Adam-SF-CAIP FridaysFascinating and thoughtful discussion of current topics. For a US attorney with cases in Europe its very helpful to hear the “shop talk” about EP topics like the UPC and emerging AI issues. And much more digestible than reading the available online publications. Thank you for presenting this in English!

Vineet VallamPodcasts with great topics and easily understandable even by a law school studentI wanted to add a review because IP Fridays have given me great insights into cases, laws, and legal advances that I otherwise would not have been exposed to. I love hearing about current real-world applications of patent & trademark laws that I have only learned in a classroom setting. Huge thanks to the team behind IP Friday's; I will be a lifelong listener!

GerkomanVery Clever, Very Useful, and Thanks for the HelpThese podcasters are two professional colleagues who I likely will or have run into at intellectual property conferences that are offering a real service to the professional IP practitioner community, namely discussing in a concise 30-minute podcast some leading substantive and practical intellectual property legal and business issues. I think the podcasters, or at least Ken Suzan as a U.S. attorney, may focus more on trademarks than patents which caters to me more since I focus on trademarks. They are receiving great notoriety and publicity from this podcast and quite honestly, I envy them for coming up with this idea. But while obviously having some self-interested motivation to produce this podcast, they also help me and I'm sure many other IP practitioners with the content they disseminate. Yes, what they cover I probably am learning about in daily e-mail newsletters summarizing the many relevant cases and IP and legal practice issues occuring in the world and there are many good IP blogs out there that do an equally great or better job of covering these issues. But their approximately 15 minute discussion on the topics they cover offer greater in-depth coverage and analysis usually in one-third less time than it would take me to read about such a topic. And as with any lawyer, that is valuable time that is saved. Moreover, as lawyers who usually arent' known for their creative and media production skills, the podcast sounds reasonably professional and well done - comparable to my other, more commercial podcasts to which I subscribe. I have plugged the show in an intro, for which I am extremely grateful for that opportunity, and I have strongly recommended this podcast to my whole firm of 30 IP lawyers, most of which are patent attorneys. One of the partners at the meeting where I recommended the podcast was very excited to hear about it and instantly wanted a firmwide e-mail to the link of this podcast. These podcasters are quickly becoming famous in the IP community and will command celebrity presence at future IP meetings like the upcoming INTA Annual Meeting in San Diego in May 2015.
