are before they actually tell you something worth listening to. If you actually pay for one of their videos, you are an idiot. There are much better videos out there by actually mechanics that will show you how to do some work on your Harley. FixMyHog is so much better and are real mechanics. They won't tell you that you don't have to worry about torque if you don't want to like these guys will.

-
Z.MonsterGood EntertainmentEvery entertaining. It's like hanging out with a group of guys who like motorcycles. Bikes aren't the topic 100% of the time, but that's ok with me.
-
LtdR1RyderGreat motorcycle podcast!A great bunch of guys talking about bikes and other motorcycle-related topics. This by far is the best motorcycle podcast I've come across and would highly recommend it to any motorcycle enthusiast regardless of what you ride, although many topics are geared toward the cruiser market, particularly Harley-Davidsons. Owners of other brands shouldn't be deterred from tuning in.
-
Wheels&ShieldAwesome job!I found this podcast last week and have been binge listening ever since. I've been listening to podcasts for a couple years because of the windshield time I put in. I'm loving all the LawAbidingBiker media. Keep up the good work!
-
Chuckz71Combination of The View with motorcycle infoAll episodes have some content that inform. Some episodes get into a great amount of info, others are derailed (good or bad depending on preference) with casual conversation (hence reference to The View). Kinda like a morning radio talk show. Sometimes good humor to keep things from getting too serious, which can be a good thing. Good for entertainment and info. Sometimes the humor can be childish which most times I like. My one gripe is that if a podcast is described as an info session, then a good amount needs to stay on topic for that session. If not then state that in a summary intro.
-
SirwraitheGreat PodCastI enjoy the podcast, great guys with motorcycle engines for hearts!
-
VegasSteve81Great PodcastKeep up the good work, and thank you for keeping the streets safe as well as keeping it real. Steve
-
PafastalkerWaste of timeThis podcast STINKS!!!! There's nothing worse than guys that think they're funny and they're not. They're either yapping about nonsense, trying to be cool, or trying to sell your something. They should just sit in a garage and talk to each other.
-
simonizrGreat PodcastThis is one of my favorite podcasts. This is a podcast for riders who are not 1% garbage and who ride because we love to. Check them out on YouTube also. Great vids on fixing your hog.
-
XfirebenficaGreat podcast. This is a great podcast very informational. Thanks LAB CREW!!!

RussellDeanRobertsA Must ListenIf you're a biker, you should check these guys out. Ryan Urlacher "The Hi-Tech Redneck" runs things and host the podcast, and "Lurch", Big Daddy Kane, "LD", "Oscar", "Jake Justice", "Chewy", "Popeye", and more guys join in and help him out a lot. I hung out with them at Sturgis this year and they are really good guys. If you check out their videos, and listen to their shows where they talk about all things related to bikes and the community, you will be amazed how much you can do yourself with your bike. After listening to one of their podcasts I can't wait to try something myself. And their videos on YouTube are top notch and thoroughly cover each topic. They won't leave you wondering how to do any step. And almost all of them are free! It's amazing how much money I have saved this year by learning to do it myself from these guys. You gotta check them out!
-
Jeff619cBest podcast ever!I just recently started riding Harleys and was looking for an informative podcast about the 99%, the law abiding biker community. I started listening to Ryan, Lurch, the real Lurch aka Ed and the rest of the boys and I have to say that this podcast has the best audio quality of any podcast I have listened to! They are very funny, informative and talk about many subjects that I am interested in. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who owns a Harley Davidson! Keep up the great job guys! A special thanks to Ryan who puts in countless hours to put out a quality program that we can all enjoy.
