ItsRyannNicoleSOOOOO GOOD!The information on this podcast seriously never stops! Every conversation is packed with so much good stuff, and I always learn something new. Liz has the best guests, and the way she dives into each topic is just so good. I legit get excited every time a new episode drops—it’s always a must-listen for me!

nickname4happylistenSo glad I found this podcast!I am loving these episodes! Liz’s fantastic questions and curiosity as well as her top notch interviewing skills and amazing guests make this gem of a podcast something I truly enjoy and get so much out of. TY, Liz Moody! You are a star! P.S. I love Liz’s enthusiasm and upbeat manner! Great content and fun to listen to!

Wendee SFacial EstheticsWow!! I learned so much from your episode with Dr. Samantha Ellis. It can be overwhelming navigating beauty treatments. She really clarified some major do’s and don'ts.
-
jubli12The Awe of LifeWow. Dr. Means was one of the best podcasts guests I’ve ever heard. I’ve never even written a podcast review before but I simply had to. What an inspiration— and Liz does a great job interviewing and leading the conversation!
-
Plumeria2024Dr Means breaks it down into actions! What an inspired guest, Dr. Casey Means. Her advice cuts through all of the hype, to real world “try this at home” recommendations to improve your health. Not ironically, these are also good for the planet. what a rare and timely take, in a hyper consumerized world.

clairepurn1Sahill Bloom Episode >>>Sahill Bloom episode is a must listen!! I’m in my early 20’s and I’m a former athlete trying to figure out what the heck I’m supposed to be doing in life. I find myself always in a race to figure everything out and do it all at once and usually I just get overwhelmed and discouraged. After listening to this I am so excited to focus more on those small, actionable steps and micro habits that will be powerful but also manageable. This episode made me feel so understood (especially the portion about identity) and also inspired! Thank you, Liz!

Kaity_jane32LOVEI absolutely love this pod and love Liz! Listen to this on my way to work and it’s always fun and helpful! Keep making these ❤️

saran235Please fix the breathingLiz, please fix your breathing when a guest is speaking. You can hear the nasal breathing. I love the podcast but I can’t even listen with the breathing
-
kroeds777Love itLove this podcast! Liz is very down to earth and not annoying unlike a lot of the wellness pod hosts 🙂

tylerd23Thank god for LizI have learned SO much from this woman. She’s actually ruined most other podcast listening for me because not one else actually asks questions and gets good info out of people like Liz does. Her journalist background makes her a WAY better podcast host than most others. I bring up things I’ve learned from this podcast constantly in conversation and am always sharing her work. When she was touring her new book I got to meet her at a signing and she was just as genuine and kind as I hoped.

Zzzz_Zzz!Love!I am a big fan of the Liz moody podcast. She has very interesting guests and covers a large range of topics. There is something for everyone

SrahahahaCan be good but some of the health stuff is questionableI prefer the episodes on things like productivity, friendship, career, etc. Too many of the health-related guests seems sketchy and I wish Liz would push back more on some of their claims, some of which I can’t find scientific evidence for when I research after listening. Personally, I’ve had to skip too many fertility-related episodes that I might be out for good now.

WhitsEnd911The Best of the BestI discovered Liz through an interview on another podcast and was inspired by her, instantly. I hopped over to her podcast & have been hooked ever since. I have a 30 minute commute and this podcast has become one of my favorite parts of my routine! Liz is absolutely brilliant & relatable; the guests she has on the show are truly unbelievable (yes, that includes Zack!!). <3 I have already learned so much from witnessing the conversations on this podcast, including how to have more meaningful conversations by asking better questions. Liz is an incredible role mode when it comes to living your best life - I am a fan for life. ❤️❤️❤️

jmlfitThis podcast feels at time like it’s saving my lifeI feel like Liz could be my best friend in IRL, she just gets it. She and I both have anxiety and all the guests she has who cover perfectionism, anxiety, depression and self care have just been my life raft at times when I need to not feel crazy 🤍🤍 I aspire to be Liz moody when I grow up!!!

