Tbryso1ExcellentI wish they were more frequent and longer because they’re so good! Motivating to listen to whilst running.
-
Mongoose-12ExcellentSo fun to listen (or watch on YouTube) to this when running, working, cooking, “fill in the blank” activity. Andy, Sarah, and Rick feel like one of those teams where no one would have guessed they’d work so well together, but you are so glad that they came together to make this awesome show. Keep up the amazing work, the running community needs and appreciates you.

Shortage of fresh air latelyMy favorite Podcast! Not only do the hosts motivate me to improve and set higher goals for myself, but they keep me laughing while providing me with valuable tips and information. I loooove the banter so please don’t ever turn into just another boring channel that I put on to fall asleep! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us all!

PshorensteinSilly and informative9/10 for entertainment, 8/10 for running relevant information, 10/10 for being all about the running community An entertaining podcast, structured more as a conversation than interview or lecture. They lightly cover a variety of running related topics, news, share life updates, and answer community questions. I have enjoyed new TRC interview series even more. These guys and gal are fun, even if they get carried away with teasing each other mercilessly.

veeejeawHilarous podcast! This is a worthy competitor to The Drop! Its just friends talking who happen to be runners!. I love how they give andy a tough time always and he’s such a sport. But seriously Andy needs to stop touching his right ear all the time and also needs a wardrobe change, haha! Just kidding! Keep up the good work!

david hindmanTalking about running? Yeah, it worksAs others have pointed out this podcast is both smart and funny. Paired with their YouTube videos I’ve learned a lot to help me set goals and try new things. The challenges have pushed me to seriously run more than I otherwise would have. I enjoy the playful banter and sometimes very informal conversation. I also think this is how podcast ads should work: read by the hosts in the same style as the pod and at predictable times. The Saturday release schedule is different and a nice surprise when all my other regular pods are gone. Hello from Long Island, New York!

SurfsdLook forward to it weeklyI use this podcast as a tool in my running. Every week there’s a couple days I could use 7 excuses not to run. When I feel this way, I pop this on, and immediately feel like going for a run. Thanks for your help, from beautiful San Diego, California

UnrequitedCommunityI don’t have a running community where I live and also no friends who run. This podcast is my fix to listen to conversations about the thing I love. Thank you!
-
Cypress DukeMy New Favorite PodcastRunning viewpoints from 3 enjoyable personalities. I like the format of the show as well. I have tried the breathing cadence where you exhale and land on opposite feet, and it feels like it is better on my body. Thanks for your knowledge and info.
