thereallizzleLoveJordan is the best fitness teacher there is. I’ve been following him and his fitness philosophy/ workouts for over 7 years and there is no one better!
-
StephanieSnyderDr. John Deloney episode was spectacularI love this podcast. It makes me walk longer and listen harder no matter the guest or if it is a Q&A, but the Dr. John Deloney episode just knocked it out of the park. Jordan’s questions were so good and the use of the quotes from his posts to elicit information was just smart. I replayed so many parts and just loved it. It made my life better and refocused my thinking on so many things. Thank you for such a great podcast. Can’t wait to listen to the other recent episodes!
-
TiffcnWell researched, entertaining and motivationalThank you Jordan and your team for sharing knowledge in an easily understandable way. I have so many good takeaways. I especially enjoyed your episode with Dr. Allan Bacon. The specific steps to set myself up for success that you both outline are so helpful (3 R's). And I especially appreciate that bring receipts and fact check influencers who push certain health trends. Kudos!

Brett MichumJordan’s the goatJordan’s one of the most level headed, thoughtful and articulate coaches in the fitness industry. *I needed to put that first but I’m honestly here to make sure Jordan had 5 stars purely based off how committed he was to potentially fart into his microphone if Tony agreed to it. Funniest podcast moment in the history of podcasts.*
-
icesweatFavorite fitness and self improvement podcastFollowed Jordan for years and just started listening to his podcast. Amazing guests and really down to earth fitness and health advice.
-
Anne_2013Consistently in aweJordan is articulate, level headed, open minded and funny. I don’t think I’ve ever not loved an episode of his podcast!
-
Hazy._.BabyGreat guests and convosI have listened to Jordan’s podcast for years but recently the guests he has had on and the conversations have been amazing! It’s definitely leveled up and I’m eager to hear more.
-
LauraSueCA Survivors Story, great episode!Just started listening to your podcast after following you on IG for a while and have really enjoyed every episode so far. I loved listening to the latest one with Miha. What a fascinating and smart woman! I hope you do have her on again, I'd love to hear more of her story. Thanks for your straight forward approach to all things fitness!
-
AmyacpaTimestamps pleaseI enjoy the podcast but find myself skipping it because I just can’t slog through the interminable intro chat sections. Please add some timestamps so listeners can bypass the intro and go directly to the informational segments.
-
1727ADNeeds a little introspectionJordan is clearly a very thoughtful, kind, and generous person, so this isn’t meant to be denigrating. But it’s been harder to enjoy the podcast recently because of his defensiveness about his own flaws. If you need to constantly say how deep your conversations are, and how open minded you are to opposing views, then maybe that’s actually something to work on. Those things should speak for themselves and that’s been lacking for me recently.
-
Nokay765✌️I’ve followed Jordan for years, but I think his platform has become less and less aligned with my values. First, this man has no education in research or media literacy. This has become PAINFULLY clear recently. Second, although he claims to not identify with either side politically, he consistently brings up politics on his pod/sm and it’s become increasingly clear that he leans right wing. He seems to offer all the benefit of the doubt to the right while demonizing and lumping together the entire left without any nuance. I’m relatively moderate, but this really rubs me the wrong way (though seems pretty consistent with other male fitness influencers). Again, his lack of media literacy is painfully obvious in these discussions.

Vandyfan3Great showVery informational and entertaining. You guys do a great job and I always enjoy listening to the show. Keep it up!

Anonymous61220Informative & Honest!!I rarely write reviews, but I’ve been a follower of Jordan and his podcast for years. I’m a licensed therapist, and I recommend his podcast to many of my clients who struggle with disordered relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies. He strikes a great balance between educational, relatable, honest, and humorous content.
-
PCBRezBest Health Advice and FUNNY!!Found Jordan through Instagram during Covid, and he just speaks the truth every time he shares information with you on health and best practices. And he is so funny and entertaining as he teaches!! Happy Birthday Jordan! Hope you have a wonderful day with your beautiful family!

csseatonThe Genuine ArticleLove Jordan’s in-your-face honesty mixed with kindness and humor on all things fitness, nutrition, and life! If Susan’s on the pod, it’s a must listen for me and “Antonio” is great as well. Man, I wish I could come to Shabbat with Jordan and his family, and I’m not even Jewish! 😂 He just strikes me as such a fun, genuine, and stand-up guy, husband and father. This podcast is so worth your time.
-
MelissaF2919Trustworthy and fun!I LOVE the Jordan Syatt podcast. Jordan and Tony have taught me so much about health and fitness in a way that is comprehensive and easy to understand. I always find myself laughing out loud; walking on the treadmill during these cold months flies by because of these two! Update into the spring: continuing to be an avid listener. Jordan has a remarkable way of connecting with people and delivering information. I admire him and his work. He’s taught me some communication skills that I will always carry with me, too. Thank you, Jordan!

