    What I needed to hear!!!
    OMG!!!! I totally resonated with what you said! Earlier this year I did just that… I joined a program that I thought would be awesome and would definitely guide me where I needed to go for my health journey. The price was never disclosed… Lol… And one of the questions when I was signing up, asked if I needed to speak with my spouse about the investment I was about to make, when I signed up, I got charged $1200 which I thought was for the whole program, it turned out that it was every three months! I was so shocked I didn’t even change my mind. I went through and processed my credit card of course immediately regretting it!! it was a program focused for females which I thought would be great and after I started doing the program, it was not really what I thought and not something that I felt was worth $1200 every three months after some convincing they did let me out of the program, thankfully and I bowed to never do another program like that again especially when it cost so much. A few months later, I did join the strong foundations program and it is helpful and definitely gave exercises that I am and I’m willing to do especially since it is able to focus on the needs of the person who is doing the exercise. thank you for bringing this topic up because there are so many apps and advertisements that tell us that we can have results but when we actually look into it, it’s not really what we think it is. Keep doing what you were doing!

    I knew it!!!!
    I’ve been a listener for years.. I’m listening to episode 1208 now and just paused it to come here and write (what I believe to be my first review of this podcast)… I thought that sleep before midnight was a better quality than after midnight. For example, if I go to sleep at 12 midnight and sleep for 8 hours, it’s still not as good as when I go to bed at 10 pm and sleep 12 hours. Thanks, Elizabeth. I’m loving this episode by the way!

    I’m so excited for this new series on EB’s podcast. I was part of a book club that read this book a few years ago. Now that Elizabeth is going to read it chapter by chapter, I think I can get even more out of her teaching this book. I’ll definitely be tuned in to hear her comments on each chapter. Pen and notebook in hand for all the wisdom she will be dropping. I’m a member of her Consistency Course and it’s a game changer. Best purchase ever.

    Consistency Series 234 (I think!)
    This podcast has been great for keeping me on track. I lost almost fifty pounds many years ago, but keeping it off and maintaining health as I age requires consistent effort. I find myself jotting down quotes from the show several times a week, but I loved this one…How bad do you want to feel good? I asked myself this question last night and got my booty off the couch and did my leg workout. I’m sure it won’t be the last time! Thanks so much!

    Listening to Elizabeth has changed my mindset
    Before I started listening to Primal Potential, I had an all or nothing attitude. I was inconsistent. I said to myself all the time “I don’t care” as I was reaching into the pantry for something that didn’t align with my goals. But I did care and I do care and listening to Elizabeth’s strategies to change the way I talk to myself has made all the difference. Saturday night, I was up late hanging out with my teenage son and got hungry because I ate dinner so much earlier. I grabbed an apple, and as I was halfway through it, I thought to myself that I want something more, like peanut butter, with it. Well, I had already had enough fat/calories that day. As I got up to go get it, I thought to myself “I am the adult here, I can control this” and I immediately sat back down. Once I ate the apple and sat for a few minutes, my hunger went away. Of course that apple was enough. It was such a breakthrough for me. Thank you for what you do, Elizabeth. You are making a difference!

    The episode of 1164 is another home run for me, from Elizabeth. She opened my eyes wide open that consistency takes less energy than starting and stopping over and over. The mental struggle of inconsistency is way harder than being consistent. Absolutely genius!!! “Exponentially easier to be consistent”. Well done Elizabeth! Thank you. I’ve listened 3 times this morning.

    EB Your words are more powerful than you know! I feel like you know me personally, like you get me!!! But the truth is, you understand your audience which is why I love this podcast! Todays podcast really spoke to me! I have been “prepping” for too long! “It’s time to make the recipe!” I have always done all the learning (listening to podcasts, reading your books,) the mindset work, the self talk, journaling and then I tend to let a week moment influence me to make a bad choice or just not do anything at all! I’ve finally started putting my intentions into action and it feels so good! Since I started implementing (3 weeks ago) the things you’ve been teaching us, my weight is down 12 pounds and I’m working out regularly. I’m enjoying my meals and feel good in general. I’ve started meditating and I ordered the calendar and stickers you recommended for tracking my goals! I write in the change makers journal, not every day, but many! And I started taking GBX fit! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your knowledgeable and support are appreciated more than you will ever know!

    Episode 1145. Holy cow- it is the most important episode ever!
    I just finished this episode. Holy moly. I have learned SO much. I have been viewing strength training the incorrect way this entire time. I had my annual doctor visit this week and she stressed strength training for my age. (I’m going to be 57). I had no idea how to start and then like the angels singing this episode hit. I was speechless and pumped to hear a solution to the answers I was seeking- it seemed like divine intervention! I am so motivated to join the program starting in January. I’ve signed up and was lucky enough to get the calendar and the cards offered. Once again Elizabeth and Morgan too have taken me one step closer to who I strive to become.     I just found out about this podcast from a lady encouraging me on Weight Watchers, because I have been so discouraged about my weight. This podcast is one that I can’t quit listening to and I’m so thankful that I started listening. If you are discouraged and need some tools to get out of the funk regarding weight, heath or other topics this is it. I’m so thankful I found it, and I am already sharing with others. I love how she focuses on products that are good for you as well. Worth listening to!!!

    I've been listening to this podcast for years. From the most dangerously low point in my life to now inspiring others. Primal Potential has been with me through it all. Episode 1110 is simply genius. It's to the point and clear. Most importantly it's simple and achievable. If someone wanted to start listening to Primal Potential, I would almost encourage you to start with that episode to get a foundation (then start listening to them all 👊). Anybody can make any of these small decisions to form habits. They're easy and simple. Small steps are worth it. This episode will help you realize they WILL form habits before you know it.