Tait25great podcast!Liz is a really one in a million host who isn't afraid to dig deep with her guests and ask questions they seem to be avoiding or slightly annoyed by--the result is podcast gold. My favorite moment of the podcast ever was when she pushed an oncologist to clarify that being fat isn't inherently a risk factor for cancer. She skillfully threads the needle between the life/health optimization framework of the self help/wellness space and evidence-oriented lines of questioning with her guests who aren't always part of that world. An interesting tactic I don't often see on other podcasts is her habit of bringing up assertions one guest made to another guest and asking them to agree or disagree. In a world of knee-jerk trust of anyone with a medical degree who is making a compelling argument for something, I think this sheds a healthy light on disagreements among doctors and fields. I also really enjoy the solo episodes!

blueskies1234567Just Another “Wellness” podJust another Wellness pod, with most of the sponsors having been discredited by Dr’s who have no financial interest in the products, with some “free tips” thrown in so that it doesnt sound like a complete 1hour long informercial. Liz didnt respond to my questions about all her sponsored supplements being just $$ but no benefit (and potentially harmful). Also- a LOT of her guests are same as Arielle Lorre guests. Too copy-cat in that aspect. Speaking style (like many other comments have pointed out) needs work.
-
sara.j.Thank you!Podcast with Hannah Brown was great. I learned more about myself and so good to talk about these things like anxiety. I will be a regular listener.

Three Kidneys, Two PancreasSmall steps = big changes!Relatable, easy to implement scientifically backed steps towards a more balanced, healthy (whatever that looks like for you) and connected life one bite at a time. Thanks for sharing all of this incredible information!

I'm in love with PinterestLiz Groupie🤤🤤I love Liz!!! She challenges, inspires, and somehow understands me. Also, Liz is a perfect example of the difference between a good or great podcast. She is an incredibleeee interviewer and drives conversations in such a natural and powerful way. Her podcast never gets old and I take away so much from every episode. I also love how she has a way of keeping her podcast informative yet light. Learning can be fun- go Liz!! She is like the teacher from the magic school bus IYKYK. I honestly think this is my favorite podcast and I listen to quite a few.
-
Cheyenne FergusonHelpful and tangible tips!!I’ve listened to this podcast for years and have always found helpful tips on every single episode!! However, the solo episodes have seemed too obviously scripted and the inflections on certain words sound very forced lately! Maybe bullet points of key words would be more helpful instead of reading word for word from notes so it sounds more conversational. Still love this pod, but the solo episodes have been a hard listen recently
-
mileycantdanceeLove love love!!I absolutely love how holistic and psychologically healthy the approach is while also making it motivating and simple and attainable. erpdcInformative, Approachable, InspiringLiz does an amazing job at providing a good balance of advice, wellness, and science that covers all ways to have a better, more fulfilling life. She brings on a wide variety of experts from mental health to nutrition to entrepreneurs. She gives wonderful and actionable tips for living a better life without being preachy. mmarie97Love this podcastThis show always leaves me feeling good and inspired. Great information delivered in a way that makes all the things you want to accomplish feel possible, instead of overwhelming.

mainer1991Such great content!I think I heard about this podcast from another podcast. I listen to, the skinny confidential. I am so glad that I decided to start listening. I listened to the series that was air last January about alcohol and it is absolutely fascinating. I am so happy that someone is finally talking about this in a way that is informative but also encouraging to people who don’t want to drink. A lot of podcasts that say their health podcast completely steer away from alcohol and when the subject is brought up, it’s brushed off like it’s not a poison, but I really am happy that you spent three whole episodes talking to you really smart people and getting their opinion on it.

3 buoysYay! What fun!I can’t remember how I heard of Liz though it was prob a client. Doesn’t matter-I’m so glad I did! I love podcasts, have one myself, and love love love tips and tricks to live lives we love. Thank you Liz! I’ve recently moved to Australia (from US) and as soon as I can get your book I will! 🙌🏾 Susie Pettit