CamillaECI never thought I would listen to podcastsI happened upon Jordan on instagram and really liked the simple but common sense of his posts. Before I knew it I signed up for the emails and then saw the podcast option. To be honest I never saw myself listening to podcasts because I had never heard one I cared about. Well now I do and its pretty amazing how much just listening to this content has helped me think about health and fitness in general. Im super stoked to have found this guy!
-

-
Frambuesa25Favorite podcastI love this podcast! I’ve been following Jordan for a while now and honestly he’s the only person I take advice from when it comes to nutrition/workouts. He keeps it real and straight to the point. Plus he’s so relatable when it comes to family and navigating marriage and work. THANK YOU JORDAN 🙏🏻
-

-
emms9586Great Wellness PodcastLove this podcast! I look forward to the weekly episodes. From the Q&A’s to the longer form interview episodes, they’re all great. It is great to hear from so many people. I love listening to success stories from people. Everyone on the podcast has something valuable to share.
-
EllemcqHis advice is the only advice you needWith so many opinions about health and fitness running rampant on social media, you should choose one solid voice you trust and ignore the rest. This is the one. I love Jordan and Tony so much .. Jordan is a wealth of practical knowledge and seems like such a solid man! Keep up the great work.
-

D lifterInformative informationJust wanted to say thank you for this podcast. The genuineness that you bring to healthy lifestyle changes is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been a listener for about six months, and absolutely loved this podcast.
-
mandyjane35AmazingJordan provides an abundance of valuable information for overall health and strength. No nonsense advice for real people! I have been a member of Inner Circle for over 3 years. In the IC Jordan gives you the tools and support to implement the advice and knowledge he shares here to reach your goals!
-
Emily EckJordan and Tony have become my podcast BFFsJordan and Tony are great! The podcast is just the right combination of informative and entertaining. I listen to it while I do dishes, while I work out, during my commute, while I’m prepping and weighing my food, etc. It makes the mundane/boring parts of my day go by faster, keeps me laughing, and helps me stay in a fitness-focused mindset. As a working mom of two, I find so much of the content relatable. Jordan gives invaluable advice and guidance. It’s clear that he truly cares about helping as many people as possible. I plan to join his Inner Circle fitness app at some point, but for now I’ve been tracking my food using numbers from his calorie calculator, and creating my own lifting program (just based on some prior experience working with a one on one coach and what I’ve learned from the podcast) and I’m seeing great results so far! I particularly appreciate how positive, humble, and grateful Jordan is! Oh, and recently they answered a question I submitted- I heard it on the podcast while in the middle of a workout and totally fan-girled!! 🤣🤣
-
tjresinHonest and TrustworthyExcellent source for real information about health and fitness. Surprisingly, Jordan also offers a rare and honest and accurate discussion on Israel particularly post Oct 7th. Thank you Jordan for bringing truth and common sense to two topics that are so commonly misunderstood and distorted in main stream and social media.
-
Ajlewis02Israeli activistThis episode was so fascinating and enlightening. I learned so much background information I am thinking about this issue in a different more educated way.
-
Laurel Ann BThe best podcast by the best trainer.I have followed Jordan Syatt online for years now, but I only recently started listening to his podcast. I’m obsessed. I love this podcast so much. Every episode has something interesting and I never miss one. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and making us laugh and helping us learn. I especially love his new in person podcast the most.
-
RJ PTHighly Recommend!I’m a physical therapist with a background in personal training and I always enjoy Jordan’s nuanced take on health and fitness. He does a great job breaking down complex topics. Highly recommend!
-
Bhharrison3Amazing show - great contentI’ve been a follower of Jordan’s for 6+ years and listening to the podcast on and off. When I need a good boost - this is the show to listen to. This last episode with Eric was amazing. It is everything I struggle with and they are so real when talking about accountability, daily life, and reaching goals in a sustainable way. I appreciated the part on accountability not being a “bad thing” when you need help. Everyone should listen. I sent to my sister (who is my current accountability partner - and the reason I’ve lost 20lbs since January through having someone to hold me accountable) thanks for taking time to make great content. Eric has a new follower too!
-
LilKd417The best if you want to do it right!I finally listened to this podcast because, especially, Jordan released an episode on body decomposition, and I know that’s what I should be doing, but I don’t exactly trust the process and prefer quick results (which, by the way, aren’t happening anyway). It was a huge relief to hear him talk about the long game with actual numbers. 5+ years! And then, how quickly 5 years pass! It made me feel far more “safe” and more willing to just keep on keeping on.
-
aero109VanillaKind of a bland do gooder who swears occasionally 🫤
-
Wan Na ChunOne of the best fitness podcasts!I have been following Jordan for a while and am a huge fan of the way he breaks down health and nutrition topics into practical and actionable steps for everyday people. He is a wonderful educator and even as a dietitian and personal trainer, I have learned so much from him. I love his sense of humor and passion for making a difference in the world.
-
AllisonLovesThe Best!!Aside from you sharing your adorable family, amazing fitness advice, and valuable nutrition information - I absolutely love your transparency, honesty, and vulnerability in ALL things! I never miss an episode. Matter of fact, I’m at the gym now and decided to stop for a sec to leave a review because I’ve been meaning to for like 3 years! Please keep giving us all your knowledge and encouragement! ❤️
-
HeatheeerrrrrrrrListen!Really great podcast I listen to weekly. Always good info to use in my life and I also get to learn some Hebrew words and Spanish!
-