Girlboss21xLove Liz!This podcast is the best! Liz asks the best question and puts the advice into practical useful life tips. Prefer guests with qualifications and education behind their practices- for example tinx or Tiffani from saved by the bell weren’t my fave.I’m not into opinions, I’m into well researched expert tips which is why I love the pod usually! <3
-
kclarkmeowLove the pod but one bit of feedback…Love the content of the podcast but, with love and respect, Liz has adopted this speaking style of really over emphasizing almost every single word when not having natural dialogue (intros, solo eps, ads etc), and it is pretty grating - respectfully suggest being aware of this verbal tick!
-
OnjuiceyYea buddyLove the juice up in the squeeze!
-
KCWILCOContent: great. Vocal and word delivery: nails on a chalkboardLiz SO SO has these vocal tendencies that SO SO “literally” make me want to poke my eyes out. Her overuse and misuse of “literally” makes me SO SO wonder if she really is a journalist. Liz: your content is great. Maybe working with a vocal coach could take this over the top.
-
aravindasA good listen!Lots of helpful, actionable advice from a very practical and grounded perspective!

dhcreadsMarketing overloadMy first and last podicast. Nothing but marketing overload. Leaves me wondering how much revenue Liz is making in fees from these organizations.
-
Monicalebaron.comMind blown!I was mind blown by the episode with Ramit Sethi. I learned simple advice to support my future self financially. Gracias!
-
Mars CollinsTop notchYou know it’s a top notch podcast when the interviewees frequently say “that’s a great question.” Liz should be a talk show host!
-
Sara Becky BlackLove itSo much useful advice! Each episode is so interesting and topics you don’t hear discussed elsewhere. Now in my regular pod rotation.

Ymy1234Truly life changing. Full stop. This podcast has changed my life in so many ways and so many times, it is truly hard to keep track and put it into words. Liz Moody is an interviewer that asks the questions everyone really wants to ask, and she does it by creating space for amazing, hand picked guests. The thing that is truly magical, is that not everyone can pull this off. She clearly brings a sense of comfort and ease to these conversations, because how else would you explain the life altering depth she’s able to consistently go. This podcast has changed the way I look at myself and my life, changed the way I think about myself and my life, changed the way I clothe myself, feed myself, take care of myself, move myself, express myself… I could keep going, but I’ll digress. Give any episode a listen and, unless your going in close minded, you will come away with something shiny and new that will make you and your life better. Edit to add: We cannot complain about ads on this otherwise free content, and these are ads that WE CAN FAST FORWARD! Please consider the big picture and our place inside systems. Especially when this particular system provides so much benefit!

flights_and_hikesMust ListenMy absolute favorite podcast! Liz covers sooo many topics about everything under and sun and has helped me so much. Thank you thank you thank you Liz!
-
the_blackcatA+ interviewingLiz is a great podcast host. Oftentimes, I listen to podcasts with guests and it is lacking in substantiality. Liz’s interviewing skills are great and she lets her guests speak to their best abilities and asks the follow up questions that I’m already thinking I want to know!
-
Tes M.My Favorite Podcast!I love The Liz Moody Podcast! I’ve been listening for years and it is still my favorite. Liz selects guests with varied expertise. The topics range from everything health to life skills and hacks to confidence tools and more. There is literally an episode for everyone. Anytime I’m looking for advice, I always turn to the podcast. I can’t recommend it enough. (And her latest book is amazing too!) Thank you, Liz!
-
Tanya ReaderOne of the very best!Liz is one of the very, very best interviewers. She always asks the next logical question. She leaves no stone unturned. Liz has the ability to take in a great deal of information (often technical) and get to the most salient bit. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is the lack of show notes. That really bums me out.
-
New mom getting backDown to the detailsLiz Moody gets down to the nitty-gritty with all her guests. I love it. She chooses interesting topics and asks them all the questions to get the most concrete answer and takeaway for the listener.
-
adiamond💎Love this Podcast!I love the topics and guests Liz brings on the podcast! I’m always learning something new or gaining a different perspective. Thanks for doing what you do! 🩷
-
Chrisss MSo helpful and interesting! Thanks Liz! It’s so refreshing and helpful to hear your openness about your own challenges and you’re a great interviewer! The IFS episode was really interesting!
-
HSReviewObsessed !Love love love this podcast. I love hearing Liz ask in depth questions and I can genuinely hear the curiosity in her voice. It feels like we’re all learning together! Liz is on point and professional, while also allowing her guests to get deep. She is a true journalist! I have not been able to stop listening since I found this podcast! Very well picked guests too. Thank you, Liz! 🤍
